HINDRAF trades Human Rights with Najib

Please take the poll on the top right column of this blog before proceeding

UMNO has placed Zulkifli Nordin on an Barisan ticket in Shah Alam, they have given Ibrahim Ali a free passage to fight PAS in Kelantan for them because he is them, Zulkifli Nordin is Ibrahim Alis's deputy the same Zulkifli Nordin who mocked Hinduism and HINDRAF the "HINDU Rights Action Front" is supporting Barisan. Now it begs the question;  Are they genuinely interested in HINDU rights or their own rights?

A special video for Wyatha Moorthy to watch.

Wyatha and Uthay are playing an old political game, it hads been played time and time again, these two brothers are playing it to see who pips the other to take on the Samy Verly slot, believe me they are no rivals they are both going for it so that one of  them gets it and they have decided they'll have to take different routes.

This was the same game played by Patinggi Rahman and his nephew in Sarawak to wrest the Chief Minister's post, they were fighting in public like they were prepared to kill  each other, that was for public consumption, within the family it was a ploy to ensure that the position of Chief Minister remained in the family, and they remained the Rajas of Sarawak, now these two men Wyatha Moorthy and Uthaykumar are trying it with the Indians and Najib both wants to be the next Samy Velu and it is alright if any one of them gets it.

See what his party has been saying here about UMNO and how now they are saying give the BN the two thirds majority.

HINDRAF brothers Wyatha Moorthy and P. Uthaykumar are smelling the blood of Indians in their hands and getting a huge thrill out it, their so called "Human Rights Party" has sold out "Indian Human Rights as their first concession to UMNO, whilst pretending to be against Wytha, Uthay has the task of splitting the Indian vote to ensure Barisan victory.

UMNO and Najib  have  after signing the pact with the greatest Indian traitor known in Malaysian history,  Wythamoorthy told  him in no uncertain terms that they will not  accept the Human Rights portion of his draft proposal, he'll have to drop that portion  from his demand list and he has agreed wholeheartedly.

Now that means there will be no  investigation into the deaths of Kugan and other Indians who died whilst under Police custody, and Wythamoorthy has actually by accepting that sacrificed the blood of these boys like goats to his new God, "Najib Tun Razak."

Without guarantees on Human rights what has HINDRAF  got to brag about?

The Charter of Human Rights guarantees the rights of minorities and that is in this scountry, the orang Asli, the Indians and the others, Najib does not want to guarantee that although Malaysia is a sinatory to his charter of the United nations, and that means he is telling Wayatha Moorthy in the face that he is not prepared to entertain any Indian rights.

No Human rights means, he can treat you any one way he  likes and you take it, the infamous book that said the Indians who came to Malaysia were all Pariahs will be reintroduced, religion will be trampled upon and that is why Zulkifli Nordin was allowed to insult the Hindus, and now that same Zulkifli Nordin has been nominated as a BN candidate in Shah Alam by Najib.

Remember one thing,  Najib is on his way out and Muhyiddin is coming in as PM and Muhyiddin the Minister of Education has not discarded that book stating Indians in Malaysia are children of Pariahs it is coming in once he is in. Temples will once again be demolished, and derogatory terms about Indians will abound and you Uthya and Wyatha will sit down and accept it the way you are now.

HINDRAF, what is there to brag about now?

Does Wythamoorthy and his band of men  think they  can actually trade our human rights for economic benefit, are the Indians to be treated like cows and goats?

UMNO has always been allergic to Human Rights, because the UN charter of Human rightss accords special rights and privileges to minorities, that will go against the UMNO's racist  philosophies, it cant be done and so even though this government is a signatory to that charter it is not prepared to adopt it.

The UMNO thinking is best reflected by Mahathir Mohammed and Samy only found out about it after he left government, view this link to understand it.

These two brothers have sunk to an all time low, thousands of years the oldest culture in the  world, the richest culture in the world has been insulted by these two brothers for their own gain they can't call themselves Tamils, leave alone  Indians but rather - the brothers who betrayed the Indians.

Wythamoorthy's call to the Indians to give the  Barisan a two third's majority is a call of a traitor, a man who is willing to sacrifice the blood of Indians all over again.

Shun them tell every Indian you know  the consequence of this agreement with the Barisan, they are awaiting a big payout for sacrificing the Indians on the daemonic  alter of UMNO.

Now it looks like Wytha spend the millions collected by the Indians for him when he went to England on  self imposed exile, he had an English holiday on the money earned by the blood sweat and tears of the poor and marginalised Tamils of this nation, and after finishing that money has returned to earn more at their expense by selling them off.

Wytha should go and starve himself to death, if you vote the Pakatan that is what he may do, and I really hope he does just that, it will save the illetrate Indians, I'll encourage him to starve to death,  if such traitors  die the Indian community will be saved.

His brother on the other hand shoudl try and  self immolate if BN loses and that too will be a blessing to the Indians, with these two traitors gone we will only have the MIC to reckon with.

There is MIC, there is IPF, there is HINDRAF and many more, all claiming to champion the Indian cause, the Indian cause is no cause because the Malaysian Indian has to think Malaysian first, and then Indian that way he will wipe out the marginalization he now suffers, you can't survive in a cocoon, if one tries that one remains marginalised in the cocoon.

They are all there for their own personal gain and nothing else and UMNO is so happy with the situation, because all they have  to do is to give each of these traitors a cent or two and say podah! what they have been doing all these years.

HINDRAF has in essence come in to  on to replace a dying  MIC,  telling Najib and Najib sees an opportunity here to further divide and control the Indians.

A Vote for Barisan is a Vote for Perkasa - Proven

Please take the poll on the top right column of this blog before proceeding

A vote for the Barisan is a vote for Perkasa and Perkasa is more powerful body than UMNO and it has been proven by a report in today's star page 4, where Perkasa's chief adviser - Mahathir Mohammed has issued a promise to keep the government in check, the man who preaches Ketuanan Melayu.

He was quoted as having said, " If the Federal Governemtn doesn't do it tell me, If they don't fulfilj their promise I will personally fight them." This is  the Chief of the Perkasa Chief he is even more powerful than Najib and there is no doubting that.

During the run up of every  election UMNO will say all the members who are standing as independents  are sacked.

That is  after they themselves plant these independents to split votes to favour their bid for a seat, then after  the elections all these rouges are back they are all part and parcel of the Barisan game, if you do not believe me ask yourself, why is Ibrahim Ali standing as an Independent and why has Barisan withdrawn its candidate for that constituency "Pasir Mas, "  it is so obvious because Ibrahim Ali is UMNO not independent as he claims to be, and as they, UMNO would like us to believe.

Ibrahim Ali is standing as an Independent, The Barisan Candidate who was supposed to file in his papers withdrew, Barisan intended to compete in that seat, so does Muhyddin's threat bear weight at all or is it a fabricated lie will Ibrahim Ali now be sacked from UMNO where he is a member, can UMNO explain to the MCA, the MIC, the Gerakan why they fielded Ibrahim Ali from Perkasa and how they fielded Zulkifli Nordin as a Barisan candidate in Shah Alam. (click on the link to watch Zulkifli insult Hindus)

UMNO's philosophy is the  Philosophy that Ibrahim Ali preaches, they are now telling you that in no uncertain terms,  so that,  after the elections when they practice what Ibrahim Ali preaches, you have no grounds to argue with them and say it is wrong, you voted an UMNO that has told you this before you vote and if you vote them you accept it all the Perkasa nonsense which is what UMNO really stands up for.

Perkasa is an UMNO wing disguised as a NGO, sponsored by UMNO under the patronage of Mahathir bin Mohammed, the biggest racialist in this country, who was branded a racialist by his own party member Nazri Aziz a Minister in the Prime Ministers department a member  a Barisan candidate and an UMNO member he has called Mahathir a "bloody racist."

For MCA, MIC, Gerakan and now HINDRAF  the likes of Ong Tee Keat the only MCA man with a semblance of integrity is not as good as Ibrahim Ali, there has  been no objection on their part for the inclusion of the Perkasa deputy Zulkifli Nordin as an UMNO candidate in the state of Selangor,  they accept that as the status quo, UMNO dictates they shut up, and they allow it to happen.

Is there any imaginable reason why they should? The only conclusion that can be drawn is that their own personal interests are more important to them  than that of the people - you and me.

MCA en route to Self Destruction

Looks like Muhyiddin is more popular then Najib as a PM of  choice among BN followers.

Please, pause for moment and take the poll on the left of this page  before continuing.

MCA - en route to Self Destruction!!!!
Sources have told us this before but it seemed too good to be true, that MCA woudl soon self destruct because of too much infighting, some said that MCA may be split before the next polls, and it has begun to happen now, the trouble is it is actually happening and the person who is causing all this   is  Chua Soi Lek.

It has a lot or rather all to do with Ong Tee Keats Parliamentary seat.

Chua is adamant that Ong does not be given the Pandan  seat or any at all, whilst Najib is in favour of  allowing him to defend his Pandan seat as  Ong is seen as the only MCA candidate who he (Najib)  is confident will win this time around.

Chua does not want Ong to stand, it will undermine his role as MCA chairman and be a direct challenge to his authority in MCA, he is even prepared to give the seat to UMNO without any conditions and without exchange just so that Ong is not fielded, he does not want Ong at all costs.

MCA's most winnable candidate

Najib on the other hand feels his use of Chua is over, and now he needs Ong to create a new MCA for the Barisan, or should we say for UMNO.

Najib mooted the idea of getting Ong out of the MCA presidency, it was with his full blessings that Chua went to unseat Ong, and to Najib's delight it was successful, as Ong was meddling too much and exposing too much in the Port Klang Free Trade Zone Scandal, and Najib could not afford that or rather UMNO could not afford such an expose.

Ong had to be stopped, but Ong was working overtime like MCA's clean up crusader, he wanted to sweep MCA clean and give it a new face, he was in the process of re-branding MCA but at a cost Najib or rather UMNO  could not afford.

The expose would have smeared UMNO and the MCA  to the extent that it would have caused irrepairable damage to the BN if all were to be exposed, but at that time Ong ws adamant, he was not prepared to give in, he wanted a clean sheet to begin with in MCA, he wanted so much to resurrect the dying MCA, and everyone in both UMNO and MCA knew what he was up to, but to allow him that privilege would have meant irreversible  damage to the image of the BN especially the MCA and UMNO as it is believed very senior ministers from both parties were involved in sharing the spoils of the PKFZ scandal.

And so it was Chua and Leow got their act together and got rid of Ong with the full blessings of Najib, UMNO and past presidents of MCA.

Chua was waiting for this opportunity, a video sex scandal had deprived him of this position which was to be his but for  that scandal.

"I am the boss that is how it is, understand!!!"
Now however Najib is faced with a different problem - his own survival, and  his political survival he needs every Parliamentary seat he can win,  he is now putting his strategy in place, he knows that  if he does not field Ong in Pandan,  he will lose Pandan where Ong is immensely popular especially with the traders,   if he does there is a very good chance Ong  will win Pandan, the Chinese in Pandan have a great regard for Ong, for that matter even a prominent Indian in that constituency says, "it will be difficult not to vote for Ong if he is fielded, and that is the Tamil sentiment here, he has a ear for everyone, they seem to want to give him a chance too, that is how strong a candidate he is in Pandan, drop him and BN loses  Pandan."

UMNO sources tell us that Najib now wants Ong back as MCA President, it will be done after the GE13, Najib needs to revive BN's biggest partner and he feels only Ong has the credibility with the Chinese populace and that is what matters not the MCA faithful, they seem to be outcasts in their own society right now.

UMNO sources tell us that Najib has plans to re-brand  the BN and he feels  Ong will be the right person to do it for MCA  not Chua, the video scandal has more than just destroyed Chua it has tainted MCA.

The Chinese abhor traitors more than any other race, for them there is no forgiveness when it comes to dealing with traitors they have a zero tolerance level and looks like MCA is heading in that direction.

The general Chinese populace see most of the MCA stalwarts as traitors, they have been aggrieved by the happenings at Lynas, at Raub and  Bukit Merah is still fresh in their memory, they feel let down by MCA, they feel the MCA is a party of self seeking cowards not prepared to take on the establishment when Chinese interests and rights are trampled upon, but the Chinese of Pandan at least,  where it matters now for the Barisan, they have a very different opinion of Ong, he took on the establishment during in the PKFZ scandal they are confident he will take on the establishment on other issues that involve their rights, , it looks like this Hainanese has made his mark among the populace - the Chinese populace,  as a fighter and that is what they want, not the self seeking groups that dominate the MCA today.

However they see a Chinese gentleman in  Ong, and Najib hopes by giving Ong this seat he can trade with Ong to be a little moderate in his quest to clean the MCA, he is prepared to allow Ong the privilege to bring down top MCA people without sacrificing the reputation of UMNO and he hopes that Ong will buy into his future long term plan of cosmetic cleaning up.

"No!! No!!! you listen!!, here I am boss."
How Ong thinks is not really known, but he is now only focused on one thing to see Chua suck thumb, whist he is nominated as MCA's candidate for Pandan, he is, and Chua himself has acknowledged it the winnable candidate for Pandan, but Chua does not want him there to the extent that Chua may be even prepared to severe ties with UMNO if that happens, a rumour that has even been picked up and published in the Sun daily of April 10. ( "There is even talk that MCA may threaten to leave BN if the prime minister does not accept the party's condition (for Ong to be dropped), but this cannot be confirmed," said the source.......The Sun daily on line)

The younger Chua, the green horn of Johor Labis, is believed to have offered his father a solution, ask Najib to field him as a Gerakan candidate, it will require him to resign from the MCA hastily and make an application to Gerakan and have it approved on the spot, but this stubborn  MCA man is not prepared as in so many cases in the past to take that route, he wants to be fielded as a MCA candidate and an MCA candidate only.

In the meantime it is learned that if Ong is not nominated, he is prepared to put in his papers as an independent, his chances as an independent will be weak as the BN vote will be split and the only beneficiary of such a move will be the Pakatan, that will mean one seat less for the BN and one more for Pakatan,  Najib can't afford that.

Ong wants to stay in BN, Ong wants to be a party chieftain and that is why a crossover has not crossed his mind yet, he wants to take the BN back to its place with at least fifty percent of Chinese seats that is his long term vision but will Chua and Leow allow him,   they have too much to loose as the MCA the president enjoys immense benefits from the generous hand outs of UMNO, and both Chua and Leow want that.

If Ong is fielded as many believe he will, Chua's days are numbered, Leow will come down like a true Chinese and leow will be given no quarter too,  Chinese abhor traitors, and Chua sees Leow as a traitor to him and MCA, the likes of Ng Yen Yen will be deposited in the dustbins of MCA history as the lady who shamed the MCA, the Prime Minister (No! No! No!!!! in Penang), and the Barisan (No!!!!!! NO!!!!!!! NO!!!!!!, NOOOOO!!!!!!! in Melaka) and the Barisan.

A do or die battle looms once again in the MCA and it is now being planned in the shadows of UMNO, will UMNO be able to yet again play the puppeteer in this the next battle?

Is Najib about to play his Ace?

Looks like Muhyiddin is more popular then Najib as a PM of choice among BN followers.

Pause for moment and take the poll on the left of this page please before continuing.

The Najib camp has taken the threat of Muhyiddin ousting him seriously, and Najib has  now after much thought and discussion with his closest aides decided to play an ace.

The prime Minister decides who the candidates are for the BN are and where they are to be fielded, and Muhyiddin may just find himself on soft ground come the next elections.

In the Razak family having Najib as PM is the most important thing in the family, and that is why it is no coincidence that PI Bala had pointed the finger on Najib's brother Datuk Mohammed Nazim Razak,  this was further confirmed by Deepak.

The latest strategy it is reported was hatched by Najib's family and some other very close aides, the very close aides include the likes of his cousin and some senior civil servants.

Muhyiddin is still not aware of what is going on, he will only know about this when Najib unveils his candidate list, it is believed that Najib may face stern opposition if he goes ahead with his plans and some sources claim it could split UMNO right in the middle if that happens.

In what is now being seen as  soem dangerous moves by Najib, Abdullah Badawi had this dvice to Barisan members, "Najib to pick the right candidates. If our candidate is not supported and we become split, BN will not win. We must understand this," he told Singapore New Straits Times reporters. "If you're not selected, don't sabotage," a clear indication that all is not going right in the Barisan camp.

There is already a huge hue and cry from the MCA branches which is not being reported by the mainstream media, they have lost a few critical seats, one in Perak and one in Pahang, they are expected to lose more once the final list is announced, as they seem to be standingin malay majority areas where they are nto expected to win as they do not have the support of the Chinese in those areas.

If you notice there is little to show the "support" Muhyiddin has been displaying at his ceramas,  even the one held in my kampung with 'supporters' being brought in in  more than 30 charted buses from as far North as Langkawi and as far south as Scudai in Johor with about another 300 cars with an average of 3 persons to a car ( my friend from the neighboring township of Sentosa calls these 'supporters' "professional mourners"),   did not draw the attention of the press although I personally saw press people around.

Even the Tamil Namban only carried a small article in one of its less conspicuous pages, and this is to give Muhyiddin less coverage less he claims credit if there is a victory.

Part of the Razak clan strategy will be for him  will be for Najib to declare his choice of Putrajaya if the odds in Pekan are too great, and the justification  will be   that as Prime Minster he will have to stand in the nations capital rather than at constituencies in other states as this will free him form being obliged to any one state as Putrajaya is Federal Territory.

The plan hatched to neutralise Muhyiddin is to place him in Gelang Patah to face Lim Kit Siang, Muhyiddin will thus lose the comfort of Pagoh his stronghold. Arrangements are already being made towards that end, it will get all Muhyiddin's men out of Pekan and into Gelang Patah to ensure a Muhyiddin victory and leave Pekan alone.

That way Najib can claim credit if Muhyiddin wins for his strategy and if Muhyiddin loses to get rid of the competition and smoothly retain his position as PM.

However sources tell us that the damage in Pekan has already be done, and should Najib  go ahead with his plan we may land into a situation where both PM and deputy lose their seats, and in such a scenario who will become PM?

With the President of UMNO and his deputy defeated, a power struggle is bound to take shape in UMNO, all the Vice Presidents will then vie the position of PM and the most  likely candidate will be Hishamuddin Hussein Onn the least intelligent of  all UMNO Supreme Council members.

Najib will  use his powers as UMNO President to appoint Hishamuddin and history will repeat itself, but will Hishamuddin be fielded  as a candidate in the first place?

Hishamuddin will become the perfect stop gap, for Mahathir to begin playing his games,  the situation becomes ideal to launch  Mukhriz into a formidable candidate for DPM and later President of UMNO, to do that he will have to stand for a position as Vice president first, and looking at UMNO sentiment today this will not  be possible in open (warfare) competition

If Mukhriz is fielded as a State assembly candidate with the view of becoming Kedah's next Menteri besar, then that plan will fall short, so will Mukhriz stand for a Parliamentary seat as well?

Is history repeating itself with Mukhriz coming from nowhere to knock Hishamuddin out, Hisham who lacks vision and strategy will fall like his father and even if Hishamuddin takes that place the next stop gap deputy will come from one ot the incumbent Vice presidents, and who will that be.

Members are not going to play in accordance with team orders, there will be a scramble and many will to take positions, UMNO will be torn apart by squabbles and factions will begin to emerge, there may also be break away parties in what follows, the 'young turks' are just waiting for such a situation, they'll help to fan the fires to make it happen, but they'll not leave UMNO, they intend to see their game plan through.

Today's 'young turks' will not stand by and allow money politics rule the day,  and the lingering question is, will after all the scramble even people like Najib and Mahathir be able to come out clean.

Will UMNO go through another round of being declared illegal? Will the party be able to handle the onslaught of all those vying for power, the power grab will only be too big to handle or will the young turks really surprise and seize power? Only time will tell, but one thing for certain Najib is terribly worried, to the extent it is said he does not even trust his shadow in UMNO.

The rhetoric, and sentimental talk that carried the General Assembly with   women crying and men cursing  will not  be able to hold sway, too much is at stake and there are so many who will smell blood in such a situation.

So in the final analysis one has to ask, "Is Najib jantan enough to play that ace," or will he like he usually is just stick to game plan one and opt for Putrajaya and be contended, my take is he is a coward and too much of script politician he will stand in Pekan and lose,"said Daud.

The Hishamuddin Hussein Report Card

Looks like Muhyiddin is more popular then Najib as a PM choice among BN followers.

Pause for moment and take the poll on the left of this page please before continuing.

A Brief Summary of
The Hishamuddin Hussein Onn Report Card
Opened

Hishamuddin Hussein Onn Background

UMNO's founder and Grandfather to Hisham
A fourth Generation politician, his grandfather was the founder of UMNO and later  got disillusioned by the very party he founded because it was racist from its inception and refused to open its doors to other races. His grandfather Datuk Onn bin Jaffar then formed another party called Party Negara the rest is history.

However the son of Onn Jaffar, Tun Hussein Onn joined UMNO  stayed in UMNO became its President and was methodically ousted or for that matter removed  by Mahathir bin Mohammed.

Though an upright man of impeccable integrity Hussein Onn was not much of a leader, and facing the likes of Mahahtir Mohammed he was forced to give way after Mahathir literally cleared his desk after he returned from a by pass in London, stating that he was medically unfit to continue, and doing so as though he was indeed very concerned as a doctor about his boss - the fact being Mahathir was only waiting for the first opportunity to sit on the PM's desk.
Now his son and the grandson of Onn bin Jaffar is our Minister of Home Affairs, a far cry from his esteemed father and grandfather.

It was his father who once said "If I am trusted to serve, if the country wants me, I will not refuse at whatever cost to me, but to scramble for office at whatever cost, no!."

As his own son Hishamuddin put it, "he was there when the nation needed him most," it was he who authorised the arrest and trial of Dato Harun Idris the all powerful UMNO youth head of the time and the Menteri Besar of Selangor, that act of his was something every other PM and even his son shied away from in the face of bigger corruption scandals.

His son as  the Minister of home affairs who has the authority to do so, who controls both the MACC and the Police force did not have the courage to do what his father did, and why? I'll leave you to draw the conclusions.

If we had a man of Tun Hussein Onn's integrity this nation would not have been cheated of the billions it has by all the corrupt scandals.

All cabinet members have a report card, and Hishamuddin Hussein Onn is no exception,

Tun Hussein Onn the father
Well of course that is the one report card written by him and his cousin, and who do they think they are trying to fool?

It can't be a report for  his father, because this is not a school report card, and his father is not around,  the report card is meant for the rakyat, the rakyat put him there to work and that is precisely what he is supposed to do, so let us as Rakyat,  look at some of the aspects of his work and let him and the nation know how he has performed.

Let us give him a report card.

Before going into some of the details of Hishamuddin's report card, we must understand that Najibs' predecessors preferred to have low performing ministers in their cabinet, this trend was of course started by Mahathir Mohammed and that is why he moved anyone who was more intelligent than him out of cabinet and phased them out.

Now whilst Abdullah Badawi did not have a clue of whom he chose for his cabinet, Najib was even worse and as a result we have the world's least intelligent Minister of Home Affairs, but then how can we complain, Najib is in the same category when we compare him with other Prime Ministers.

A face of incompetence
Now Hishamuddin Husssein Onn the once UMNO Youth Chief who drew out a Keris and threatened to draw blood of what can only be seen to have been directed to only the Chinese is certainly not the material for Home Minsiter, that will go down in Najib's report card for choices Najib has failed. So Najib scores a  (D) a D means job performance well below expectations.

For starters let us begin with his handling of the Teoh Beng Hock case.

Teoh Beng Hock Case
If he had even the minimal amount of intelligence he would have used it to gain the confidence of all Malaysians.

As minister of Home Affairs he should have immediately ordered a thorough investigation into the case,a special police task force should  have been brought in to investigate and the truth without frills should have been exposed.

If that was done he would have come out with flying colours instead he chose to hide behind the Attorney Generals' Chambers and allow the Police and the MACC to work hand in hand in what apparently looked like a massive cover up.

Score (D). In a system that has been riddled by corruption, where it has gone to its core,  this is what that can be expected, it is only apparent from this reaction that the system is so corrupt everything was compromised. It is seemingly  a case of you cover my back and I'll cover yours, or you tell on me and I'll tell on you and remember the higher you are on the pecking order there is so much more to tell.

The Handling Of Bersih
In the handling of the  Bersih cases.

He accused Bersih of being political when it was an NGO only looking to ensure free and fair elections, clean elections and thus the name "Bersih," remaining neutral, and encouraging everyone including UMNO to join the rallies.

Had he jumped the Band wagon and gone on with the "Bersih" plan both him and the party would l have been looked on in a more positive light, but he did not.

The Elections commissioner is supposed to be free of any obligations to,  and interference from  the political parties including the government, with so much irregularity exposed in their registration exercise UMNO should have been the most interested  party in the  cleaning the rolls, instead they defended the  Elections Commission.

Hishamuddin declared the rallies illegal, refused to give the venues they had requested although the venues were available and instead used the Police force under his control to brutally attack and assault those participating, the police even went to the extent to attack a Hospital, which he so vigorously denied when  even the daughter of Mahathir  testified in the press that the hospital was attacked, , he passed it off as lies, one demonstrator died as a result of suffocation from tear gas fired on the crowd by the police, the Court was shocked at his behaviour and it is quite clear he did not intervene because he had an interest not to interfere with the Elections commissions unclean records. It is suspect he was was working hand in glove with the commission.(See Immigration)

Score (D-) {D- denotes extremely poor performance, incapable of performing this aspect of his work.}
He did not see the opportunity of gaining the trust of Malaysians, by allowing the rally and in fact participating in it, he did not use the police force to protect citizens in peaceful assembly a Constitutional  right, he failed terribly in his role as Minster of Home Affairs.

Security.
This man failed to even stop the men from his own party, behaving like thugs harassing, threatening  and blockading Ambiga's home. (Ambiga as the chairperson of  Bersih 2.) and even though threats to her life were made the Police refused to act and as Minister of Home affairs internal security was his responsibility, and yet he refused to act.

UMNO supporters doing Butt exercises outside Ambiga's home
He took her organisation of Bersih campaigns to the personal level, he lacked the professionalism in seeing that as a citizen she was entitled to security, a function he is responsible for as Minister of Home Affairs, he could not allow thugs to take the law into their own hands that would only result in anarchy if others decided to react, as a lawyer by training he did not see the implications of his inaction,  he refused to get the Police to act - a gross dereliction of duty, and as Home  Minster this was not acceptable at all.

His silence in the affair only made him a party of what was going on by members of his own political party.

He allowed his personal interest to override national interests, and this is totally unbecoming of a  member of Parliament who has to act responsibly , leave alone the Minister of Home affairs.

This is conduct we'd not expect from even the Junior officers of the ministry entrusted with such roles.

Score (D-) {incapable of performing this major aspect of his work. Seems to lack the mental capacity to carry on. }

His attitude to Ambiga Sreenivasen  a former President of the  Malaysian Bar Council with a record of remarkable achievements, internationally recognized,  the receipant of the International Women of Courage Award  was careless, he did not recognise the implications of his actions and how it would affect the credibility of the Malaysian  government internationally as it was clearly a reaction on his part having taken the issue to a personal level.
His professionalism especially being a trained lawyer is now brought into question by these acts. Was it even legal that he should turn a blind eye on people who have gone to threaten Ambiga no matter what the provocation, being a lawyer he must be one of the first persons to have recognised that, his failure point only to a gross dereliction of duty.

The Sabah Attack
A show of incompetence again, grossly irresponsible behaviour it was not his role to get involved here, it is a foreign invasion by any account when the Army of a Foreign Sultanate lands on our shores fully armed to claim territory as theirs, and states  its intention to keep that territory.

Hishamuddin  allows his Police Chief in the district to "negotiate" with the armed intruders, his police force who spotted these intruders should have immediately called in the army, this was not their job it was an act of war,  and this group of invaders should have been dealt with severely.

This was an act of war, no quarter to ask for,  no quarter to be given, if it needed to  be, the entire band of intruders should have been shot dead, if it was not possible to get them to surrender or if it was impossible to capture them.

What has resulted is that these men are still in lurking  in the jungles of Sabah, or taking refuge with local Suluks who have been given stay in Malaysia by Mahathir Mohammed,  and only after sacrificing the precious lives of some of our Policemen did he realise the job was too big for him, but not before going to pose with press photographers a safe distance away from the danger scene.

All this because he gave them the time they required to infiltrate and take control.

A total failure.

Score (D-) He does not have a grasp of his functions, does not know and understand the boundaries within  which his authority lies, lacks total   understanding of all his job functions incapable of performing important tasks, lacks strategic mindset, dangerous for this  role, should not have been placed in the ministry in the first place,  his actions prove that for his own personal reasons of trying to look good he will sacrifice the security of the nation.

Certainly unfit for any post of responsibility, not the material required for being custodian of internal security, in fact not even the material for member of parliament.

Has brought shame to the country, to himself and his esteemed family but does not seem to realise it.

Immigration
Had been more involved in petty political squabbles, fighting shadows, creating problems, that he has ignored this all important aspect of his work.

Illegal foreign population seems to be on the rise by the day.

Hishamuddin  is suspected to have reached a deal with foreign illegals to be given stay in the country, and some sort of legal status, maybe even citizenship if they if vote the BN.

Evidence supporting  such happenings seemed to have surfaced in the Klang valley in that illegals have been registered as voters, there have been cases where Malaysian studying abroad have been registered here without their consent fueling speculation that the immigration department a department under his ministry would have provided such details to local assistant registrars as it is impossible for  the EC to know who is "out" and "in" form this country, to get another person to register on his/her behalf.

In a statement to Malaysiakini, Klang MP Charles Santiago asked , "How can they be registered when they claimed they have not done so. The EC claims that the electoral rolls are clean."

"I state otherwise - that this will be the dirtiest election of all. To make matters worse, we cannot challenge the rolls because of Section 9A of the Election Act, where gazetted electoral rolls cannot be challenged.

"For those residing overseas, how could people register for them unless they have been informed by the Immigration Department," he told Malaysiakini.

The Selangor EC chief has allegedly admitted to a DAP Parliamentarian that an UMNO assistant registrar had registered many such voters.

Coming in light of the fact that this has been highlighted by Bersih way back and his complete refusal to take the complaints seriously and  nip this in the bud, places the integrity of the GE13 in question.

Score (D-) Hishamuddin does not have the mindset nor the intelligence to handle the function of Member of Parliament leave alone the function of Minster of Home affairs.

There were indications of this whilst he was deputy minster and head of UMNO youth.

The Triad
The choice of this less intelligent person to head the all important ministry of home affairs brings the competence of the Prime Minister himself into  question, this was  a grievous error of judgement, the continuation of Hishamuddin as Minister of Home affairs only goes to show that the Prime Minister was careless and unconcerned with Hishamuddin's performance the security of the nation was allowed to be compromised, and the PM allowed the situation to deteriorate without taking any serious action. A new minister should have been put in his place, someone who understood the issues and the implications of actions, but this was not the case.

What is worrying is that the Police have been warning about troubles during the next elections, is this because various parties have resolved to check on illegals going to cast their vote? Are the police going to go out there to protect these illegals, where a situation cloud arise that would deem the people trying to stop the illegals as "trouble causers?"

Will we get a lesson from Mahahtirism, where this government of Najib Tun Razak will in the even they lose ask the courts to declare the elections null and void, as was the case with UMNO under Mahathir?

It's not only this Minister who is a misfit, but the Prime Minster himself.

Under these circumstances it is dangerous if   people decide to retain this PM and his cabinet. We have no choice but to make a change an Urgent change.

 UBAH!!!!!
