Cornered Sharizat gives up to fight another day

Could this be the forerunner to the dissolution of Parliament

Yes she was cornered, Najib did not have the guts to tell her in the face "you are fired!" she would have fired him instead and knowing that the back door through which  she came into parliament - her senatorship closes on April 8, she decided to walk out or as she calls it "step down" on that date, and she is doing so because   the writing on the wall says it all, "IT (her senatorial status) WILL NOT BE RENEWED."

What she is doing is serving her term to the fullest she possibly can she is not  stepping down as she woudl have us believe.

From coming into parliament through the back door, after losing her Lembah Pantai seat to a PKR rookie Nurul Izzah, and then defeating Rafidah Aziz for the post of Wanita UMNO chief, this lady had a lot to thank the people for  but,  instead continues to treat them like fools.

Her statement reported in the Star of Monday 12 March 2012, "I want to do the right thing" should not only be a statement of convenience but rather what she does has to be done  right, and not use this as another  attempt to continue to fool the rakyat.

The right thing in this case is to apologise to the rakyat,  and then turn the tables on those she knows are as guilty if not more than her for abuse of power. People who allegedly used government funds to  host their daughter's engagement, the scorpene problem, the purchase of huge wardrobe allegedly again on government funds for a spouse, nepotism, cronyism and most of all corruption, expose those and she'll be doing the "right thing."

As it stands her "own decision" is not her own, it is a matter of having no choice, if she does not say she has stepped down by then the position for her will not be existent, because she needs to hold it by way of the Dewan Negara, and her senatorship ends on that day after which  she has no place as a minister unless the senatorial status is renewed, as she has no Parliamentary seat - Nurul Izzah took that away from her, and so she has no place in the Dewan Rakyat and therefore cannot hold the ministerial post she now occupies.

I am surprised at the way "the Star" so aptly put it, "Going but staying,"she is going from her ministerial position because she  has no choice, she chooses to stay on as Wanita UMNO Chief, that is something different because this kind fo practice as we all know is so rampant in UMNO so that is alright.
Typical UMNO culture.

The other more important  observation is that  she could have been omitted from Najib's list of candidates for the next elections, could this mean that the time is ripe for the dissolution of Parliament?

It sure is getting hot, Muhydiin will remain quiet, Khairy is not heard of these days and so too Mukhriz, it's brewing, it's brewing in UMNO  and what is brewing is Teh tarek and roti canai on side and Nasi Lemak and Sirup Rose  on the other, battle Royale has begun amidst the 2012 General Election campaign.

Will Muhydiin step down the way Musa did under Mahathir, or will he fight back? According to our UMNO sources his supporters are urging him to fight on and wrest control of UMNO from the mamaks. Amongst his  supporters is Mohammed bin Mohammed Taib aka Mike Tyson who still wields considerable grass root support in Selangor amongst the few  UMNO members remaining.

They that is Muhyddin, Mohd. Taib and his other supporters are to stand on a new platform to rid UMNO of non Malays who they now claim have misled and misdirected the party with the help of a some Malay factions who were in it only for material gain. This is a powerful campaign they suppose and many Malays especially in Selangor, Ulu Perak the East Coast states and Johor seem to support this cause, make no mistake Muhyiddn has more grassroot support than Najib can hope to have, he is even stronger than Mahathir according to UMNO insiders and he can turn tables.

UMNO politics is getting really interesting just watch it's heating up now, the sparks will get out of control after the next General Elections, but if Najib decides to delay the general elections Muhyiddin and gang could go for the mamak gang even earlier.

Parliament will be dissolved before the end of the month.

Diam lah Daim

I think that is the message we should  send to Diam Zainuddin, he has become Barisan's old wise man and Barisan men get senile with age, Mahahtir is a good example, as no one listens to the senile Mahahtir anymore except for the likes of Najib, and Ibrahim Ali.

No one listens to Mahahtir, even the woman, who sang his praises, who shouted his name and thanked him so much and said he was the greatest, does not listen to him. That woman  is Sharizat she praised and thanked him on the day she was elected the head of the wanita in UMNO.

Mahahtir had so much to do with it because he had fallen out with Rafidah over the National car issue, now he has told her to step down and Sharizat tells Mahahtir to go to hell.

So if no one is listening to Mahahtir, who should Najib turn to? The only best person he can think of is Diam Zainuddin who was unheard of all this time since he left the cabinet.

Daim is now singing praises of Najib, and Chua Soi Lek of all people,  claiming that that man is very brave in one breath, and then implying that all has to be done the Barisan way in the other, what he actually means is the UMNO way, because UMNO tells all the component parties what is expected of them.

The brave man in the MCA is Ong Tee Keat, he was willing to put his presidency on the line, when he decided to go head on with the Port Klang scandal. Then Najib stepped in and decided that he would handle the issue, and nothing has come out of that scandal since, so the billions that have been lost have actually been safely taken by persons known and unknown and in the process we got taken for a ride.

The next thing was to get rid of Ong, but to sack him would have  been unthinkable for an MCA that had been shattered and blasted out by the people at the last General elections, to sack him would  have meant a good portion of Ong's followers could  have left the party and weakened the dying MCA, that they were not prepared to do, so they got the sacked Chua Soi Lek back on the scene, and with UMNO's support he ousted Ong Tee Keat.

Confucius he say, " Brave men do not last in the MCA, we have seen it ever so often, all the brave men have ben sidelined and sent out, "  so how can Diam say Chua Soi Lek is brave. Diam lah.

If Chua Soi Lek was indeed brave he should have after admitting that it was him on the sex tapes demanded an investigation as to how his privacy was infringed upon , not so much for personal interests, but because that was an extremely dangerous move. he should have lodged a police report to get those who filmed him and the Police themselves should have decided on their own accord to go for those who filmed such a senior minster of the cabinet in such compromising positions no police is report is necessary when the security of the nation is under threat.

This could be used to blackmail and if you can blackmail a senior minister it could  lead to matters of internal security being at risk.

Imagine what would  have happened if it was Najib, he could have been subject to political blackmail, even  now people tend to believe that Najib is being blackmailed, he can't dismiss  Sharizat because they say he has too many skeletons in the cupboard and that explains Sharizat's comment "only the PM can ask me to go," seen by some in UMNO as a direct challenge to him.

There is the Altantuya and related Scorpene issues, there are Rosma issues, there are so many issues and UMNO people who are not in his camp are fully aware of it, is he being subject to subtle blackmail, many think so, and that is the state of our government, the UMNO led  Barisan Nasional Government.

In Chua's case the people responsible for having him filmed are top Barisan members from his own party, if that was revealed and the persons charged some of them would land in jail, so nothing ever came out of who filmed Chua Soil Lek, leaving national security issues aside the act of filming alone is  a crime so what are our Police doing, looking at doctored tapes with Anwar Ibrahim look alikes trying to scrutinize it and then say the picture is real it is not doctored.

The public did not buy it in fact each time it came out more Malays threw their support with the opposition, the people have got wiser, they do not buy into your lies and con games.

And now of all people Daim Zainuddin has to come out and try and prop up a useless situation, very few Malaysians these days care too hoots for this ex Finance Minister's opinions, in fact like Mahahtir his comments will lead a lot of people away from the BN, it is clear that these are desperate moves by UMNO who have always relied on Malay support and who are losing it by the thousands by the day to woo the Chinese vote which the considered irrelevant at one time.

So UMNO the party that once boasted it coudl go it on its own is now so reliant on the other races, the ones they called names, the ones they wrote nasty things about and wanted it included as  literature in schools, where are you today UMNO, that you ahve to go Diam Zainuddin to shove up support from the Chinese community.

Diam shoud come out and say Najib is brave if he has the guts to do what he is planning to do after the General Elections, introduce surtax, his I-care medical scheme to fleece the people of another 10 percent of their income, increase the price of petrol, raise the prices of commodities in the process and in the process make living even more expensive.

That is what Najib has planned for after the elections, then the people who vote him will realise what they have got themselves into.

As an ex finance Minister these are the issues with which he should measure Najib's competence and efficiency, and it is because he can't do that with Najib that he has said the PM should not be the Finance Minister. Why then did he not tell and challenge Mahahtir when Mahathir did that? Oh Daim we all know you do not have to tell us we all know.

We have a failed government, Najib hasn't got a clue on how to manage this nation, and if we allow this government to continue for another term we could come out worse than the Phillipines and Brunei, is that what we want?

So Diam la Diam

Sack Hishamuddin

It is time the Prime Minister asked for Hishamuddin Hussein Onn's score card and see how he has fared in meeting his KPIs.

If he is the minister of circus clowns he may come out with flying colours and that too only maybe, but for Home Minster - he has failed both -   the ministry and the nation terribly and deserves to be urgently sacked.

There are just too many cases of  incompetence from this boy that the Prime Minister has to act urgently.

The Allah issue with the Christians is one issue he was unable to handle, a no issue was blown out of proportions and with the help of the Prime Minister who even fanned the issue  it went out of control. Hishamuddin had no clue on how to solve a problem created by his own government. The word Allah for God is used by all in all countries and this practice even predates Islam and yet in Malaysia it became an issue.

The Tok Guru came out and said Allah is for everyone, if Hishamuddin had taken a Que from the Tok Guru it would  have been diffused without becoming the political issue UMNO made it to be. He should  have followed basic Malays principals, basic human principals to be more accurate, he should  have left  politics aside and asked everyone to take heed of what Nik Aziz said, and let the issue rest. People woudl have respected him if he had done that.

His arrogance has left the issue still hanging without a resolution the courts too seem to be taking their own time and no one will believe you if the PM says well it's with the Courts, it's issues like this and the the way the cases are handled that gives us aa clear picture of the  influence the government has on the judiciary, for the time being the delay is just what the government and UMNO requires and it amy continue to remain there for a long, long time.

Then there is the Bersih rally and the brutal attack on ordinary citizens by the police force who come directly under the purview of his Ministry.

Obviously the police denied any wrong doing, thousands at the scene gave evidence and yet this man decided to back his police force going along with their lies, till an  inquiry proved otherwise, Hishamuddin Hussein Onn did not even have the guts to apologise to the people for his wrong judgement, if he is a football fan he should take a leaf of Kenny Daglish's apology in the Surez issue. No stones were left unturned in that apology and Suarez was referred to as a liar. Is our Home Minsiter man enough for that?

The latest issue of a foreign journalist, who is supposed to have committed a crime in his country which is not a crime in our country. He was deported with great haste and Hishamuddin claims that he was not  aware  of the court order prohibiting this extradition to a country with whom we do not have an extradition treaty.

This young man can face the death sentence in Saudi Arabia for what he had done, I just can't help but ask the minister what was the motivation in this peculiar case for him to send this young boy out there to face what could very likely be a death sentence.

Even if he does not receive the death sentence on what grounds did he send this boy over, he was no terrorist, he was running away from people who would very well execute him, there is no extradition treaty and even if there was one he would have recourse to our courts before he is extradited so why this unilateral decision by this minister to extradite this boy.

This Keris carrying minister who does nothing but agitates the citizens is our Minister of Home affairs, under his watch the police have been accused of  all sorts of  barabric acts against the citizens, he has done little or nothing about it and yet he remains our Home Minister.

Najib Tun Razak should whilst he  contemplates sacking Sharizat, whilst he is  politically maneuvering around his  deputy  in attempts to push him off and whilst he pays millions to PR firms to boost the image of both him  and his spouse, pay some urgent attention to this incompetent minister - sack him.

It is now romoured that this man who until recently was  being touted to replace Muhydin as the next deputy PM a stop gap one to eventually make way for Mukhriz, is now being lined up by Najib to be the next  Menteri Besar of Johor - just imagine Hishamuddin Hussein Onn  as MB for Johor, what a laugh.

So what is Najib up to,  well nothing really our UMNO connections tell us he is following instructions of Mahathir Mohammed.

There is a great probability that Hisham will lose his Parliamentary constituency which is made up of forty percent Chinese voters, he'll be allowed a state constituency too, and with that he'll take the MB's position, it has been beautifully maneuvered to set the stage for a quick succession of Mahahtir's son Mukhriz.

With Hisham's removal the stage is set for Mukhriz to move up the ladder, he'll take the home Ministry that will give him the clout to start removing people with corruption cases piled agaisnt them, cases of corruption amongst the UMNO elite for which you do not need magnifying glasses, you'll be able to detect that with both eyes shut,  and in that process start wiping out UMNO strong men and women not in the fold, which will of course include the current DPM, Sharizat and Khairy.

The cases may never come up if the people "volunteer" to leave peacefully - UMNO politics.

Najib does not have too many alternatives, there is too much in the closet and he has to take what is being offered by Mahathir, Hisham knows what is happening and is very angry, he was supposed to take the PM's post after Najib albeit as a stop gap measure, now he will not be able to do that, he is being sod by his own cousin, and it's too hard to swallow.

Mahahtir is desperate too, he has to get his son up there to control the events, he is already on panic mode, his recent call that we should investigate all the other "Tuns" their children and other family members indicates clearly that this man is getting nervous with the pressure being piled on him,  it looks like there is a lot to be exposed in as far as he is concerned and if Mukhriz does not move up fast that may happen sooner than later, and Anwar is a real threat.

Mahathir is so scared of Anwar he is capable of anything, and if anyone has to be watched under the ISA now it is Mahathir. The Tengku was never wrong in having sacked this man from UMNO back in 1969.

Najib is going to be allowed only one term after elections, even that may not be possible, he may have to leave earlier, after the next GE the stage is set to kick him out as soon as Mukhriz has dealt with Muhyidin and for him to take over.

Sharizat is the key they have  to remove her first  to remove Muhyidin,  and they are finding that part tricky and difficult,  she will take on Najib and Mahahthir in the process and they know she knows too much,  and they are aware that in her case it is a case of  , "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" and Sharizat is just saying that to Najib, "Don't you dare, you have enough skeletons in the cupboard for me to send you and your entire household to hell."

As much as he likes too Najib can't do anything to Sharizat, so he is sucking thumb, right now wondering what to do with her there,  it is said that BN will lose at least three hundred thousand Malay votes from the Sharizat issue alone, the Malays are getting angrier by the day over this cow issue.

Moreover the recent sentencing of Rahman Bakri's and Mohd Rusli Busro has angered the Malays even more.

Judge Azhaniz Teh Azman Teh,  yesterday found Abdul Rahman (left) guilty on eight counts of making false claims amounting to RM80,000, fined him RM50,000 or a year's jail for each charge.

The six-year prison term will served concurrently while the fines, if not paid, would result in another eight years’ imprisonment.

The Malays now see the big picture, here is a case involving  more than  200 million ringgit, Sharizat's husband would  not have got it if not for her position, it was given to her by Muhyidin, they took the money used it for their own purposes, and they walk free, whilst  this man has only an RM80 thousand ringgit offense and is now sentenced to serve a prison term fined RM50,000 because he like the rest of the Malays in UMNO are just pawns, his being charged and sentenced is carried out under the instructions of the UMNO elite - they say to hide the more powerful.

What on earth happened to Khir Toyo they ask, what on earth happened to the billions in Port Klang they ask and what is Najib doing? What happened to a school teacher who became a Menteri Besar and a millionaire in the process and now is quietly retired. what happened to the thousands of others who have earned dirty money in the millions and many especially the elite in the billions, they ask.

One UMNO Branch leader in Selangor had this to say, if your hands are dirty how can you reprimand others, and that is precisely the case here.

Muhyidin, Sharizat and Khairy will support the move to move Hishamuddin out,  they have nothing to lose by that, but touch one of them now and all hell breaks loose, and they are prepared for it, but is Najib and UMNO ready for yet another big UMNO shake up?

In all this  the biggest threat to the nation right now is Mahathir A/L Iskandar Kutty, yes he is a threat to the peace and internal security of the country, it is his patronage that has got Ibrahim Ali moving and why do you think Ibrahim Ali can threaten and provoke other Malaysians with impunity the way he does now, who is he anyway, if not a tool of Mahathir Mohammed.

NFC awakens a sleeping Abdullah Ahmad Badawi

MUNICH, GERMANY - JUNE 29: Malaysian Minister...
Image by Getty Images via @daylife
Well our ever so efficient police force are at it again, the strings have been pulled  by the political puppeteers and the puppets (our police force) are dancing according to the strings rather than by the music.

Why have they to seek the consent of the AG before charging the chairperson of the National Feedlot Corporation (NFC)  Mohamed Salleh Ismail, the husband of Sharizat Abdul Jalil with what they claim is CBT?

Isn't CBT a crime and especially in a case like this where public funds are involved?

Do they always have to seek the consent of the AG before charging anyone?

What happens if they have to charge the AG himself will they have to ask for  his consent first?

This is nothing but "the turning of the screws,"  if Sharizat decides to step down then the AG will say there isn't enough evidence to go by I suppose.

If Sharizat decides to stubbornly stick to her position then Mohamed Salleh Ismail will have to face the music, they'll make beef stew out of him.

Mohamed Salleh is not the target in this case, it is Sharizat, Muhyiddin and Khairy who are on the chopping block.

With Sharizat out, Muhyiddin's camp weakens, he is someone Mahahtir never liked anyway, there is no love lost as far as Khairy Jamaluddin is concerned and that is common knowledge, Sharizat herself is not so much a threat, but if you take these two out of the equation Najib will sleep better, not that he will seep well, but better.

Mahathir wants Khairy out, "out!out! out!," it's taking too long, there is Mukhriz waiting on the wings and it is Muhyddin and Khairy who actually stopped him from taking that position.

Muhyiddin's people are Khairy's supporters, without him Khairy is out, with him Mukhriz faces an uphill battle, so Muhyddin and Khairy both have to go, not that Muhyiddin is a great Khairy supporter but it is a matter of political convenience, with Khairy there Mukhriz is kept at bay.

Mahathir has come out openly and asked Sharizat to go, the reason being once that is done the focus will be on both Muhyddin and Khairy, especially Muhyiddin, he has been supporting her all the time and that too openly. His complicity in this case cannot be denied, and that will be the move once Sharizat moves out, but that step can't be taken until and unless Sharizat moves out.

Right now she is the "great wall" for Muhyiddin, as long as she sticks there he is okay, when he is okay Najib isn't.
English: Abdullah Badawi, Prime Minister of Ma...
Image via Wikipedia

Najib has Muhyiddin to reckon with, he has Mahahtir to reckon with too, Mahathir is prodding him from the other end like a nagging bitch,  to act and to act swiftly, if he does Abdullah is watching.

Abdullah is not sleeping, yes Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has awoken from his slumber he is not asleep, if Najib makes the wrong moves Abdullah may resurrect the case of Altantuya Shaaribu, he has all the facts and Najib knows that, except that Najib does not know how much he knows and that is frightening.

The Attorney General is the stop gap between charging Sharizat and Sharizat's willingness to let go, if she does not Mohamed Salleh Ismail pays the price.

The general feeling in UMNO is she will fight,  she is willing to take that risk, she has  tasted power - UMNO power and now she is willing to  let whatever happens  happen, she want's to fight to the end, and if that is her position the AG will go ahead with the order to charge.

In UMNO politics these days its all big, billion dollar scandals are not rare, sacrificial lambs are small things, in this case it is a sacrificial bull.

In any case if Sharizat remains she becomes a huge liability to UMNO and the BN and all BN people know that and are concerned especially with the General Elections looming, but the UMNO leadership of Najib is too weak to take her out -  and don't we know why?

War in UMNO? Which one way will Najib go?

MUNICH, GERMANY - JUNE 29: (EXCLUSIVE COVERAGE...
Image by Getty Images via @daylife
Unless Najib is willing to allow Sharizat the benefit and clear her of all wrongdoings,  he is in for a big battle within UMNO. Not really a battle but rather an  all out war - the likes of which have not been witnessed in all UMNO history, and Sharizat's, Muhyiddin's and Khairy Jamaludddin's supporters are ready to wage this war - a war that may either make or break UMNO.

All the three of them are UMNO leaders Sharizaat the head of the Wanita and Khairy the head of the youth wing,   Muhyiddin was voted in as Deputy President, and all of them have demonstrated tremendous grass root support.

Najib did not have that privilege or was he too afraid to challenge anyone, that the status quo had to be maintianed and the draconian UMNO rule of only being able to contest if you had a  minimum number of nominations   rendered Tengku Razaleigh ineligible to contest him. Had Kuli come in then Najib's real strength could have been gauged, Najib is thus a PM by default.

If Sharizat has to go as Najib wants her to, then the pressure will mount on Muhyddin and Khairy both of whom  are in one way or another involved in the award of the NFC contract to Sharizat's husband, he can't absolve one and keep the other two and hope that all will be okay, in fact it will only get worse, and that is what some factions in UMNO claim, after all it's Sharizat's husband who owns NFC not Sharizat, so it is those who were actively involved in the award of this contract who should be taken to task, and that includes UMNO's deputy president, and UMNO's youth chief.

Of course if Najib can wipe out all the three he will then be seen as the all powerful presideent, but in UMNO to carry out such an attack he has to have the resources, and resources in UMNO means money - big big bucks, and it has to simmer down right to the grassroots, it is only money speak in UMNO nothing else will do. He can get it but it will only give the others something to get him on se he can't go forr that option.

That is the reality of UMNO, corruption breeding corruption and more corruption.

If Najib on the other hand decides to be Jantan Kuat and go ahead and sack the three it will create an uprising in UMNO bigger than what has ever been seen, and the Mahathir - Anwar saga would  look but, like a storm in a teacup.

Can Najib Wage This War?

One UMNO division head tells me he'd like to, but being Najib he dares not, " had it been Mahathir, that man would  have gone for it, he had a hold on so many people that he would  have done it and still survived, he may come out bruised  yes - after the battle, but he (Mahathir) can survive.

Najib? OMG, Najib will be made sambal belacan, and served to the UMNO assembly. He does not have that clout, in fact no one, and I dare say, no one respects Najib in UMNO, maybe some people respect the seat of the President, but Najib no way."

Najib according to UMNO sources knows his strengths, he is a great disciple of the SWOT principle and is working overtime on beefing up his strengths and looking for opportunities, but this "beef case" is driving him up the wall.

All indications are that he will not only go for Sharizat Abdul Jalil but would include Muhyiddin in his plans, the current Johor MB position with the Sultan is a preemptive move on Muhyyiddin,  he'd  leave Khairy Jamaluddin alone as he   is no real threat to him, and with that move - removing Sharizat he inflicting  enough damage on Muhyiddin  and his camp, but Najib lacks the Jantanessto take a direct hit  on Muhyiddin.

If Najib takes the route  removing only Sharizat only, he may be solving one problem only to create  two more, if he decides to go for broke it will be all out  war, and if he does nothing  he loses the confidence of the Malay majority which is waning by the day, it is this reality that is drawing Zaid Ibrahim back to the opposition, after all he was/is an UMNO man.

Which one way will Najib go?

Is he thinking of parking Muhyiddin in Johor as MB or is he preparing for battle in Johor  -  battle in Muhyiddin's own backyard?

Breaking Stories

We have been breaking the news because our sources are good and we do not publish everything we receive unless there is some form of credibility in the story.

We have  been breaking the  news and the good thing is our sources all but two have agreed that if PKR wins they are willing to go public and confirm what they have said.

The other two feel they have  too much to loose if they go public, they do not like what is happening although they are beneficiaries to the present cronyism in UMNO, they welcome a change in that but are not prepared to come out in the open.

On May 11 2011 we came out with the story, "All UMNOs enemies are within" where we highlighted for the first time the Najib Muhyiddn rivalry and how his deputy was using Rosmah to discredit him.

Following that on our July 11 post we wrote about how Najib's time was running out and all the signs to this day reveal nothing to the contrary, it has lent credence to that article.

On January 23 we carried the article,  "Muhyiddin in pact with old foe and that was the most widely read article in toffeesturn.

Then before that  on December 6, we began the story of Sharizat being dropped, take a look at what is happening today, it is moving hastily in that direction.

Today's Star hints on Sharizat's exit, one day after our article  the ever energetic MCA president issued a  statement to Bernama saying MCA was confident that Shahrizat would exercise "her political wisdom"the statement went on to quote him saying, ""She is a senior party leader. We have confidence in her making a decision in the best interest of BN and Umno,"  yes in the best interest of UMNO that is really what he himself did, when he decided  to go for the Presidency of MCA at the behest of UMNO to neutralise the Port Klang Scandal as the then President  Ong Tee Keat was bent on exposing it, or so it seemed.

This statement of  Chua must have some links to Najib, or else Muhyiddin would  have come out guns firing asking him not to mind UMNO business, it is apparent it has come with UMNO blessings.

In the presence of an ineffective head in Gerakan the statement in Gerakan came form its Deputy president  Chang Ko Youn., he has called on Sharizat to vacate her positions for the sake of the party.

His statement is one that is notoriously BN UMNO based - a stupid statement, he said while he has “much sympathy” for Shahrizat who is facing an “unfair and cruel” attack, she should vacate her ministerial post for the greater interest of the Barisan Nasional.

If that is the case why is he asking her to vacate?

Should he not be defending her?

He went on to say, "In the interest of BN, I hope Shahrizat will have the magnanimity to vacate her position as a minister in the cabinet...."

The writing is on the wall, the Malays are getting frustrated millions and billions go out to "Malays" who are actually mamaks, the ordinary Malay gets twopence, and they have begun to realise this, how they have been swindled over the years by this UMNO led government.

Notice Najib's silence, he can't come out with any statement, it will spur an immediate reaction if not from Sharizat then from her supporters. Najib has more to answer for and as the scandals abound the public is getting more and more frustrated with this government.

UMNO members will tell you today, "yes I am an UMNO member that is for my survival, but my vote goes to the opposition that is for the survival of my country," guess that is the mood of so many and it  keeps growing by the day.

Yes the word on the street is Sharizat is going, she will be dropped but in the exercise she will claim she is leaving on her own steam for the sake of UMNO.

Sharizat's days numbered, other leaders may follow.

According to reliable UMNO sources, there are Najib's supporters including Nazri who are asking him to get Sharizat to step down on the one hand, and there are Muhyiddin's boys who are adamant that this case against Sharizat should be closed, and not talked about anymore, swept under the carpet that is,  to ensure they are not incriminated in the process.

Najib wants' to take the best position that is to get Sharizat to step down, that will portray him as a powerful leader and one who brooks no nonsense, and that he is clean.

Clean? Najib clean?

That he knows is his greatest challenge, the moment he takes on Sharizat others will take on him, Najib is not one of the strong personalities he does not even compare to a pale shadow of  Mahahtir Mohammed, he is not strong enough to handle these types of fixes.

Mahahtir managed to put Mohammed Taib away even after the courts found him not guilty, he managed to sack Anwar although he knew that was an unpopular move and Mahathir could all do this because he held  a tight rein on all UMNO's warlords, which Najib doesn't have.

On the contrary the UMNO warlords hold Najib to ransom and he knows that very well, too well in fact. They have so many cards to play with him, there is the Scorpene and Altantuya case they could resurrect with a combined effort, there is the mamak who is waiting to move his son upward and they'd support that idea at Najib's expense if Najib tries to pull the screws.

There is so much about his own spouse Rosmah how can he take on Sharizat?

Sharizat is distancing herself from her husband in this case, she is not saying there are no corrupt practices, she is saying she is not involved, so if there is anyone to  go after it's  her husband and she has nothing to about it, it's a, "leave me alone," solution she is embarking on.

Now in this situation she has  the ball  immediately thrown into Najib's court.

Can he do the same?

Will he ask Rosamh to fight her own battles and leave him out of it as it has nothing to do with him? (her buying sprees, her involvement in the Anwar case with Saiful etc.).

Can he ask her to explain her alleged involvement int eh Altantuya case by herself  without his involvement?

Or how does he hide all these, sweep it under the carpet that is, and do the same for Muhyiddin and Khairy's sake and save Sharizat in the process.

The trouble is as PM he can't sweep all these under the carpet, his and his wife's alleged issues he has to take it and face it head on once and for all, if he doesn't then there are a lot of questions and doubts that go a begging, and the UMNO warlords have a field day manipulating him and issues, and that is exactly what is happening now.

I am sure he is hoping Rosmah has a  magic wand to wave away all these misfortunes with, the trouble is she has as far as she is concerned and to her and only her that wand is Najib, but alas that wand is of no use to Najib himself.

This  today is UMNO's  delima, its Najib's big headache, Najib has to sort it out, but according to sources he'll move her out, and he has a secret weapon to use agaisnt her, what it is though  has never been revealed.

In a latest move Gerakan's deputy head has asked Sharizat to move out and make way for the sake of the party, Najib it seems can't get the UMNO faithful to do this job for him so it  now looks like the  other BN members will be roped in to assist him.

There are people within the party who have asked her to move, now there are those from BN who are jumping the band wagon, and it looks like Sharizat's days are numbered, and together with this looks like Najib will eventually get more than what he bargained for, the next will be  his deputy and Muhyddin and Khairy Jamaluddin, I suppose.

Is there an uncle working in the background?

Yes,  Rafidah is right, no denying it.

Sharizat is a problem a big, big problem.

Khairy Jamaluddin is a problem also  another big, big problem.

Then you have Muhyiddin Yassin a huge problem but.....

Najib is the problem.

So where does that leave UMNO?

These problems will not go away by designing lies to look like the truth, people are no longer ill informed, the alternative media has provided the tool and this reveals everything that a person needs to know before making a decision on who to vote to represent them.

Najib seems to be buried in scandals which he has made little or no effort to challenge to prove that they were only slanderous talk, and has hidden under his office as Prime Minister enjoying the coverage or rather the non coverage about his scandals.

Let's begin with the Altantuya Sharibu case.

Najib had to have the AG use his powers to silence all accusations made agaisnt him, when RPK make all kinds of accusations against him he refused to take the  bull by its horns and take Raja petra to court, instead he used  the office of the attorney general till RPK took flight and left for London.

In a follow up to that there was PI Bala.

Why wasn't PI Bala's statement taken by our police in London as they promised to, why was he taken in by the police after his statutory declaration, held agaisnt his wishes, brought by a specially appointed lawyer and asked to make a statement after which he was whisked off to Thailand.

Where is PI Bala now?

Why isn't Najib going to testify at the Scorpene hearing in Paris, wasn't he the Minister of defence at the material time?

Anwar Ibrahim's sodomy case, sodomy II that is, Najib was a key player and why did Najib apply not to testify? Wwhat was he afraid of ?  In what context did Rosmah tell Karpal not to bully her at the preliminary stage of he was examining the witnesses?

What has happened to the Port Klang scandal, why was Ong Tee Keat removed from handling it, and why was it MCA went into overdrive to bring to Chuah Soil lek back?

Has Najib compromised the integrity of the office of the Prime Minsiter to the extent he is unable to discipline his ministers?

Is Najib afraid to act against Sharizat, Khairy and Muhyiddin Yassin is the feedlot scandal?

Why is Muhyiddin Yassin deciding whether there is a case or not? He is an interested party or at least a seemingly interested party, he has no business in this case, he has to stay out, he should be under investigation too.

Take a look al lthe three leaders of UMNO are big problems to UMNO, Najib the President, Muhyiddin the Deputy President, Sharizat the head of Wanita the women's wing and Khairy the head of the once powerful youth wing, where dos that leave the credibility of UMNO?

Now has the integrity of the office of the Prime Minister? It certainly looks so and if that is the case Najib is the problem and UMNO  Baru is in its worst problem since its founding by Mahathir Mohammed.
