PPBM MEMBERS BLAME AZMIN FOR MUHYIDDIN'S MISGUIDED STRATEGY, THEY WANT HIM OUT.
Muhyidin seems to be losing confidence with his cabinet colleagues while Bersatu members question Azmin's relevance.
PPBM members want him out he's lost their confidence
In
the wake of Muhyiddin's proposal for a declaration of an emergency was
even being discussed by he Rulers many of his cabinet ministers and
members of his supreme council were already showing utter discontent
with his leadership especially his reliance on Azmin Ali, they knew it would fail
One
source from PPBM who prefers to remain anonymous was quoted as saying
that as soon as so many Malays not aligned with Anwar Ibrahim came out
openly to criticize and give the big picture in this ill planned move
by Muhyiddin they were sure the Rulers were not going to sanction this
move, especially since it would seriously impact the economy.
In doing so Muhyidddin was led by Azmin into putting not only PPBM and the present day government in bad light but have also unnecessarily pulled His Highness the Yang di Pertuan Agung into the picture for an ill conceived idea and members are now are now going to demand the removal Azmin Ali from all senior positions in the cabinet and the party, accoding to the source, "he is not wanted in our party, he never was, both him Zuraida and their train were never wanted, we knew he could not be trusted and is very ambitious, we only gave Muhyiddin face, and this fellow (Azmin) did not respect his position, he only insulted us and is using the party as his spring board. He should have known the consequences being the man who is supposed to look after our economic affairs of the country, how was he ever placed in MITI?" asked the source.
Headed for LimboIgnorant of what was happening and very sure of himself, or through sheer arrogance assuming it was a done deal, Muhyiddin on the evening 25th October while the Rulers were still in conference was ready to show Malaysia who was the boss.
He summoned all Menteris Besar and Chief Ministers for a meeting on the 26th assuming he would now be the authoritarian head of the Malaysian Government and that Parliament would be prorogued.
His assumptions were
not only wrong his actions seemed to undermine the authority of the
rulers who adviced their Brother ruler the King against sanctioning
such a move - the advice was taken.
Once that announcement that the King was not going to concede to emergency came a shell shocked Muhyiddin was forced to call off the meeting of Menteris Besar and Chief Ministers, there was a sudden loss of face.
Muhyiddin - Shell shocked King's decision
It is uncertain if that was the reason or if it is because he is now facing a problem with his Director General of Health who has thus far done an excellent job in the prevention of this pandemic and is now facing problems with front liners who are are getting tired of fighting what they see as a losing battle and in the wake of Muhyiddn refusing to fully implement control measures the DG has recommended.
Dr. Noor Hashim has to besides just giving us the numbers and preparing and recommending the strategies to effectively fight this scourge, got to reckon with government officials and ministers who do not understand the implications of improper control in the case of this pandemic and seem to be interfering and making matters worse.
His
continuous cries of "Stay at Home, Please Stay at Home" seen on TV is
an expression of his frustration. He is trying to impress on the rakyat
on how grave the situation is asking them to stay at home, his front liners are tired, and when they see things get worse due to indifference of ministers, and people they are in no mood to continue.
It is rumored that the figure of 1200 cases on Saturday sent by twitter by Dr, Noor Hashim are not real figures, or figures sandbagged from earlier days they were handed to him to announce.
To add to his frustrations some Ministers come out with their own prescription and rules regarding the CMCO of 4 hours work for managers, twenty percent of Management to be at work and all kinds of nonsense without basis for which he is blamed.
Was that a quest seeking some prominence by this minister? One can only wonder.
THE BUDGET.
There is no telling if a vote of no confidence will be tabled against Muhyiddin via the vote to pass the budget.
Can a ceasefire be arranged with Anwar, I think it could but it would only be temporary if Anwar agrees.
We must remember that the people voted for Anwar to become the Prime Minister and not Mahathir or Muhyiddin, Mahathir was only a "kaki tumpung," Mahathir was supposed to only be an interim Prime Minister for six months, PH conceded constituencies to to Bersatu only because they had joined the alliance and that too under the huge opposition from PKR members who had a mistrust for Mahathir.
Any ceasefire by Anwar must not bring Mahathir into the game, if that happens Anwar has to throw his weight in and go for the juggler. We can't afford to allow this senile destructive figure in anymore.
Anwar should watch Mahathir's every movePH through PKR, Amnah and DAP would have swept all the Bersatu seats had they refused Bersatu entry into PH they were mostly under the impression that Mahathir commanded the respect of the Malays. Had PKR decided not to allow Bersatu the situation for UMNO, PAS and Bersatu would have been worse they would have only landed up stealing each others votes and PKR would have come out with flying colours.
Initially Mahthir gave everybody the impression he wanted to be PM only for six months, then he would hand over the reins to Anwar, then he said he wanted it a little longer, then he changed his tone to "if the people want want Anwar to be PM", that was the indication he was working against Anwar, later he made a promise and I quote; "I made a promise and I'll keep my promise" and he kept postponing the date of his departure, and when finally the DAP MPs together with PKR MPs wanted a commitment the Sheraton move was initiated and we all knwo too well he was in the move through and through.
The position of PM is Anwar's legitimately, that is the wishes of the people expressed at the ballot box in the 2018 General elections, and today the liar who promised everything says he never wanted Anwar to become PM and is fighting tooth and nail to ensure that does not happen.
The budget must not be used as the weapon to oust Muhyiddin because it could mean Mahathir 3.
The DAP is in no mood for a compromise with Najib, his wife and Zahid's position, so too the electorate that put them there. Even in UMNO there are those who do not want the compromise because they realise that was the biggest corruption case in the country and cannot be left unpunished.
There are
some UMNO members with a semblance of decency in UMNO who would not want
this, at the same timw the moving of these people would benefit their
positions too, so without the DAP, Anwar will not have the numbers to
become PM, unless he aligns with PAS and that is a possibility.
Anwar has to get the original parties from PKR back less Zuraida and Azmin, some decent UMNO members who must be aware that there can be no deal with Najib and Zahid and form an Unity Government specially to take the country out of this difficult period.
Finally any solution that does not address Covid 19 as the nations biggest problem today is not a solution for the people.
