Malaysia, how much more is there that we know but we do not know?

I am asking Malaysia this question as a Malaysian, I am asking this question of Malaysia on behalf of my fellow Malaysians and I am asking this question of Malaysia most of all for the families of both Malaysians and non Malaysians who were on the fight MH370.

To begin with in Beijing a frustrated relative of a passenger on board MH730 had this to say.

“All Malaysians are liars!” one man shouted in Chinese. “Do you know what ‘liars’ means?”
“Tell him in English,” he yelled to the one woman among the four airline employees. She was the interpreter, and the three men were senior managers.

They did not respond to the Chinese man. It was unclear if the interpreter translated the insult.

That was at the begging of this whole saga, now even more the government either wittingly or unwittingly seems to be lending credence to the accusations of this man in Beijing.

Today the breaking news was that the Malaysian Army monitored the flight of MH370, saying the flight made a u turn and headed back to the  Peninsular on the northern side of the west Coast of Melaka and that is why we have ships looking into the west coast.

Some questions arise out of this announcement reported in the English press, in Berita Harian and in other international papers, if this was the case whyis this only being made public knowledge now.

Did Hishamuddin not say in the press conference that they were  beign very transparent, and why only now has this piece been made public.

Another point to ponder is if our armed forces are competent enough to know  what they are talking about or is this just information from incompetent officers in our armed forces?

Now if this was detected on the radar and it is indeed accurate as it comes from our Armed forces, why is it the search is concentrated in the South China Sea  on the Eastern shores  of Malaysia and the areas bordering  Vietnam?

Many of our neighboring countries are are assisting putting their resources out to sea to help us find MH370 and most of them are in the South China Sea have we sent them on a wild goose chase? If we have is that the way we treat our friends?

Why do we expose so much of incompetence, our Inspector General of Police was addressing the press today, the international press, with coverage on BBC, Al Jazeera, CNN and I am sure even CCTV I saw it on Sky news, and if you heard what he had to say about covering all angles you'd be ashamed.

Mahahtir's tweet about not embarrassing  the nation as the whole world is watching apparently did not get to him and many members of our government.

How much more is yet to be told which can be told and why is it being held back, is ther ea possibility that if it is revealed it will implicate our government? If there is a case Malaysians will be least surprised, we have seen bigger surprises and have become bigger victims to this kind of public shame.

The Anwar and Karpal cases are two events which have brought us this shame, and now more,
withholding of information in such an important case, and all we get on a daily basis  is some imbecile addressing the press, feeling very important about it  only to tell them he does not know anything yet, and what he knows is not for public consumption.

There are more than a thousand relatives waiting anxiously for some news and they get the same thing daily we do not know and what we know we can't tell you it will be a breach of security.

To this day we are not told if the five passengers who did not board the plane have or are being investigated, any rational person will certainly want to knwo this, and why after checking in did they snot board the flight. Where are they now?

Was their baggage actually taken down from the plane and if so how did the plane leave on time as scheduled?

Our incompetence exposed, how do we expect foreigner to take us seriously, with such incompetent people running the country. Where is Najib? As usual hiding I suppose or maybe even sleeping.

Let me ask again.

Malaysia how much more is there that we know but we  do not know?

"Tainted?" What about You Chua?

Chew Mei Fun "the Pure Crystal," Guilty by Association

"Tell me who your friends are and I'll tell you who you are." So the saying goes, and consequently   there is no point talking about " MCA’s “pure as crystal”
Specimens of  Identical plumage
candidate Chew Mei Fun." We've heard better jokes.

Chua Calls Chew Mei Fun "spotless Crystal"  and Anwar Tainted.

Chua Soi Lek the spotless, the man without sin, has pointed his finger at Anwar and called him,
Why was he not charged  or unnatural sex ?
"Tainted."

Coming from Chua Soi Lek one wonders if this doctor is a  Schizophrenic living in a world of his own, a world of "make belief."

Was it not this man who got caught on video performing unnatural sex on a woman in Batu Pahat?

Did he not come out in the open and  admit that it was him?

A recording of the admission is on youtube but we shall  not feature it here for reasons of obscenity.

Why is it then that the attorney General and the Police failed to act?

Aren't these acts of  "failing to act," and acting " halfheartedly" acts  of dereliction of duty?

The police should act because the filming of a senior minister in such a compromising position is a matter of National Security.

Anyone capable of doing that,  is capable of doing much more than that, to more senior ministers,  and then hold them to black mail, and they could  be blackmailed for many reasons, for political favours, for contracts, for money, for promotions, to use influence to carry out illegal activities, for drug related activities and what more do you have -the list is unending.

The next question that goes a begging is;  In the face of this how do we know if our ministers, and the Prime Minister himself are not being blackmailed by this group of film makers or for that matter by other groups too?

Is our government compromised by blackmailers?

Considering the amount of corruption cases involving people in this government for which there is hardly any prosecution, considering the offenses that go unchecked by Ministers and their children, the question that begs to be asked is; Is our Government compromised or just plain dirty, not just Tainted?

Chew Mei Fun will be better adviced to stand as an independent and not as an MCA candidate, to preserve her "crystal pure image" if she really has one or  for that matter even as any BN candidate as that compounds the issue.

Now to focus on Chua Soi Lek again.

By his own admission he has said that the man on the tape is him, "who did it is obvious but it is not important now" that is exactly what Chua told the press, as reported in the Star on 2 January 2008.

If it was obvious to him, then  he knew who did it.

Why then did the police not act?

He did not go into details after admitting it was "obvious who did it?"

Were national secrets revealed to the parties who did it, that he did not want to go into the details.

Why did the police not act, this clearly is a matter a national security.

In the interview with the media  he was asked again:

Q: Datuk, do you know who is behind the tape?
A: If you look at the statement, what is left out is why have they done this tape. The reason is obvious. But that is not in the statement.

He clearly implies that he knows who done it, but is refusing to take them to task and the big question is Why?

The only conclusion one can draw is that those who were out there to fix him were people from high places, from withing the BN or government circles, and he Chua was part of those circles and there were more issues that could have been brought up if he decided to fight it,

Now one important item is the issue of  National Security. Not  the Minister of Home affairs, nor the Police not event he Prime Minister decided to get to the bottom of the issue and bring the culprits of this filming to the book. So much for National security and how this government treats such issues with scorn and makes political issues issues of national security.

That is the National Security bit, how about the Chua's " Crystal Clean image" compared with Anwa?

One thing for certain the people gave Anwar their overwhelming vote of confidence at the last elections.

As the leader of the opposition he was more popular than even the Prime Minister having won the popular vote Chu had to hide he dared not come out to even contest he would have lost miserably, so who does Chua really think is tainted he or Anwar?

Why was Chua not  charged in court for performing an unnatural sex act which he has admitted he has done?

Why is Anwar being charged and appeals being made to ensure the is put away when Anwar was found not guilty by a court of law, and when the prosecution was guilty of tampering with evidence so important to the case, by a senior cop who is a lawyer and who should have known that he had no right to tamper with evidence. His job was to get to the truth,so why did he do that was he trying to circumvent the truth?

The same section that was used to charge  Anwar  is the section against which this scoundrel should have been charged? So what is so crystal pure?

The sections are;
Carnal intercourse against the order of nature
377A
.
Any person who has sexual connection with another person
by the introduction of the penis into the anus or mouth of the other
person is said to commit carnal intercourse against the order of
nature.
Explanation
—Penetration is sufficient to constitute the sexual connection
necessary to the offence described in this section.
Punishment for committing carnal intercourse against the order
of nature
377B
.
Whoever voluntarily commits carnal intercourse against
the order of nature shall be punished with imprisonment for a term
which may extend to twenty years, and shall also be liable to whipping
If the punishment for the offence is up to 20 years coupled with the whipping, why was Chua Soi Lek let off and is in Anwar being hounded by the BN?

Chua admitted to his wrong doing, Anwar did not and was acquitted by a court of law and yet Chau goes of Scott free and can even call Anwar names. Is this Malaysian justice?

The prosecution, to nail him has also taken the unprecedented step to bring in a legal expert from outside to prosecute.

Why weren't the same measures taken in the Altantuya case? In the Kugan case? In the Beng Hock case where the prosecution made fools of themselves?

What is crystal clear and not pure  is that this man should have been charged and jailed for an offense he has admitted to, there is irrefutable evidence in the form of a tape recording to which ha admitted was him, Anwar was wrongly jailed for years for offenses he did not commit, while this man walks free.

So Chew Mei Fun if you are Crystal Pure as Chua claims you are, you should disassociate yourself from such company or be guilty of association and be placed in the same category as Chua Soi Lek and this crooked government that practices selective prosecution.

Only two days ago Muhyiddin came out with Mei Fun and Liow, to say that there will be np personal attacks now this goes to prove the credibility of the BN and the MCA, this is their immediate past President.

Kajang issues, the real ones.

If anyone things there is no problem between these two they are wrong, both men want to serve and both men think they can do better.

Fight now together for party then  to fight each other later for Party as well
They will allow the membership to decide that and that is the democratic process, there will be an election for the deputy in PKR.

PKR is not UMNO where there have not seen elections in a long  while now, and anyone who dares to stand against the leadership is out even if he wins. Remember Khairy's win over Mukhriz?

In PKR the membership   seems to think  the other way,  they are encouraging Khalid to stand against Azmin,  and that encouragement is coming from all sides, they feel it will strengthen the party whichever way the party elections go, the party has no plugs to pull to stop him too, it's let the best man win as it should be.

Anwar's entry into the State assembly has a lot to do with this and there is no denying it, but he is also there to ensure that the UMNO plan to drop Najib works, and that is in full steam.

Remember after the last elections he tried to rally the people together agaisnt Najib in what was after all a rigged elections where the Keadillan lost due to irregularities in all the processes, including the indelible ink, the other parties in Pakaatan did not give him their support and he was forced to call it off.

Now he knows about the UMNO plot, Anwar knows more about the happenings in UMNO than UMNO knows about PKR and that is why Najib called all the diplomats together to warn them about what they say, he knows that even in his own office there is no such thing as a secret.

Now notice the conciliatory attitude of both Muhyiddin and Liow that they will not attack personalities, that is because if the MCA a Chinese based party discarded by the Chinese as was seen at the last elections  can't afford to attack Anwar personally - A Malay leader although its former President has been doing so for a long time.
"No personal attacks in this campaign"

Chua Soi Lek is by his own admission a sex offender and the government let him off Scot free, whereas we have had UMNO men accuse Anwar about a lot of sex offenses and even though it was found to be false they have gone off Scot free.

Anwar has been acquitted by the courts time and time again for alleged sexual offenses and the government goes after him over and over again, why waste our money on what the rakyat now firmly believe are trumped up charges and which the rakyat will not give the courts any credibility if they found otherwise. Moreover they have to dbring in an outside lawyer to help their case, it only proves the incompetence of our Attorney General.

If MCA goes on the offensive using these frivolous charges against Anwar the Malay vote will experience an extreme swing towards Anwar, he already has the confidence of the majority of the Malays in the constituency but the remaining Malays being Malays will not stomach a Chinese insulting a Malay, and Anwar has UMNO to thaank for that attitude.

The job of getting at Anwar and making all kinds of noise about the Saiful case is now the job of Zaid Ibrahim, planted in Kajang by Najib himself to do just that nd reduce the majority of the PJR vote this time around. He needs that to justify his staying in power, as he know the plots being htched behind his back to get him out.

MAC's offering on the UMNO alter
One may want to ask why Zaid,  and not another UMNO man, the answer is very simple, Muhyiddin and the Mahahtir camp want the BN to lose Kajang, it is in their own personal interests, an UMNO candidaate is bound to fail in Kajang too, and so put an MCA candidate and when they lose Najib can ask again, "Apa lagi Cina mau?" Well not Kangkung for sure, neither do the Malays of Kajang want Kangkung.

So you do not put a Malay in Kajang,it will backfire on you not an UMNO Malay, but you need a Maly for Kajang to steal the Malay vote and for that he has the famous Trojan Horse - Zaid Ibrahim, now a hopeless decoy.

Liow is fully aware of this UMNO plan, but MCA as MCA always is and as it  always will be are servants of UMNO. What UMNO demands MCA gives in to, including offering a sacrificial offering of Chew Mei Fun.

“Fulfill Malaysia Agreement or Go Separate Ways - Dr. Jeffrey”

In what is seen as the most direct hit at Putrajaya Dr. Jeffery Kitingan has told the Federal government in a press release issued today that, " The Malaysia Agreement must be fulfilled or all the 3 nation-states must be allowed to go separate ways as it is the wish and desire of a slight majority of Sabahans and Sarawakians.'

/The Press release issued today a copy of which has been extended to this blog  is presented for the reading of all.

Many of the readers of this blog my not be aware of the promises and guarantees that were given to East Malaysians before they joined Malaysia, east Malaysians demanded certain rights which were given and eventually eroded away by the Mahathir regime.

A read of the Press release by Dr. Jeffery Kitingan is being placed here so that  you may know some of the issues;

PRESS STATEMENT

Fulfill Malaysia Agreement or Go Separate Ways - Dr. Jeffrey

Kota Kinabalu:     “Now that the installation of Pehin Sri Taib as the 7th Governor of Sarawak has taken place, the leaders of Sabah and Sarawak need to focus and speak with one voice that the Malaysia Agreement needs to be implemented and fulfilled” said Datuk Dr. Jeffrey Kitingan, STAR Sabah Chief, commenting on Malaysia’s top judge, Chief Justice Tun Arifin Zakaria that Sabah and Sarawak formed Malaysia and that they are key partners in the Federation of Malaysia.

And equally important, Tun Arifin had clearly stated the correct history that Malaya gained independence on 31 August 1957 and that Malaysia was only formed in 1963 with special safeguards for Sabah and Sarawak in their constitutional arrangement.

Not only has the terms and conditions of the formation of Malaysia as contained in the Malaysia Agreement 1963 and the various documents and verbal assurances and promises not been complied with, there were numerous constitutional amendments which eroded the special rights and position of Sabah and Sarawak.   They were highlighted in the book 'The Constitutional Rights of Sabah and Sarawak' that was launched by the Chief Justice recently.

The common stand and voice of the Borneo States should be in no uncertain terms.  The Malaysia Agreement must be fulfilled or all the 3 nation-states must be allowed to go separate ways as it is the wish and desire of a slight majority of Sabahans and Sarawakians.

Any other stand will give the Malayan federal leaders the wrong assumption and presumption that Sabah and Sarawak are not serious in their demands for the terms of the formation of Malaysia to be complied with.   They will continue to remain comfortable in their high offices in Putrajaya and do not care for Sabahans and Sarawakians until it is time for elections.

For instance, PM Najib had promised the BN partners in Sarawak that there would be a Cabinet re-shuffle after the Umno general assembly in early December 2013 to accommodate MPs from Sarawak whose parties were dissatisfied with the distribution of ministerial posts after the May general elections.

Despite Sabah and Sarawak holding kingmaker positions, Najib has failed to undertake the Cabinet re-shuffle since then.

Perhaps the Sarawak BN parties with the support of TYT Taib in the background should just leave BN and see what happens next since the PM has seen no urgency to consider the interests of the BN parties there.

If so, it won’t be surprising that the PM, DPM and top guns in Umno including ex-PMs making a beeline for Kuching to persuade the Sarawak BN components and the Governor from ditching BN.

The continuation of the down-grading of Sabah and Sarawak as the 12th and 13th States in Malaysia contrary to what was intended in 1963 as equal partners can no longer be accepted.   The continuation of the rape and pillage of Sabah and Sarawak’s oil wealth and revenues and marginalization in development allocations can no longer be condoned.

-2-

Even in times of need, the people of Sabah and Sarawak are treated shabbily and not equals to other Malaysians in the Peninsula as can be seen in the recent federal flood aid.   In the Peninsula, aid in cash and in kind was poured from various ministries and other quarters while in Sabah and Sarawak they received virtually nothing from the federal government.

After 50 years of marginalization and victimization, the Malaysia Agreement and all its promises and assurances need to be implemented and fulfilled.    There was to be a review after 10 years, yet 40 years later, nothing appears to be on the horizon.   Even a motion to discuss the matter in Parliament was rejected as not urgent.

If after 50 years, it is not urgent, do not expect Sabahans and Sarawakians to wait another 50 years for it to be urgent.

The rumblings of discontentment amongst the people in Sabah and Sarawak are at its highest point with a slight majority wanting Sabah and Sarawak to opt out of Malaysia.   Their sentiments are further fanned and fuelled by Malay ultras and religious bigots who keep insisting that Malaysia is land of the Malays and that the other Malaysians are to be chased out.

Yet, the PM and the federal government has taken no action to stop such seditious and treasonous acts or to correct the Malayan misconception that Malaya is Malaysia when it is clear as daylight that without Sabah and Sarawak, the key partners, there is no Malaysia.

If Najib is serious with his national reconciliation plan, it must include the review and implementation of the terms and conditions of the formation of Malaysia.    Otherwise, like Singapore in 1965, there should be an amicable parting of separate ways for the Borneo States.

Safeguards valid for Sabah, S'wak
Published on: Friday, February 28, 2014
Kota Kinabalu: The formation of Malaysia in 1963 was the passage to independence for Sabah and Sarawak which
came with special safeguards.
The States of Malaya gained independence from the British in 1957.
"Last year we celebrated the 50th anniversary of the formation of Malaysia. It was a key milestone marking a half
century since the states of Malaya, the Borneo states, namely Sabah and Sarawak, and Singapore joined as partners
to form a free, independent and sovereign country - Malaysia," said Chief Justice of Malaysia, Tun Arifin bin Zakaria.
"The Cobbold Commission Report which was published on August 1, 1962 contained the unanimous conclusion that
a Federation of Malaysia was in the best interests of Sabah and Sarawak," he said in an address to judges and lawyers
during the book launch of 'The Constitutional Rights of Sabah and Sarawak' by Sukumaran Vanugopal at Hyatt Hotel
here recently.
"The Inter-Governmental Committee (IGC) set up by the British and Malayan governments to work out the constitutional
arrangement for the future of Malaysia recommended safeguards for the special interests of Sabah and Sarawak
(from the 20 Points of Sabah and 18 Points of Sarawak).
"This is to cover matters such as religious freedom, education, control of immigration, citizenship, the position of
indigenous races and the State Constitutions.
"All these important work and recommendations make up the formation of the constitutional law and rights of the
 States of Sabah and Sarawak."
"The Federal Constitution was amended on the formation of Malaysia to implement many of the safeguards recommended
by the IGC.
The subsequent constitutional amendments on the exit of Singapore are specifically highlighted.
"The effect of those amendments on the constitutional protection and safeguards guaranteed to Sabah and Sarawak
are dealt with in (Sukumaran's) book.
"It is a fitting tribute to the development of the law in the two key partner states of the Federation which was formed half
a century ago," Arifin said.
Opposition political leaders in the audience, including Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan, were elated to hear the terms
"joined as partners" and "the two key partner states of the Federation".
