THE TALK IN TOWN IS NAJIB WILL DO JUST ABOUT ANYTHING TO REMOVE MUHYIDDIN AND THAT IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE - BUT CAN HE?
Listen you do exactly what I say Ok?
If you have been following what Najib has been doing and saying recently you'll notice that he is going to great lengths to get Muhyiddin out and Anwar in as PM of Malaysia.
Why should Najib who cooked up the "Saiful" story and got Anwar Ibrahim jailed, suddenly come out and want Muhyiddin the man he and UMNO put up as PM to destroy Pakatan Harapan out, and want Anwar as Prime Minister of Malaysia suddenly?
It just doesn't make sense, ha!!!, but that my friends is Malay politics today.
Then on the other hand why has this man Anwar Ibrahim who has been played out by Najib not once but on several occasions beginning with is incarceration on charges of sodomy during the Mahathir era - Sodomy1, suddenly want to work with this man branded as the "World's biggest Kleptocrat who his party was key in removing from power by promising the rakyat that if they came to power would be charged to the fullest extent of the law?
Well probably that is Malay Politics.
Well the Anwar I supported was a man of principles, I still support many things he did and said, but on this score sorry there are too many questions and as I said earlier this is Malay Politics I am not playing that game.
An Anwar supported by Najib and his cronies does not make sense, it is a game plan bound for failure and that too complete failure, sorry it just does not make sense, it is like these clowns reenacting the old Malay legends or was that really history, where a crook becomes a hero and a hero becomes and crook and it never ends.
Look at Najib's strategies to put his plan into action, just like when he sent Zahid to go the United Nations if you remember, to stand there on the rostrum and tell all its members proudly that Malaysia was on a new road to success using "Blue Ocean Strategy" of which he, Zahid knew next to nothing, reading from a script prepared probably by Najib himself which he did not comprehend too, and to
The then Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia
an almost empty assembly, making a fool of himself and the nation.
In this instance dealing with Muhyiddin he sent that same Zahid to meet instructing Muhyiddin to summarily dismiss certain key UMNO ministers, Zahid made a fool of himself there once again on Najib's beckoning.
Zahid is most certainly Najib's side kick it is just too obvious and Muhyiddin was right in more ways than one to say he Zahid, can't be the Deputy Prime Minister Of Malaysia.
Zahid can't be is for more reasons than one, most importantly his status as a citizen of the country by "operation of law" is seriously in doubt besides his having charges to answer in court.
Now the crook Najib who is prodding Zahid into this action has bigger charges some for which he has already been convicted for so the reasons for these desperate efforts to change government seems only too obvious.
It was a strategy set up to get UMNO to discard Muhyiddin and then throw their support behind Anwar for reasons best known to Najib and Zahid, and aren't those reasons now becoming abundantly clear?
The less intelligent Zahid as always fell for the plan - whatever Najib tells him to he will do and as usual it backfired.
On these issues Najib had not kept the likes of his cousin in the loop or Khairy and even his old friend Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah nor the deputy President of UMNO Mohamad Hassan, he was operating behind the scenes with this side kick of his for hos own purposes, UMNO does not matter now it only does to pull him out of the mud and if Zahid sinks in the process so be it.
Zahid came out after Anwar claimed that he had the numbers to unseat Muhyiddin and admit there were UMNO members who were dissatisfied with Muhyiddin and wanted change indicating that Anwar did have UMNO support.
Hishamuddin and Khairy came out immediately after Zahid made that statement denying discontent in UMNO with Muhyiddin's party and saying there were no members who would not vote for Muhyiddin if there was a vote of no confidence.
Khairy and Hishamuddin also immediately denied they were in that group of dissatisfied UMNO members Zahid was talking about, what more Hishamuddin threw cold water into that suggestion by saying UMNO would never work with DAP and that began to echo in UMNO, that immediately reduced the numbers for Anwar if ever there was any.
Najib and Anwar took DAP for granted, but with Najib and UMNO in the fray the DAP was not ready nor wanted to be part of that dance as expressed by Lim Guan Eng earlier.
UMNO's deputy who is aware of moves to sideline him in the party has kept his distance, he wants nothing with these moves and Mat Hassan does command respect in UMNO, moreover he does not allow Najib to just push him over and that is the reason Najib brought Zahid back from his sabbatical, Najib had to have his hand on the lid and with Zahid at the helm he knows he can manipulate UMNO, Mat Hassan on the other hand would just push Najib aside and put him in his place.
Mat Hassan and Khairy Jamaluddin have a tacit understanding and will not get caught into such schemes.
Without the whole of UMNO backing this trio who is Anwar banking on for support to become Prime minister?
Of course he will be banking on all PKR members, but he may not get a full 100 percent support of the remaining MPs he has in his stable some of them are not so easily swayed, as any deal with Najib and Zahid will be breaking election promises.
Then of course the renegades from UMNO, the Zahid and Najib supporters there is money there to be made and of course some Sabahans too.
Watch the Sarawak MP's and Najib's close confidante - Nancy Shukri and the rest, don't forget the Governor still exerts a lot of influence among the Sarawak MPs and of course, "ornithological specimens of identical plumage invariably congregate in closest proximity," in Sarawak Najib and Zahid have specimens of identical plumage, some big and others small but the plumage is the same, so that could be a big support base.
The silent power broker in this game is PAS and suddenly very suddenly Hadi Awang is in a retreat of his own contemplating his moves I believe.
Now we must not forget of course if it's Anwar on the other side Muhyiddin gets Pejuang's vote, the last action perhaps of the senile old man who put us all in this mess and still continues to do so, I am talking about that also mad Mahathir.
Hadi Awang although very close to Najib and grateful for all the favours bestowed on him and PAS before and during the last elections, is not an Anwar fan at all, he never was and never will be, right from the beginning the both of them went into politics he has never wanted Anwar to outdo him and for that reason Anwar can't bank on his support, he will back Muhyiddin, as Muhyiddin is easy meat, not Anwar.
So can Anwar get the numbers, I sat down on the floor counted with my fingers, toes and two match boxes full of match sticks and I think Muhyiddin has much more than just a slim majority, he has a comfortable majority.
Now to answer the question if Najib can remove Muhyiddin?
Yes, he can.
But sorry mate - not by numbers, you can't reduce them, you do not control the military or Police ammunition stores anymore, so you will not get, SEE FOUR- got that?
You will probably have to do the next best try eating S#&t and hope people will pity you, I think that is your only alternative.
And Anwar please do the next best thing don't try unseating Muhyiddin, you just can't not only will you lose but you'll lose more friends in the process.
