UMNO mulls a Najib ouster

 by Toffee

If Najib is thinking of leaving the country I think he should do the rakyat a favor and stay he should not leave  not till the elections are over at least.

Is he looking sick?
Not that it would save the nation valuable money but more so that he may be unseated in an UMNO coup of sorts in his absence, some of his closest aides have joined the opposition  within UMNO to unseat him in a "coup de grace" of sorts save that there will be no real physical killing, but cutting him off completely from UMNO whist he is away.

These types of bloodless coup or any coup for that matter  have the tendency of  setting precedents  for others to follow, and that can be dangerous  and should not be allowed to  happen in Malaysia.

The recent rumour  of Najib's stroke was  was fed to the blogs by UMNO in a deliberate attempt  to give him a hint that his time is running out, some say such is Mahathir's fear of Anwar taking over Putrajaya that he is willing to risk all. Mahathir is certainly looking very dangerous to this society of ours, the dictatorial elements in his character is showing and that too very glaringly.

The news reached bloggers from within UMNO, it was not designed to  discredit the bloggers concerned  but  to give Najib a broad hint of where UMNO thinks he should be heading.

There needn't be a vote of no confidence in Parliament to oust Najib, all that has to happen is for him to be unseated as Presidnet of UMNO by the supreme council and once this is accomplished, all that needs to be done is for Muhyiddin to  approach the King  informing His Majesty  that he (Najib)  no longer enjoys  the support of the majority in Parliament.

With the likes of Mahathir  who it is believed is guiding  the entire exercise,  Chua Soi Lek and Palanivel will crumble and accept whatever is done by UMNO. The precedent has already been set in Perak and they are now planning to use it on Najib in absentia.

Some people have been talking about convening the supreme council and an  outright vote of no confidence by  the UMNO supreme council right in Najib's face, but others are against it, as experience has taught them that UMNO grassroots despise such  moves and UMNO will pay a heavy price if it tries that. UMNOputras are just  not the type to kick out a leader that way.

There seems to be disagreement in the approach, others talk about the sick excuse, this apparently  has to be the Mahatherian strategy, Mahathir has the experience of executing such an exercise, he knows how to clean up an existing PM's desk and tell him to go, and believe me it will be easier to do that to Najib there is so much to hold him with, all the chips are stacked in favour of the opposition within  UMNO.

The plot that is being  planned bears strange similarities to Shakespeare's Julius Caesar,  There is Brutus in this  is plot too, not that he would literally stab Najib but a stab onthe back it will be, the Brutus is not  Muhyiddin but someone closer to  Najib and there seems a to be a Mark Anthony too. Muhyiddin though is very much in the know of the plot and has  given his acceptance but tries to remain aloof, he is playing the game that he'd do what is good for UMNO.

In the UMNO hierarchy there are just too many of the big wigs with so much filth in the closet it does not take a genius to get rid of them. Think what an UMNO supreme councilor can do to Najib, if a nobody like Deepak Jaikshan   can wreck so much havoc on the credibility of the PM.
An abandoned Hotel in Port Dickson

There is of course a former state chief,  now seemingly aptly rewarded, who is part of this plot, he is not the main player but has been chosen to be an executioner  if the need be, he holds valuable proof to some  information that has come into  public domain  some time ago,  an allegation over which Najib as usual chose to remain silent, an incident it is said Mahathir saved Najib from, it is enough  to wreck havoc on Najib to the extent he may even lose his Pekan seat. God bless FELDA.

There are other classified information on the PM that has become available to certain  members of the security council and all this has got many worried about UMNO's chances in the next General Elections, some in the UMNO supreme council are also afraid that this information may now have been leaked to the opposition. This information has the results of a covet special branch investigation on the Altantuya case everything is known and it is a matter of time before what is in it will be made public by a mole.

These issues are of concern not only to UMNO but more so to the BN, although the other BN chiefs are not privy to all this, they are excluded so they can go about making all the noise they want to like Chua Soi Lek is at the present. Soi Lek to UMNO is  a chicken without a head, he can go out, run wild and make a lot of noise as though the 'world has come falling down." UMNO needs a headless chicken and for the time being Chua Soi Lek is the ideal choice.

Whilst some in the supreme council of UMNO are really concerned many are mere opportunists as they see it as the stepping stone to move higher in the pecking order.

There are deals made by Najib or influenced by Najib that runs into the billions that if unchecked will easly allow his rather no too tall  wife to dwarf the efforts of a rather  taller Imelda Marcos  all this and more, are too heavy a burden for UMNO to bear so Najib has to be removed, and that too soon - the sooner the better they feel.

Altantuya is the final  bait to get him, if he goes there will be no charge if he refuses that is the main charge and it is not only he who would be charged.

UMNO being UMNO they'd rather do it behind his back so that they do not have to confront him directly, they are hoping on his being outside the country they can convene the supreme council and certain government departments and settle the issue once and for all with Najib more graciously.

Khairy Jamaluddin will be given the rare honour of informing Najib during his absence and if he refuses he will be history, even if he accepts, he will they say become history.

Datin Paduka Seri Rosmah binti Mansor (FLOM)
The strategy is that   he will "fall sick" overseas, when he is "sick" and recuperating overseas, Malaysians will sympathize with him and should the opposition attack him the BN side would  use "the sympathy factor" to attack the opposition, it will try to show how wicked these people (the oppositon) are to an "ailing ex-PM" and it will not  under the circumstances, be difficult to photograph the FLOM weeping uncontrollably especially after her husband has been unseated.

Musa Hassan has been asked to remain quiet and not say anything in the meantime, all his wayang kulit has been directed by UMNO itself, and Najibs' not so intelligent cousin fell for it.

Certain opposition leaders are in the know of what is happening and prefer to actually sound Najib on this move, the Opposition feels with Najib at the helm the BN is easier meat, and if UMNO unseats him they feel there may be swing of sympathy  votes towards the BN.

It is reported that the whole machinery is in place to remove Najib the moment he steps out of the country, he will then be advised not to return till after the elections.Others say wether he goes or he does not go he is out.

Najib is expected to make a couple of trips prior to the General Elections overseas, well if he does then we know what to expect, and this may happen very soon.

If Najib is deposed this way it will be quite similar to the way Arab Kings get deposed by their sons or even their close relatives, it will mark a trend in Malaysia and the talk is that the plan has received the fullest blessings of the Senior UMNO member.

Najib Tun Razak, if you know what is good for you stay, do not leave the country not even for a short trip everything is planned, and the minute you board the plane the operations to rid this country of your not so impressionable Prime Ministership will be fulfilled by those who sit next to you.

Najib treats Indians as Beggars

Najib Tun Razak, you  should be ashamed of yourself and your government, to get a crowd of less than 1000 people you had to give away bags of rice for free, and although you did that you had such a poor turnout. You want to know the numbers, click on this link.

These are no lies we don't photograph the people milling around the leader alone, in your case those are the only people and your controlled media talks about thousands when in fact many a time there are not even a hundred and that includes your bodyguards, your ministry people and the accompanying minsters officers too.

The Peoples Uprising Rally in KL which I attended was full of ordinary Malaysians, many  of them UMNO members from Johor, whose photograph is posted in my blog, all traveled for a cause, they were given nothing,  on the contrary they donated their own hard earned cash for the cause and yet they were there, about 140,000 people and the majority were not "party members" as you put it but rather a huge number of still registered UMNO members fed up of you and UMNO that I can assure you.

To top it you have insulted the Indians in Klang, G.Kathirvelu an Indian I encountered in the Jalan Mohet, in the vicinity of where you were  told me,  "this is  an insult to the Indian community, he (Najib) came  to give us  a handout of rice, that is what we in the  community do to beggars, and if this was paid for by the shopkeepers and the MIC there is a lot to answer for, we are no beggars, Ponggol Rice and raw rice are two different things, the Indians gave him Ponggol Rice not raw rice."

Kathirvelu who is from Sungei Pelek, said this was a common way in which the Barisan treated Indians, his father who used to work in Tumbok estate,  was a member of the MIC and during those days they used promise to pay the Indian estate workers five ringgit each if the Alliance won, he continued, and  the poor workers would oblige,  a few elections later  he said,  "the voters were split on this amount and as a result Cikgu Jaabar the independent won the seat, later to unseat Cikgu Jaabar in Sungei Pelek they paid the Indians ten ringgit on the insistence of the MIC, UMNO won on Indian votes then and even now they do the same and our people (the Indians) continue behaving like beggars a culture brought about by the MIC,  an it is a shame how they treat us and we allow ourselves to be treated too."

He was so annoyed he said,  "these people ( the Indians)  who took the rice had no pride in themselves they they have the beggar mentality, they have not changed from my father's time," saying, " Najib came to insult the Indians, he felt that the Indian political parties where those responsible for such actions they promote this beggar culture, undermining the integrity of the Indians advising an "onion*" like Najib to,  treat us as beggars and telling UMNO  that is when we will respond, this has to stop."

His story had some similarities with the Thaipusam being declared a National  Holiday, but the dame then wa so great the Indians shunned the Barisan, the Thaipusam national holdiay was mooted by the MIC.

This happened in the vicinity of  the Sri Kota Hospital and was witnessed by many Indians, many of whom supported this man, one man who tried to pacify Kathirvelu was immediately told off and told that if he had a beggar mentality than so be it but not to sell the whole community that way.

He made a valid point, it is forgotten that the Indian labourers  built the roads and the railways of this country, they cleared the land and planted the rubber and Oil Palm it was they together with the Chinese in the mines, who worked in the estates and mines that  brought development  and their contribution has never been  acknowledged.

I distinctly remember that somewhere between the late seventies and the mid  eighties Guinness Malaysia which was at that time a Company on its own and not part of the MBL group had offered to make documentaries on the contribution of Indians to the  Malaysian economy but the then Minisiter of Home Affairs put a stop to it.

This is how the History of this country is written, it takes away the contribution of the people and paint a  picture that it was the UMNO that developed this country.

Take a look at how Paramesewara has had his identity totally changed.

Take a look at how Hang Tuah whom they recently discovered was Chinese has so suddenly become a legend.

Why did they forbid people into the newly discovered historical Buddhist finds in South Johor?

Take a look at  how UMNO has removed parts of  the ethnic Malaysian Malay culture which were rooted in Hindu traditions  and are now trying to replace it with Indonesian culture which is angering the Indonesians at the same time as they are not giving due acknowledgement to the same.

This was the Mahahterian agenda, a person who is ashamed to own  up to his own roots is ashamed of his heritage and to hide that he is now creating a new culture to be imposed on the Malaysians.

Had it not been for  the Tin, Rubber and Palm Oil industries we would  not have much of  an economy today to talk about.

It was these industries and their spin offs that brought wealth to a Malaya of yesterday, it was from this wealth that we built our schools, it was from this wealth that we educated our young, it was from this wealth that we had the infrastructure ready for our own Industrial Revolution in the mid sixties with the advent of companies like Matsushita in Sungei Rengam Estate  in Klang now known as Shah Alam,  later motor car assembly plants and their spin off industries would be established there,  and  this was later followed by the Semiconductor Industry in Bayan Lepas in Penang, the Sungei Way Free Trade Zone, the Ulu Kelang Free Trade Zone, the Batu Berandam Free Trade Zone and form then on to other Industrial estates of  Prai, Kuantan, Johore and the rest.

The acknowledgement to these people who gave their lives to set up the foundation of the economy is forgotten, not because of anything else but race, and that was the accomplishment of Mahathir Mohammed who single handedly destroyed the world Tin Market something for which Malaysian History must give him due credit. In doing so he destroyed the economy of the fast growing town of Ipoh and the state of Perak, which has still to recover.

It was no secret that he was terribly envious of the Chinese in Malaysia, he secretly admired their desire for achievement an their diligence and hard work, so instead of telling the Malays,"Look at the Chinese," he said it differently, he said, "Look East," and looked at Japan instead, this man Mahathir was the greatest of all Malaysian saboteurs, instead of giving due credit to his own people the Malaysian Chinese he decided to give it to the Japanese, that was the Malaysia he envisaged, one without the other races and that is glaringly evident in his behaviour even today, and that is why Nazri once referred to him as a bloody racist.

So did  he purposely destroy the Tin market in order to destroy the Chinese Tin Miners? Only he will know the truth.

A lot of the development of  this country may be credited to Mahathir, but what is there to actually show, history will unravel the true picture, for behind the facades of the huge buildings in Kuala Lumpur are the loss of valuable forests, trees like the famous Merbau are almost extinct they have all been exploited and sent to China and replaced with fast growing  imported trees of the Eucalyptus variant, the type that burns so easily the type that contributes to forests fires  in Australia and which have no value to our ecosystem, resulting in a chain reaction of reducing our insect and animal lives and flora and fiona so dependent on each other.

Behind the facade of so much development and "white elephants" are the huge financial scandals, cronyism, nepotism and corruption that drove  this one time world leading country in terms of worker productivity to non competitive status. And why? Just because of kickbacks and other forms of corruption that has bled the nation.

We are a leading nation in the outflow of corrupt monies, that is an  established fact. Anwar has asked the question some two years ago as to where this money went and who was sending this money out, and yet up this day the question has not been answered. Why? I do not think I need to elaborate and Najib who is also our finance minister, is noted for his silence when it comes to telling the truth.

Anwar is the biggest fear factor for UMNO and Mahathir. Anwar knows too much he is able to give us the bigger picture of what is really happening both locally and internationally, the people are listening and Mahathir and the Barisan government that thinks they have shut him up without giving him access to the mass media have been proven wrong his ability to reach the masses  may  even give Mahathir his worst heart attack of all time. (Julain Assange interviews Anwar Ibrahim)
 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ahKgDAogJdY

A plane trip over the peninsular will show how our  lands were raped for personal benefit.  Why, only in one of my recent articles I wrote about the incident in Parliament about the time before operations lallang where Kit Siang was repatedly questioning Najib about a Timber concession valed at that time at bout 30 million ringgit awarded to someone whose address was in a low cost house, Najib as usual even at that time refused to answer, this is a tactic that Najib has used for  long time, and as Kit Siang began to mount the pressure till
Najib arrived at the TPCA (Tamil Physical Cultural Association renamed Tun Razak stadium to erase the fact that the Tamil community put up the first stadium in Kuala Lumpur and renamed after his father)  stadium together with  his present deputy and the famous Mohd.Taib bin Mohammed and after a very provocative rally Mahathir called in operations lallang and the timber story got burned with the lallang.(Will the Chetti Padang be next? Will it be renamed Najib Padang?)

One sees the corruption, the nepotism and the cronysim which Anwar saw and was bent on putting stop to, which resulted in the incarceration of Anwar Ibrahim.

Going Back to cultural roots
Najib Tun Razak you can say all those nasty things  about the "Peoples Uprising Rally", you had  to go to places filled with people, give rice away for free to show you had a crowd for your gathering,  but if you could not  even muster a crowd of 1,000 people for your ponggol gatherings I think you must  keep quiet!! and stop telling Malaysians lies, like that  that all those people  there at the Uprising rally  were "Party members," come to think of it you may be right almost all of them there, that is the Malays will be found on your  UMNO membership rolls without their knowledge, that we know UMNO is famous for, and it is a fact that my friends from the Johor UMNO were there at least 400 of them,  I got them to wave the flag to show their presence, the proof is here for you.

The Peoples Uprising Rally - SUCCESS!!!!!

This is not an artist impression it is just another view
I remember the song,  "When I am 64" by the Beatles, well,  in a few days I will be 64, and at this age to have been there from 11.45 a.m till the finish is an achievement or sorts for me, it was a sacrifice I made for our  Children and their Children's Children and  indeed I was glad.

Now after all that and the joint pains, the sun burn, the back aches on this already darkened body of mine and  almost extreme fatigue, I am indeed glad and now I realise and know what sacrifice really means, it is an enjoyment of a suffering because you it is a suffering  for not just  a noble cause but something even higher, you want to do it,  and need to do it and undergo that suffering for your own peace of mind, and the betterment of others other than yourself.

I thank God for this opportunity for this sacrifice which I truly believe I dedicate to our Children and I know many of those who were there many even older than me will feel the same.

Still tired I have decided to write to let you all, to share  what happened and what I observed, it is on all the blogs, and yes Malaysiakini is free today read it and you'll find more. Read the other blogs too get a better understanding of the Significance of this day the march to the "New Merdeka Rakyat."

To sum it up the Rally was a success a tremendous success, and it is an indication that our journey to Putrajaya is succeeding we'll be there before this time next year and that is not too far away, only that as Najib trembles and Mahathir loses sleep over Anwar they seem to be delaying it as much as possible.

Najib returned from a rally at Tesco Symineyh yesterday where he was greeted I am told by a massive crowd of 300 guests I did not miss any zeros so I'll let you know again, yes,  three hundred people, right now as I write he is at the Chitty Padang in Klang, close to the Indian Pathar (jewelers) shops, (where Rosmah can "shop")  and there is no crowd, execpt that today is Sunday, and on Sunday's Jalan Tengku Kelana is crowded with Indian shoppers, this Sunday being close to Thaipusam there will be more.

All the Churches in the vicinty are having Sunday services and Sunday School, and it is jammed even without him having to be there. In all there are 7 Churches including the Gospel Hall most almost opposite the Padang, and the furthest about a five minute walk so don't get your numbers mixed up to add to it there is huge Hindu Temple on the fringes of the Padang. I ma from Klang so I can give you the details pretty accurately.

rally people's uprising bird's eye view
Birds eye view
The Peoples Uprising Rally at the Merdeka Stadium was successful. Yes indeed it was a successful Peoples rally, people came to the famous stadium which is hardly used today, and they came in the thousands my conservative estimate is 140 thousand that is the minimum and I can't be wrong. The picture below does not show the whole scene and it does not lie, I have confirmed there was no function at the Chinese Temple below, the Victoria Institution at the back or even that the BP house where boy scouts meet.

I promised I'd try and give you feeds as it happened, but for some apparent reason my I pad's cellular service was turned off.

My apologies for not giving you live feeds, it was a great rally a really great rally. And so even though I am really tired I decided I'd write.

A lesson form the rally

Hishamuddin to be taken to task.

In one of my previous articles I asked for sacking of Hishamuddin Tun Hussein Onn and I was not wrong, I have been proven right this man is really and truly as I always mention on this blog, "less intelligent."

Before I could put pen to paper  Gobind Singh Deo has don it , but that shall not stop me from writing this.

The less intelligent Minister of Home Affairs, the cousin of the Prime Minisiter Najib Bin Tun Razak, the Son of one of our previous Prime Minister's Tun hussein Onn, and the grandson of the man credited with the formation of UMNO Hishamuddin Hussein Onn will have  a lot to answer for  and learn from this rally. he has to be held accountable too, he is a Minister and the blame falls more than just squarely on him it falls totally on him

At Bersih 2  he refused us the use of Merdeka Stadium, he had the entire place closed up like a war zone, with fully armed FRU units, with barbed wire blocking all entrances to the stadium and so the people had to gather elsewhere, around in the streets only to be attacked by the Federal Reserve Unit (FRU) they even attacked people in the Tong Shin Hospital,  the entrance into KL Central from Brickfields was so heavily tear gassed  no one could get in and I'll bet all on his orders, that is now apparent he wanted or hoped to whip the rakyat into submission and how miserably he failed and yet he blamed it on the Rakyat, peaceful people who came to protest the excesses of the Government of which he is a serving minister and of course the electoral rolls, the electoral lists, phantom voters etc, more so Good Governance.

Hismuddin blamed the people for being the aggressors and how could they?

We had in the crowd not only elderly men but more so elderly women, young girls, ladies of all ages and their numbers matched the men if it didn't exceed them.

We are Malaysians, he probably is not,  we will not risk the safety of our girls, our sisters, our mothers and grandmothers to have the police spray us with chemically laced water, and charge us with toxic tear gass.

His denials that the police went into the hospital was disputed by the daughter of his real boss and Mahathir bin Mohammed and even Mahathir's claims of that rally fell to nought when his daughter marina came out and contradicted them.

Yesterday's rally was  how peaceful a a rally of Malaysians can really be, at the end of it the organizers thanked the Police, the people passing the police station sang and praised the police they waived at the police and the Police waved back so it could not have been the Police the buck stops at the top and so  Hishamuddin has to take the blame and be accountable to all those who were hurt and some even fatally during those two rallies.

If this government is really serious about the people,  Hishamuddin Hussein Onn should be sacked for such reckless behavior coming from the Minister of Home affairs of all people, and even before this rally he came out trying to get it stopped for ll sort of reasons that linger in that less intelligent head. If he  had his way it would  have been another mess.

As usual Barisan Nasional always get's it wrong

The others in government thought that by using what they deemed reverse psychology they'd thin out the response, well they were wrong very very wrong and it is good because they now know that people are serious.

Surprisingly today 'The Star' comes out with a headline article and true picture of the event, they hardly gave the event any publicity before the event, wonder why they came in after it had all happened.

The MIC on the other hand tried to show Najib they could help him outdo the Peoples Uprising Rally  so  they prepared the Ponggol rally at the Chetty stadium today, and the IPF had another similar rally at the Tesco in Syminyeh and  just like a dying man clinging on to a straw, the Prime Minsiter tried his luck with this what he calls the fixed deposit of the Barisan Nasional - the Indians, but yesterday they declared  at the stadium that they are now the fixed deficit of the BN and they proved it at his two rllies, the Indians are no fools.

Nobody want's a government that gives you RM500 as BRIM after 55 years and then uses AES to draw that money back hundred thousand times over.

The Rally demonstrated that we are really one people and one Nation

Yes indeed this was the peoples uprising rally, whist this rally was going on Najib was being entertained by about 300 people from the IPF but they were not all Indians a good number were onlookers who were shopping at the Tesco in Syminyeh what a pathetic respone for  the Prime minister and even as I write it they have jammed up the always jammed Jalan Tenku Kelana (especially on Sundays and more so close to Indian festivals) to demonstrate to the whole world how the crowds thronged the street to catch a glimpse of Najib or is it  Rosmah shopping at the Indian Pathars (jewelers) in Tengku Kelana.

When the PM's presence could not even muster one percent of the rally at the Merdeka Stadium it says a lot. When the PM has to pay to get a crowd it says a lot, it is no secret that charted buses on UMNO's or the governments expense are used to gather crowds and each attending member is paid a sum of money and even promised and extended trip like the one to Melaka where the bus met with an accident, it shows that the people even the UMNO supporters have no real love for this Government..

On the other hand, there were accusations that the Pakatan was paying people to attend this rally, and to this Mat Sabu replied, we are not paying you, but I want all of you to pay instead, after coming here from all corners of the country on your won expense, after sitting in the sun for all these hours, yes we want all of you to pay, as the rental of this stadium is exhorbitantly high, but we wanted the stadium anyway   because today is a historical day we shall have a the declaration of the Merdeka Rakyat today, just like that Historical day in 1957.

The crowd responded with cheers acknowledging their intention to pay and pay they did, money was collected in plastic bags and I am sure that collections was huge.

Earleir Hadi had informed the crowd that to rent the stadium in Kota Baruk Kelantan, controlled by PAS it would only cost  eight hundred ringgit, but the Merdeka Stadium (a stadium that is hardly used today because of Mahathir's dreams of destroying this icon of our independence and replace it with his Commonwealth Stadiums, and to push further out the contributions of Tengku Abdul Rahman and try and claim the title of "Bapak Malaysia" for himself) charged the organisers more than a hundred thousand ringgit.

The Crowd.
Each time there is a function of this kind there are disputes about the numbers, but let me take you through this.

This Stadium was built for an initial capacity of 25,00 people, it proved to be too small and that was increased to about thirty thousand and it was mainly used for football matches. Remember that it was the home groudn for all the matches played by Selangor in the Malaysia Cup, and it used to be sellout each time Selangor played its arch rival Singapore, it used to be jam packed and the press in those days used to put the figure at 40,000 so although it was supposedly built for 30,000 it can seat 40,000 people.*

Looking at yesterday"s crowd that was about forty thousand, on the stands, I was at what used to be called  the VI stands because of its proximity to the Victoria Institution, and saw the crowd from that point, I later walked to the middle of the field and took a look all around the field was full of people the field alone can take at least another forty  thousand people so give and take we'd have had at least 80,000 people ant the estimate of the police were correct, but what ever happened to the counter on the stills that used to used to give actual numbers?

Outside the Stadium stretching close to the Pudu Jail on one end and right down to the Old ACA (BPR) now known as the MACC headquarters there were people, that would have been  been close to between  60 - 80  thousand if not more so that gives us a conservative  total of 140,000 people, but what ever the number the sheer crowd spoke for itself, this was not a paid cows but a paying crowd and a responsive crowd too, we have seen paid cows elsewhere.

Lim Guan Eng, Hadi and Anwar Ibrahim addressed the crowds, and each time they shouted Merdeka the crowd responded Rakyat, on the completion of his speech Anwar did the Merdeka 7 times and the crowd responded 7 times.
These Hatters just  refused to reveal their age.

The Tok Guru led the closing prayers, people of other faiths were seen with heads bowed praying their own way signing the kind of unity this country needs.

The Peoples Merdeka declaration was read out and amongst them was to wipe out corruption, cronyism and nepotism in government.

Anwar issued a warning to the elections commission not to do anything to undermine the ballot box as he woudl be held fully accountable.

Guan Eng assured  the crowd that none of the Pakatan candidates had permanent resident status in Australia or other countries, he took at swipe at Chua Soi Lek not mentioning the minster but saying he was a Minister of Health and it was not Chua Jui Meng.

The mood was set for Putrajaya, the crowd was set for Putrajaya, and the response by people o fall raes was set for Putrajaya, it was a singular voice the people are fed up, jsut plain fed up and they want change, it is hear at their doorstep.

The majority were Malays, followed by the Chinese and a smattering of Indians and others a truly Malaysian crowd, represented by the various parties, NGOs, and other organisations, including the MTUC.

The MTUC representative declared that the organisation is apolitical and that the MTUC woud lsupport any candidate who was labour friendly. he noted that under the Barisan Government only eight percent of the workers  are unionised an this is very low when compared to with even the developed countries.

Th elaws of this country he noted does not favour the workmen, an dthat under th Barisan Governemnt worker representation has deteriorated over the years.

Abiga was given a rousing welcome in her speech she too said bersih was apolitical, and that what was required was clean and fair elections, to he shouts of ini kali la.

The Johor Group, UMNO members present faces blurred
It was said that at the last UMNO rally the members were crying at the end of the rally, they were not crying because they were happy, some people do that, they were crying it is said because that was the last UMNO general Assembly they will ever be attending to which the crowd gave thunderous applause even the RMAF helicopter used to monitor the situation in the stadium had its noise drowned.

*I do not claim to be an authority but just to share.  I have been for the football matches in the Merdeka stadium right from the days of Arthur Koh, Stanley Gabriel, Sexton Lourdes, Abdul Ghani Minhat one of the best forwards this country ever produced, during the days of Tengku, and later when during the time Harun Idiris was the manager of Selangor  and we had the likes of Mokhtar Dhari, Soh Chin Aun, Santokh Sing and the late Arumugham in goal, even later with the likes of Wong Hang Nam, Jeyabablan  and the rest and later after having moved to Shah Alam where the initial crowd used to be 80,000 this numbers fell miserably after allegations of match fixing.

The Merdeka Stadium was the venue of the Merdeka  Tournament held annually, it was recognised as the unofficial Asian Football Championships, we used to constantly challenge Korea for that title, Burma now Myanma used to perform well to having reach the finals in a couple of occasions, after the Tengku the Government this very Barisna Gvernment gave scant regard to the tournemanet and the standard of our game suffered, under Mahahtir even the football team had to comprise Malays, this was revealed to me by Raja Nasrom during the early days of NASMA.

The peoples uprising rally to be held tomorrow 12th January 2013 is and must be a historical event. Now with Deepak's addition to the fray promising to reveal more, it will certainly become historic.

Tomorrow's rally beginning with the gatherings at 12.00 noon at  the vantage points listed below this page, will kick off an uprising of the minds of Malaysians giving  this Barisan Nasional Government notice of their intention to kick out this government from power, it will be a message before we go to the polls a message from the people.

Hishamuddin has begun his usual trouble making statements, and notice his cousin is rather quiet, the PM seems absent from the nation these days, did he really suffer a heart attack which people said was a stroke through misinterpretation, or was that a precursor of his fate, will Muhyiddin and Mahahthir now use that as an excuse to get rid of this rather heavy and useless baggage UMNO now carries.  He seems to  have compromised the integrity of his office, the Office of the PM of Malaysia.

Police give Assurance of  full cooperation and assistance
In an effort to sabotage tomorrow's rally the mainstream media has been quiet about this as well, they have not told the public that the Police has given an assurance that they will be there only to guide all participants, and because of this attempt to sabotage this event it is only proper that more Malaysians head of Merdeka Stadium tomorrow.

Do not try driving your car there it will create a grid lock situation, walk peacefully  with the others from these points and you'll find it an enjoyable experience, I was there at Bersih 2 and Bersih 3  the atmosphere was fantastic it was really fantastic save for us being attacked without any reason, this time the Police have given us an assurance and a permit to hold the rally.

The only one trying to look mischievous is Hishamuddin, I am glad the Police have not taken notice and have decided to act they way they should this time.

Now  it promises to be better because the police are not confrontational, they have given us their blessings, so let's move out there and use this opportunity and show the world that Malaysians are indeed a peaceful people, united and all.

Why do you need to be there???

Why are we moving there?

We are moving there not to overthrow the government, that we do via the ballot box, we are marching out there to give notice to the Barisan Nasional  Government that the Ballot box is sacred, and it cannot be tampered with or even seem to be tampered with.

We are giving notice to the politically inclined head of the Elections Commission that he will be held accountable if the polls and the ballot box are tampered with in any way whatsoever.

We are giving notice that we are going exercise our right to vote as Citizens of this country, and that the elections commission and this Barisan government should not do anything like introduce illegal voters, allow one man more than one vote or anything else and which in the event they the BN lose, use that very illegalities of their own creation to take these matters  to court and have the court declare the elections void, the same way Mahathir did UMNO when he lost the UMNO elections and his presidency to Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah.
We are doing this to save this nation from a government that has already bankrupted it, and have been using money earned from the rakyat for their own purposes and to keep them in power. The countless financial scandals from the BBMB scandal to the PKFZ and more some being discovered and some still hidden. Why even now Malaysiakini reports that, "Two pension funds, the Employee's Provident Fund (EPF) and Retirement Fund Incorporated (KWAP), have collectively suffered an estimated paper loss of RM75 million as a result of buying Felda Global Ventures Holdings (FGV) shares, claims PKR."
We are doing this because we can't have a prime Minister who has been implicated in a murder, just to use his office to keep quiet and to continue to hold office, the integrity  Office of the Prime Minister of Malaysia certainly cant be compromised, he the Prime Minster must come out in the open and face a Royal commission at least to see if there is a case to be answered, as the Police and the MACC have been
reluctant to do so.

We are doing it for our children and our children's children we owe it to them, we owe it to the future of this country. Let not our children or their children's children say, "Our forefathers neglected their responsibility to the nation and to us."

Now do you really want our children and their children's children to say that?

So  get out there tomorrow and do your duty to your Children and their Children's children.
