Current affairs, human rights, justice with specific focus on Malaysia and where the world situation has a direct or indirect impact on the Malaysian political climate. Malaysians must never be told they are being "tolerated" when they exercise their constitutional rights, instead, the government of the day must respect their rights to do so.

On the one side UMNO says Sharizat is out
Sharizat going!! going!!!!go.......
It is crucial times in UMNO, the Sharizat detractors are crying for blood, they want Sharizat out, they believe she is corrupt and that her husband's position as Chief executive of the National Feedlot corporation was because of her position in the UMNO, now they want her held responsible and they want her out.
The part of the wanita wing that wants her out are saying that Mohamed Salleh Ismail - Sharizat's husband, would not have been in the position CEO of the National feedlot Corporation, if not for her position and that is very clear.
One UMNO Wanita leader even went as far as telling us, "If she thinks the UMNO wanita is stupid, then she is really stupid, all the play acting might have won the hearts of some people who had come there to the assembly well rehearsed by her for the occasion, we were taken aback by her stupidity then and she thought she came out with flying colours, we want to save UMNO not destroy it, she like some others are taking us down the drain, and we shall not rest till she is sacked." This comes from an rather well informed and respectable person in the wanita who prefers not to be quoted.
It is not surprising that these days if you begin a blog so many UMNO people will come to you to volunteer information, these umnoputras, are not the type who will cross over but who will gloat over the destruction of any person up the hierarchy, because it gives them scope to move up and this lady readily admitted to that when asked. It is a dog eat dog party now.
Najib is being pressured to get to the bottom of this issue, it's not only the Wanita that want blood here, the other wings including the the youth have decided to fold their sleeves and do the same, as in the youth movement there is Khairy to be implicated as a result and in the highest echelons of the party the Deputy Party head can also get implicated.
Najib is toying with the idea of getting Muhyuddin smeared by this exercise, he is somewhat worried about the implications with Sharizaat as this may send the old man, the mamak on a spin, and whichever one way it goes with Khairy he really does not care.
One party insider says he can go for all three provided he inflicts as much damage on Khairy as he does Sharizat, paving the way for Mukhriz' upward opportunity. Notice Mukhriz has been quiet all this while, he's been rather too quiet, so too has his father, and the scheming goes on.
If they successfully remove all three, then Muhyudin goes out and Hisham will be appointed DPM in his place, that will create an exacting scenario, and pave the way for Mukhriz to remove Hishamuddin after a short spell. See how history repeats itself.?
The idea will receive Mahathir's backing, and Najib does not have to worry about Mahathir, then accept that he (Najib)can't stay in office as long as he (Mahathir) did..
UMNO's troubles are from within, the party members want what they feel they are entitled to, many who know they are to be dropped by Najib for the next General Elections, now question, "why me if Sharizat is to stand."
Sharizat has to go or there will be too much discontent within UMNO and UMNO will work against UMNO.
In the current scenario Najib must of course see both sides of the coin, Muhyiddin has been a thorn in his flesh, if he can take him out without inflicting any harm on the party he'll be glad, if he can't he may be thinking of inflicting some harm so as to destroy his credibility, so that at the next UMNO General Assembly the deputy can be removed.
Najib does not think too much about Sharizat, to him she is just a nobody, and she knows that, she is a problem he'd rather see her go, but he keeps wondering how he'll pull that off without hurting the other part of the Wanita - the pro Sharizat part, mending fences with the Mamak tua is easy as long as whatever he does leads to an elevation of position of Mukhriz, other wise he is dead meat.
This is really like the tape from the beginning of a "mission impossible" movie, "UMNO will self destruct at the next General Elections."
For those of you who think it is good news, yes it is, but remember you are dealing with the son of the man who used the armed forces, rural UMNO youth to massacre hundreds in Kuala Lumpur on May 13 1969 in Kuala Lumpur, when the position of UMNO was threatened after the General Elections then, only that this time some Generals are not in agreement with him, they are more educated and they are reasonable gentlemen, not all, but some.

Anwar's freedom a strategic excercise by Najib
The acquittal of Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim seems to have been an exercise to lend credence to a judicial system that has been seen to be lopsided, pro UMNO, and one that was controlled by the executive.
In an immediate response to Anwar being freed, the Malaysian Information Minister is quoted to have said,
"Malaysia has an independent judiciary and this verdict proves that the government does not hold sway over judges' decisions."
Was the judgement so planned to showcase the world that we have a credible judiciary? The response of the Minster looked like it came from a prepared text, it was almost immediate on a day journalist were busy covering the Anwar trial. If only the government could respond as swiftly on other issues, there will be less cows to talk about.
As soon as the court handed down its verdict an Anwar supporter had already predicted such a statement. Kamarulzaman Mohd Dia yelled,"they'll now say we have an independent judiciary, and they expect us to believe that now, never!! never !!!" he yelled, "not till we take Putrajaya." much to the delight of the listeners.
Kamarulzaman's view is shared by many Malaysians , many are of the view that this case absurd though it be was brought about to discredit Anwar. This case and the sex video produced by the infamous trio of "Datuk,T" of which included former Menteri Besar of Melaka, was part of UMNO invented scandals to discredit, destroy and in the process make Anwar Ibrahim irrelevant, as he is a real threat to the survival of UMNO and the BN as a whole.
Could the unfolding events, Raja Petra Kamaruddin's statements, Zaid Ibrahims sudden about turns, Uni Hafilda's "sins" campaign be targeted at Anwar and the opposition?
I once wrote to leave RPK alone because I really believe he could be pressured to do so, after all the government has d his son to bargain with him with.
Zaid Ibrahim has been making overtures, is he an UMNO Trojan horse attempting the same trick twice?
The Anwar scandals will continue to be manufactured, Umi Hafilda has already made an announcement to the effect, one wonders if she and the others were privy to this judgement, that she came out with this statement only days before the judgment was pronounced, in anticipation of beginning another chapter on the incarceration of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, or could they be directed by their political masters?
This is a poor UMNO strategy, and Umi Hafilda is someone the general public is fed up of anyway.
The whole idea of these UMNO strategies against the opposition targeted at Anwar was to destroy Anwar morally and politically, it seems to have had the reverse effect, it has made him and the oppositon even stronger.
Photographs are not allowed in courtrooms in Malaysia, we are told that Dr. Datin Seri Wan Azizah wept as the she heard the judgement and embraced her husband, the news of this alone touched the hearts of so many Malaysians who heard it because this lady stood steadfast by her man through all this, it was truly an emotional moment for all Malaysians to share but then as I said no photographs in the courtrooms.
This entire case only shows the lengths this government will go through to discredit anyone who stands up to them. Anwar Ibrahim represented all Malaysians and the response for standing up was what was dished out to Anwar from a tyrannical regime fearing its very existence.
The person who literally ran a one man campaign to get rid of Anwar - the former prime minster of Malaysia, Mahathir Mohammed must today be the most worried person in the country, he is worried of reprisals from Anwar, but Anwar has said it before, he will not follow what Mahahtir did, when dealing with him, he is not going to go on a vendetta, that would bring him to the same level as Mahathir.
If there is a case to be heard against Mahathir and his cronies it will be done in a very transparent manner to ensure that all Malaysians get to see what actually happened as a result of nepotism, cronyism, and corruption, how this country was robbed and is being robbed.
The Anwar victory is a victory of the people, surely this euphoria can only mean one thing it will now get more people behind Pakatan Rakyat and the cry "Anwar for PM" has already been sounded it was echoed, when the DAP openly declared that they fully support him for PM.
In a latest development five people suffered minor injuries in three explosions at the vicinity of the Jalan Duta court complex here Monday morning, said City police chief DCP Mohamad Salleh
The bombings occurred between 10.20 a.m and 10.55 a.m well after the Anwar verdict which was delivered at 9.30 a.m. and was int he vicinity of the courts where Anwar's supporters were. The police then advised the crowd to disperse which they did.
No motive was established, and the police are investigating, "will this be used by the home ministry to disallow future rallies and assemblies by the people, is this a precursor to that?" asked a lady apparently a lawyer asked.
Well we'll never know, in Malaysia today you can expect weird things to happen, after all the rulign party is now fighting for its life, and our only hope is that fight is clean, it hasn't been so far, the opposition has just cleared one hurdle of the many more to come.
Even if the judiciary comes out looking good Najib can take no credit for it, he has yet to appoint an independent commission to investigate his role in the Altantuya murder case and the related Scorpene scandal without which he is suspect and the office of the Prime Minister in the eyes of the Malaysians compromised as a result.
Even at the Altantuya murder trial the questions pertaining to Altantuya's missing immigration records of her entry into the country were disallowed, whenever anything came up that would bring Najib into the scene both the defence and the prosecution objected, the judge who began the case was replaced the whole trial seemed like a sham.
After setting Anwar free it is impossible to accept that this government will now play fair, we have to be extremely watchful, there are other more sinister tricks they'd pull, to remain in power.
When will elections be called? Why is Najib taking so long, what is he preparing?
His deputy is at loggerheads with him, now the head of the women's sing in his party is creating problems for him, he is trying his best to appease both of them and in the process mapping out strategies to rid himself o the opposition.
What is the journey to Putrajaya going to be like, I reckon it will be a rough ride for the opposition, we need an important element at the next elections, foreign observers, yes foreign observers, from truly democratic countries, or that is where the people will be robbed of their rights lock, stock and barrel, we experienced it at the last Sarawak elections.
How many foreigners are there now on our electoral rolls, many illegals were given citizenship by this government to ensure victory it happened in Sabah, is it happening here?
Will it happen allover the country?
With a government as desperate as this one anything can, and that is what they aim to do just about anything to remain in power, but no government however brutal can crush the will of the people.
If all is clean the prospects of taking over Putrajaya are real this time around and for the first time in the nations history, there will be a new party leading this country, but the word clean is not in the Barisan dictionary.

Anwar first Putrajaya next
In Malaysia homosexuality is a crime.
In Malaysia Performing Oral Sex is also a crime.
In Malaysia Blackmail is crime.
Case 1. Anwar Ibrahim is charged with having committed sodomy with Saiful a charge Anwar denies, and any layman, the man in the street, finds it difficult to believe this given the course of events, which I shall deal with later. Anwar has denied the charge, if he is found guilty he can be jailed and fined and be disqualified from Parliament.
Case 2. Chua Soi Lek was filmed performing oral sex with a lady in a hotel in Batu Pahat. It is generally suspected that the persons responsible for that filming this video, were from his own party, and that is why even to this day the Police have not arrested those responsible for producing this video. Chua Soi Lek did not deny that it was him on the video, in fact he openly admitted that it was him, and to this day he is not charged, he continues to be the President of the MCA the second biggest component of the Barisan Nasional.
Case 3. Ummi Hafilda, has come out again.
It was supposedly on the evidence given by this woman that the then Prime Minister decided to ask the Police to act against Anwar Ibrahim, for what is today referred to as Sodomy 1.
This woman is in the the same mould as the other Mahathirian lackey Ibrahim Ali of Perkasa,
She is reported in the Star of Friday 6 January 2012, to have threatened to "unveil a "secret" that would expose more wrongdoings allegedly involving PKR leaders one of whom is her brother, Azmin Ali. She referred to these wrongdoings as "sins" as says that unless they - Anwar Ibrahim, Datin Seri Dr. Wan Azizah Wan Ismail and her brother Azmin Ali, "repent" she will expose these "sins."
"Such evidence will be saved for the coming General Elections, unless the three As continue to be a threat to the nation and race, my allies and I will go all out to attack them." Now isn't this blackmail, andisn't blackmail a crime in this country?
Why the next General Elections is she standing against any of the three, is she an UMNO candidate?
Review
Case 1
In Anwar's case it was very evident that the frivolous charges brought out against him in Sodomy 1 was to allow others to prevent him from implementing reforms he had publicly spoken about before the then UMNO general assembly on nepotism, cronyism and corruption. Anwar was then a powerful Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, all UMNO Chieftains had decided before this to back his candidacy for Deputy Head of UMNO, which would automatically make him the Deputy Prime Minister, and he did this not through greed of the position, but to prevent this country going to the dogs through what he very factually referred to as nepotism, cronyism and corruption.
Mahahtir had not read Anwar's intentions, he still thought Anwar was his man, but he failed to realise that before Anwar joined UMNO he was reformist, it was on the tacit understanding that he would be allowed to carry out those reforms from within UMNO from Mahathir that Anwar joined the government.
Musa was against the idea of admitting Anwar, so too were a lot of UMNO top dogs then, but with Musa's resignation these UMNO men, typical of UMNO men, decided to throw their weight behind Anwar, and so when Anwar contested the position of Deputy in UMNO no one dared to object except for a then close Mahahtir aide, "the fat lady" Rafidah Aziz.
Mahathir complained then when Anwar challenged Ghaffar that people do not listen to him anymore.
He would have preferred Ghaffar in the position of DPM so that he could continue to lead unchallenged. Rafidah probably spoke on Mahahtir's advice to test the UMNO mood, but then in UMNO people do not display their mood unless the leadership tells them what to do, and no one was sure who was the leader at that time, Anwar or Mahathir, and Mahathir was caught unaware when this young Malaysian leader whom he claims to have personally groomed talked about Nepotism, Cronyism and Corruption under his leadership, it was an affront to the boss himself, and that was when Mahathir decided to get Anwar.
In UMNO at that time Anwar was very powerful, any attempt to remove him would mean the general membership would have rallied behind Anwar and removed Mahathir, and so the only way to get at Anwar was to discredit him so badly no one would dare challenge the authoritiies.
Anwar was not only seen as a strong UMNO leader, he was seen as a strong Muslim leader too, the people in general were fed up of Mahathir. There was corruption all around and it was so blatant, if anybody dared to expose it they were caught and charged, one such person was Irene Fernandez of Teniganita, when she questioned the government's task force and the illegal worker problem. Anwar realised the problem then and that will explain why Irene was one of the first people at the scene when Anwar was sacked from his position as DPM by Mahathir.
That charge of sodomy had to be brought, it would ruin Anwar politically, morally, and make him an outcast with the general Malay population.
The stage was set for the worst performance of a Kangaroo Court, the person who would make the allegations would be woman, she woudl be related to a close Anwar aide, that would make the case very strong, that would make everything believable, that lady is Umi Hafilda.
As soon as he was sacked Mahathir realised Anwar's popularity, a huge section of the UMNO faithful rose up against Mahathir, those who supported him were those who were beholden ot UMNO as they were beneficiaries of the system of cronyism, nepotism and corruption.
Mahathir knew he had to put Anwar away for good and he thougt he had managed that when Anwar was jailed and when in the subsequent General Elections Anwar's party PKR were unable to present a real challenge. In fact when Badawi went to the polls the first time Mahathir was convinced that he had buried Anwar and the opposition, he was feeling very comfortable indeed, his retirement plans were intact he could now use all his time to expand the empire of his sons and enrich the Mahahtirian clan. His favourite project reminds me of the poem in elementary school, " there was a crooked man who walked a crooked mile," here we had a crooked bridge.
Under Badawi however the crooked bridge went straight, Proton was not given the same kind of preferential treatment it once enjoyed, Mahathir could not even get representative rights to the UMNO General Assembly Badawi made sure of that. The Lingam case in which Badawi allowed for a RCI made ematters worse, it exposed Mahathir and to make matters worse Anwar was back in contention, and as Badawi slept, the empire began to crumble as Anwar began attacking him from all fronts.
After that tsunami general elections Anwar poised a real challenge, there was the real possibility of UMNO men crossing over to the PKR side to form the next government, it was really a tsunami, never since 1969 had the situation been so bad for UMNO, Mahathir was shivering, he was desperate he needed first to get Badawi out of the way, an needed to get Najib in . He even lied when he said that there was a tacit understanding that Badawi would serve only one term, that he would be a stop gap PM.
Even if Mahathir was telling the truth, then it is evident that he had plans to run UMNO from behind the scenes, if he wanted Najib in, then he was also planning for the ascension of his son Mukhriz, and that would explain why Khairy who was an elected youth chief was left with out and not given a cabinet posting, but his son Mukhriz, who was defeated by Khairy was.
Now it is apparent Anwar has to be put off for good, he poses a reasl challenge, the Malays are fed up of all the corruption, the people do nto see PAS as the bogeyman - UMNO has always made them out to be, When Anwar wins in the next general elections all that cases of nepotism, cronyism and corruption will become public domain, many will be charged for the ill gotten gains they acquired under the patronage of Mahathir Mohammed who as usual will deny he had any knowledge of it. Mahathir will be in serious problems, the Mahathirian dynasty will be in trouble, so too will Najib's, Badawi's, Muhyudin's, Sharizat's and the list goes on, even the cows in UMNO will be taken to task and no one in UMNOis ready for that. Now that does that explain Najib's cry that they'd defend UMNO with their lives, is he threatening us Malaysians at large?
The only way out for Najib, Mahathir and UMNO including their lackeys is to lock Anwar up and put him away for good, sometimes I am under the impression they'd do an Aquino on him. And that explains Sodomy 2.
Case 2
Now does that explain why Chua Soi Lek is not charged as well, they may not like him, he may be an irritant, but then he is not anti UMNO, in fact they can use him to the fullest extent to serve their own purposes a dagger hangs over his head, and they are doing just that. There is no necessity to charge Chua Soi Lek, it will not serve UMNO's purpose.
Case 3.
Umi Hafilda has made the UMNO operations it quite apparent, she is quoted as saying, "she and her 'allies' will attack the three A's and they are waiting for the next General Elections.
Our courts have been far from fair, the judge in Anwar's case has not allowed him a proper defense, he was denied the Najib's testimony in court, it was, the PM as we all know had claimed that Saiful went to his house to apply for a "scholarship," we'd like to know more about that absurd story in open court, Anwar would wnat to know that for an effective defence, Rosmah had even told Karpal to stop threatening her, both of them are key players in the case and the defence has to be given every avenue at to defend Anwar, they were not. How fair is this trial.
Response Needed
For these reasons and most of all for our beloved King and country we must all be there come January 9, the Chief of Police has allowed us the Court Car park for the assembly let us all be there, let us display our live for Justice, and our beloved country.
9th January morning at the Duta Court car park, I'll be there, will you join me, will you ask your friends to join me and be counted.
Justice for Anwar first, he represent all of us in the matter of justice, and only then Putrajaya.
Anwar is confident that Putrajaya will be rid of UMNO and its cronies come the next General elections and aren't we all?

Malaysiakini reports
Police have also allowed Malay rights group Perkasa to gather as well on Monday, but within the compound of the Federal Territory mosque.
The mosque is located 300 metres from the Jalan Duta court complex, where Pakatan aims to gather 100,000 supporters to show solidarity with Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim, who will know his second sodomy trial verdict that day.
Rahman said Perkasa, together with other Malay right wing NGOs such as Pertubuhan Kebajikan dan Dakwah Islamiah Malaysia (Pekida) and Pertubuhan Permufakatan Majlis Ayahanda Malaysia (Permas), would hold prayer sessions and ceramah in the mosque from Sunday until Monday, to pray for national peace.
He expects 2,000 members to turn up.
Perkasa does not need a permit, and under the latest amendments we are under the impression that you can't gather for such purposes in Mosques, Temples and Churches. Notice how UMNO supporters and cronies can do as they please and the law does not apply to them.

Sharizat to be dropped - Breaking News.
The Sharizat issue takes centre stage.
Either she goes or no one goes, the ball's in Najib's court. The non performing UMNO members have found the excuse they were looking for not to go to Najib to say that they'll step down, even those who have told him so now have a change of heart, "if Sharizat can stay why can't we," is the question lingering in the corridors of power now.
A good number of MPs targeted by Najib to be dropped come from Muhydin's camp, the DPM has been in strong support of Sharizat to cover up his own folly of having given National Feedlot Corp to Sharizat's husband even without a proper tender excercise, he sent it to Abbdullah Badawi for approval and whilst Abdullah was asleep Khairy okayed it and Abdullah signed the approval.
The DPM never expected this to come back smack into his face at such a crucial time, he has been trying to defend Sharizat all this while and so was Khairy Jamaluddin, both of them are now in the same predicament as is the Wanita head.
Najib sees this as the excuse he needed to throw out all or at least the majority of the DPMs men, but after having made a pact with the DPM he is not sure what he has to do in the face of the next General Elections, as he knows there are others in UMNO to take him on as well.
The talk among the neutrals is that Sharizat will be dropped, this is because she does not have a good equation with Rosmah and Rosmah's influence at this stage is sufficient for Najib to drop her but the question is when.
Najib can't wait for the last minute that way he'll be sending a wrong message to the existing MPs whom he wants to drop, if he decides to drop them at the eleventh hour too, it will only raise their expectations and when they find out they have been dropped they will work against Najib and UMNO, this is the typical UMNO culture.
A senior UMNO memebr and member of Parliament had this to say, "Najib, he has no right to tell people to move out, not even if he wanted to say it to Khir Toyo, who is Najib, his name all tainted, all busu, he has not come out to clear it, Scorpene, Altantuya, so many purchases of equipment that is so expensive, I tell you he is not a clever man, he thinks he is very clever actually he very stupid, and the Malays are getting angry with him. Worst still his wife control him, tell me what did he achieve as PM?" Then raising his voice he said, "bl@#dy fool, all he do is to use rakyat money take Rosmah go shopping, not enough ah, all the money from his corruption. This man want to tell Sharizat to step down? No way, he can't even tell Khir Toyo to step down."
There seems to be a whole lot of wisdom in what he says, so I asked him, "Dato will you be asked to step down," his reply, "he can't ask me or tell me that, but I tell you very honestly lah, I am stepping down, I am fed up, you know, fed up."
This is really a disaster, there was no substance from the Prime Minsiter when he spoke at the UMNO general assembly, he lacked vision, he lacked foresight, he lacked commitment, he lacked most of all and very sadly leadership, the question now is do we deserve to be led by idiots of such proportions? This PM who openly said he is not worried about the caliber of the people made by candidates by BN as long as they are able to win the votes it will be alright, they do not have to be graduates or academically excellent.
That statement is a very clear sign of what he plans for the nation in future, with idiots as MPs he can run this country bankrupt.
Want to be an idiot? UNDI LAH BARISAN NASIONAl!!!!!! for corruption, corruption and bankruptcy.

WHY PAKATAN? WHY DUMP BN?
The next general elections is the most crucial of all elections in this country.
It must be treated as very important to every Malaysian voter and in the process every voter has a duty to ensure that the BN and especially UMNO is wiped out during that election.
Why? Yes you may ask why should it be so, you may feel it will leave a lot of uncertainty in the future of this country, you may feel it is too big a risk to take, you may be worried although you know that UMNO is not worthy of being the government of the day -yet you feel they are the only ones who have the experience.
The truth is UMNO needs to purge its entire leadership, from branch level right up to the supreme council and that will never happen as long as this present set continues.
UMNO leadership thrives on cronyism, it thrives on corruption at every layer at every level, they feel they own the country, they feel that nothing can happen to them, the sense of invincibility surrounds every UMNO leader at every level that corruption is open and it is an everyday issue in UMNO.
For an UMNO leader to remain in power he has to make sure that his Branch leaders and Divisional leaders are well taken care of, likewise the division leader's relationship with the Branch leaders and the Branch leaders relationship with his core branch members. There must be benefits in kind for the leadership at every level to survive and if this is not done the division or branch fails, it falls apart from bickering and infighting. Nothing in UMNO is free.

The system has produced the biggest bunch of oxymorons as politicians and "leaders" in this country, and they are all in UMNO, that to leave this country to be run by them and their cronies in the MCA the MIC and the remaining BN component parties will be to actually allow this beloved country to self destruct.
Let's review a few issues here to get things in the proper perspective.
Najib talks about 1 Malaysia, the government prints huge bill boards, it is in almost every printed material in town, from the government controlled mass media to advertisement banners to even toilet tissue covers, that last one I think is the most appropriate and beside the 1 Malaysia is Najib's face, to tell the whole world that he is number 1 in Malaysia, I suppose.
The day after Najib proclaims one Malaysia his deputy comes out and says, "I am Malay first and Malaysian second," a direct affront to his boss who just decides to side step the issue and leave it unattended. So what is this 1 Malaysia? Well very honestly even Najib hasn't got the slightest clue.
Now after all that rhetoric about 1 Malaysia, today in a speech to PEKIDA theMalaysian Islamic Missionary and Welfare Association members he said, "Malays and Muslims have no choice but to defend the current federal government as this is they only way the future of the Malay race and the dignity of Islam can be safeguarded."
This is clearly the signs of desperation coming from a man who only recently was shouting the 1 Malaysia slogan from all corners of the country, so where is his 1 Malaysia now? Isn't that an oxymoron?
The other races in this country feel as much cheated as the Malays feel, because UMNO has used all the Malay allocation to enrich its membership, to feed the greed and the corruption that lies inbred in the very fabric of UMNO without which UMNO collapses. And to feed that greed they are running this country bankrupt. Why then are top UMNO leaders so eager to own property in foreign nations? The answe lies in the fact that once they have bled the nation they'll leave it high and dry and head for their overseas destinations. The Sarawak CM is the clearest example.
In UMNO there is no Malay agenda, the fear that DAP will expose this to the Malays, has left the UMNO leadership worried and for that they use the controlled media to condemn the DAP and make it look like a monstrous anti Malay party.
The DAP leadership went to jail fighting for the rights of a Malay grandmother and her grand daughter, and yet no man in UMNO had the guts to come out
Again in UMNO there is no Malay agenda, if there is one it is to rob the ordinary Malay by promoting ignorance amongst the ordinary Kampung Malays, and this is what UMNO has been doing all this while.
We have read about the countless corruption cases so conveniently swept under the carpet, or so timidly looked upon for which the most timid of all charges are brought against the perpetrators so that they get off Scott free or face the minimum of sentences. Many are not even brought to court, and they can't because this government survives on a "you scratch my back I scratch your back" philosophy.
The latest involving Sharizaat, the famous "National Feedlot Corporation (NFC) issue," and the stupid defence she made at the UMNO assembly only goes to show the quality of members the Wanita UMNO is made up of, not one member had the guts or maybe even the depth to question Sharizat.
UMNO being what UMNO is we now have a man from within come out and call for her resignation, and that is Kinabatangan MP Bung Moktar Radin, a notorious UMNO personality himself, and today another UMNO man, the division Chief for Cheras, Syed Ali Alhabsee supported Bung Moktar’s view, but UMNO wisdon still prevails in such circumstances this Syed Ali offers her an escape clause in his call, he says if the PM or the DPM does not want her to go she can remain.
Incidentally both Syed Ali and Sharizat are "Melayu celup."
Incidentally both Syed Ali and Sharizat are "Melayu celup."
Syed Ali Alhabsee says that she shoudl step down, but continue with the leadership of the wanita, and if the UMNO leadership decides not to accept her resignation that includes the DPM who happens to be an interested party in this case and who is implicated in the award of this feedlot corporation to Sharizat's husband without any tender exercise even though this was originally proposed by other parties who had studied the project and brought it to the attention of the government. This other party comprised Malays, but are not have been members of UMNO's inner circle.
The splits in UMNO are very apparent, they are united or seem to be united now to face a common foe, the people, only that this time the people have got wiser, UMNO is in the brink of desperation and desperate people will do desperate things including to hurl desperate and dangerous allegations to pit races against each other, that we know is Najib's forte, he did it at the TPCA stadium on the eve of Ops lallang, his deputy was there with him then, it is the forte of his cousin Krishamuddin, and they'll do it without batting an eyelid.
The people have to be vigilant, they must unite and fight this cause to save the nation we need an alternative government, we need to break this UMNO BN monopoly of governing this nation, it is only in that way that UMNO will be forced to purge corruption form its ranks and that of its partners in the BN and then offer themselves back to the people about three or maybe four terms later as a new and vibrant alternative to Pakatan if there is a need, or maybe another more credible party will emerge from the destruction of UMNO and the erasure of the names of its leaders from the beginning of the UMNO Baru era.
We the people deserve better, we need a government that will listen to us, that puts our interest above thier own selfish desires of self enrichment as is the case now. The PM's son is is millionaire, the PM's brother is one of the biggest bankers in the country, the PM's wife has still many questions hanging over her head, every head of MIC and MCA become multi - millionaires, whislt the people become poorer.
The chief Minister of Sarawak is among the richest people in the world and yet the natives of Sarawak are languishing in poverty.
The chief Minister of Sarawak is among the richest people in the world and yet the natives of Sarawak are languishing in poverty.
The lavish lives they lead are akin to that of the French aristocracy pre the French Revolution, and we have a Maria Antoinette look alike (in character I mean) in this government, I do not have to mention names.
This party that is so riddled with corruption that it has become a way of life and the very lifeblood of UMNO must now go for a complete revamp, it has to be forced to revamp, to rid itself of this disease and to come out anew a "renewal of sorts" and those within can't possibly do that, they will all have to go and give way to a new breed in the party, it can't with the present leadership, it needs total overhaul, all the diseased minds must be purged and new life instilled into the party for it to have the legitimacy to rule.
For many years we had voted the BN, we did so because we did not see an alternative or at least we thought so, in that process we built a monster of huge proportions today this monster - the BN is not the alternative it is the disease,it is the threat to our very survival, it has to go and as such the only viable alternative we have today is the Pakatan, they have proved themselves in all the states they have controlled against all the odds imposed by the Federal government.
We have to vote the opposition to save the country and give us an alternative, do not be led by shallow talk, spread the news around now.
Decide and take the only viable alternative around The Pakatan. Vote PKR.
BN is no longer the alternative it is a disease and a very dangerous one, get rid of this very serious disease from our beloved country less we become the next Burma or Phillipines or maybe even Somalia.
The UMNO invasion of Jonker Street Melaka.
Image via Wikipedia |
Image via Wikipedia |
Image via Wikipedia |
It is not the ordinary Bumiputra who is involved it is the umnoputras and their cronies, some cronies are bigger than you can think. All so called Malay rights are in the hands of greedy Umnoputras, the elite of Umno and their cronies, many of whom squander all that is given to them, the famous feedlot case currently being exposed.
With the establishment of a hotel acclaimed to be the most expensive in Melaka on the banks of the river, with rack rates quoted at RM750, the setting up of the "Hard Rock Cafe" in Melaka the invasion of Jonker street has begun.
This is not only confined to Jonker street but to any place where business is thriving, and the umnoputras have the clout to go in invade and take over, what happens after that is of no consequence, they come in fully sure they can succeed and they feel that the only way to go about it is to drive the present businesses away and take over the entire Jonker street area lock stock and barrel.
Jonker walk attracts thousands of tourists week in week out, Melaka hotels are fully booked and rates are far higher than those in Kuala Lumpur during the wekends, the Jonker street business community are made up mostly of extremely enterprising local Chinese some of whom are Bumiputra too by virtue of the fact that they are from the Baba/Nonya community.
There is one Indian Muslim shop or rather two owned by the same people who sell antique, they could be distantly related to Mahathir Mohammed, for like him they they are Malabarees too. This time around I was surprised when I visited the shop and saw a notice saying that visitors woudl have to pay about RM3/- per entry in what they seem to want run as a mini museum, the question that keeps lingering in my mind is, are these the signs of what is to come?
Hard Rock Cafe will be strategically located just on the left when you cross the bridge from the clock tower, so will the rest of the shops on the right of Jonker stret be turned into a privatised museum, in the UMNO take over plan?
HRC announcement says, "Hard Rock Cafe Melaka cafe will be located near the famous Jonker Walk, situated within the core zone of UNESCO world heritage site. Featuring diverse dining, nightlife and cultural offerings, the 9,000-square-foot iconic restaurant is poised to become the city’s newest landmark destination. The new Melaka cafe will be Hard Rock’s third cafe in Malaysia for veteran franchise partner HRC Holdings Pte Ltd. and local partner Tan Sri Syed Yusof Tun Syed Nasir."
The entire business of the area is being strategically vyed upon by umnoputras. If it was the ordinary Bumiputra buying over businesses in the area it would have been good, but here the Umnoputras are using the same tactics they use in other localities to drive the Jonker street builders, those who actually help create the tourist trade in Jonker street out of Jonker street.
You only have to park your car in joker street in a no park zone in Jonker street, and the efficient policemen or the City council enforcement officer will attach a ticket to your car almost instantly. Just go to there to Jonker street and ask anyone who operates a business there. One wonders why the police are so efficient in Melaka in Jonker street and so much less efficient in Jalan Tengku Kelana Klang, a main road leading to the main bridge in town. Efficiency of the traffic police and the Municipal enforcement officers are unbelievable, you have to be there to witness it first hand for yourself.
Why this selective efficiency, I wanted to purchase an antique gramaphone but the man in the shop warned me that if I came by and stopped my car along the street to carry it in he could not assure me that I'd not get a ticket, he told me they are merciless, they'll stick it up first no talk, but then again why only in Melaka?
That seems to be UMNO's invasion of Melaka, the people of Jalan Sultan (Chinatown area) in Kuala Lumpur are feeling the heat too, then there is the Ocean supermarket area in Klang which has today become a complete failure, no thanks to the BN Klang Kota Bridge project that took ages to complete it killed off the business in the area around Goh Hock Huat area, it closed the Ocean supermarket and the Umnoputeras are now st to move in.
I am sure we are all too familiar with the KFC takeover issue some years back when suddenly because they failed they labeled KFC as not halal. Now I find difficulty in obtaining my favourite Golden Churn Butter, it has been declared non halal too. One wonders if "Halal" is being used to drive business monopoly. How does butter that is derived purely from Cows milk be classified non halal, the cow has to be alive for it to be milked for goodness sake and Austrailia is not known for bacon and ham industry, its all cattle, its beef is halal, so too are its lamb and mutton but how on earth did butter become non halal? Were there some conflicts in business? Well I really do not know, but one needs to ask to be told in detail, so that items are not just blindly banned.
Now after the Portuguese in 1511, the Dutch in 1641, and its cessation to the English by way of the Anglo Dutch treaty in 1824 and not forgetting the Japanese occupation of Malaya, Melaka is again being invaded this time by the Umnoputra, more scruples than all the rest I guess, because this is Malaysian against Malaysian, where one treats the other as a foreigner.

WE CAN TALK TILL THE COWS COME HOME
We are all very tired.
It happens year after year.
RM 250 million is a lot of cow.
It is also a lot of bull.
We are not goats.
We do not eat from feedlots.
But we vote at the booth.

Dissolution of Parliament in March.
Expecting the worst Najib has set March for the dissolution
of Parliament, it will be after the passing the bill to remove the Internal
Security act.
The bill will have the full support of Parliament, this time
around the BN, and in particular Najib, Mahathir Mohammed, and some of their
cronies will want it more than anyone else, even more than those who are
currently being held by this draconian piece of legislation.
There will be a motion to repeal the ISA in March and
depending on the outcome of the elections the new government if it is led by
the BN will reinstate the ISA if they win with a clear majority, or the bill may be held in ambiance as it will
then be awaiting Royal consent and accordingly it will either receive or not
receive Royal consent.
This is the game being
played and a plan of this government, fearing that they might be ousted in the
next General Elections they are taking all measures to protect themselves. They
fear that the armed forces and the police may break ranks and follow the orders
of the government of the day, and so in order to ensure that they can use whatever means within their power they may try and retake Parliament by foul means, and if they fail take flight from the country, to do this safely they’ll have to
revoke the ISA lest they become victims
of their own folly.
An UMNO source says this was the brain child of the Attorney
General who himself is afraid of being held accountable should the Barisan lose
the next General Elections. It has received the tacit approval of Mahathir and
Najib and the possibility of the formation of another National Operations Council (NOC)
is very real, the irony is it is being put in place by Najib Tun Razak – like
father like son.
The NOC idea is to be the first option should they lose the General Elections.
The NOC idea is to be the first option should they lose the General Elections.
Huge sums of money are being transferred out of Malaysia on a
daily basis, it is worst than the Indian Black market, and the only person
capable of making such transactions is none other than an Indian who
masquerades as a Malay, he has a an entire brigade of money changers working for him, he does not need sophisticated banking systems to take that money out.
The situation is rife the man who said what is happening in
Syria, and Egypt cannot happen in
Malaysia is now rather quiet, he sees the possibility that it will happen here,
the people are fed up, and they want their dignity back.
The people of Malaysia want their country back and in that
process there will be assemblies, peaceful or otherwise, no Malaysian rally has
been violent, it only became violent
because the government made it violent by use of brutal police force, and the people who participated in those rallies were victims of violence. It has been proven in the Tung Shin Hospital incident. It
happened time and time again in Malaysia.
Malaysian football crowds were never violent, they shouted
they jeered, they cheered but they were never violent, violence is not our way
of life and many a foreigner will attest to that. But his government in pursuit
of its own agenda are and have proven to be capable of turning rallies violent
if it suits them, safety and human life seems to take a back seat when their own interests are involved.
Elections are due after the March sitting of Parliament, a
lot of issues need to be ironed out and as Mahathir put it, Najib has done
nothing since he came to office, he has been more preoccupied with his foreign
travel, his shopping trips for Rosmah, his promotion of Rosmah to first lady
and the immense importance he has given her in Malaysian politics that she is
sometimes made to look as the defacto minister of foreign affairs.
Whilst Rosmah basks in her popularity, and her ability to
appear daily in the press, more often than the Deputy PM and even the PM, in fact more
often than any minister and members of Parliament, the Malaysian community and
more particularly the Malays are angry at her arrogance, and her lavishness and
though many may not be familiar with the famed Maria Antoinette, they are with
Imelda Marcos and have drawn a parallel between the two.
In the meantime my good friend Muhydiin is just waiting for
the opportune moment to present itself,, he knows he stands on unstable ground at the moment,
not because Najib will get him - on that score he is rock solid, but the fear the
real fear that Barisan may lose. This has caused his most ardent followers to keep nagging him constantly to go into direct confrontation with Najib, expose him and thereby make himself a
hero amongst the Malays.
One UMNO insider says taking on Najib now, is the DPM’s best bet, the time is
opportune now, Najib is not popular amongst the Malays and a move this time is
a sure win, a win that will make him an UMNO hero and possibly lead to the
return of many Malays from PKR.
If however he fails and tht is a remote possibility he can
cross over and join the PKR, and that way it will mean “heads I win, tails you
lose” to Najib.
Muhydin is a slow mover and in politics the slow movers can’t
survive, he has to come out of his shell and go for that brutal blow to Najib
if he is to succeed in becoming Prime Minisiter. The PKR will be more than
willing to give him that position after a term or two of Anwar at the helm, but
as far as UMNO goes he can kiss his chances goodbye there is no way he will get
to sit on that chair as it goes right now that place is reserved for Mukhriz
Mahahtir, unless Muhydin takes the advice of his followers and goes for on Najib now.
This truly is a case of it's now or never.
This truly is a case of it's now or never.

Najib attempts to put UMNO in order before next GE.
It is sheer desperation as Najib attempts to put UMNO in order, his order that is, before he calls for the next General Elections.
Keep watch, be careful lest you get tempted by the forces of evil led by the UMNO Baru and their lackeys the MCA, the MIC, the almost defunct Gerakan, the PPP, the rest of this unholy alliance that has plundered this nation and cheated their peoples using every trick at their disposal, even to the extent of legalizing illegal immigrants giving them citizenship to deprive Malaysians, and more so Malaysian Bumiputras what were their dues.
For Joseph Pairin Kittingan to sit in the Barisan and demand explanations
is nothing less than hypocrisy of the highest order, for if you partake with
thieves, even though you are not party to this one theft you are a thief by any
reckoning, and as the saying goes, “tell me who your friends are and I’ll tell
you who you are.”
The next General Elections are nigh, they can’t call the
elections till they have either discredited Anwar Ibrahim or till they shut him
out, and this is not happening, because the bungling Attorney General, the
Government and even the judiciary who have time again fumbled in what is seen
by the world as a “great fix.”
Remember that Sodomy 1 came about after Anwar raised the
issues of “nepotism and cronyism,” he shook the very foundations of UMNO and
Mahathir could not believe what was going on.
The Mahathir family would
have had a lot to lose had Anwar
succeeded in eradicating that “nepotism and cronyism,” and he Mahahtir Mohammed would not stand idle and
allow that to happen, not at the cost of his family and the empire he was
building with them, that was the nepotism Anwar was speaking about.
Anwar had to be shut off, he had to be discredited to the
extent that he became totally unacceptable to the Malays and the best way was a
charge of Sodomy, Mahathir is a great disciple of Hitler, and this was taken
out of Hitler’s scheme. Portray Anwar as
a homosexual and a man without morals and he’d be totally unacceptable to the
Muslims and the Malays, all this time Anwar was seen as a champion of Islam and
the Malays, Mahathir had to hit him
where it mattered most, and what better than a sex scandal and more so Sodomy, he almost succeeded.
They thought it had been done, they were convinced it was
done, they felt Anwar was nothing more than a few lines in history at best, and
that belief was reinforced after Badawi’s clean sweep when he went to the electorate the first time – it looked
like Anwar was really in all senses of the word destroyed, he was history and Mahathir had successfully dumped
him.
Then came the last General Elections, the government lost
five states something the BN thought was impossible after May 13 1969, after
declaring Kuala Lumpur a Federal Territory and after depriving the Selangor
state assembly of five sure opposition seats the late Tun Razak was sure that
Selangor would never fall to the opposition again and so did his successors
right up to Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.
UMNO was shocked by the stunning blow that befell them, Mahathir
was trembling when Anwar claimed he had the support to form a Government, even
on elections day word was out Badawi and his son in law had lost in their
respective seats, but then it is easy with our EC, there are the military and
postal votes, and how that is allocated is only known to the EC and the PM
in particular.
We were at a wedding dinner in Melaka, I was asked by a
friend what I thought about the elections this time around. My reply was, “ I
have this strong feeling it will be like the 1969 results, we are going to
witness a repeat,” and lo and behold we did.
As early as 7.20 p.m. that night my friend from Penang Ajit
Singh Jessy called me he was so excited, he was almost shouting when he told
me, “in Penang it is a clean sweep, the Gerakan is dead, they have been wiped
out and the DAP has won a stunning victory, Koh Tsu Khoon has been has been
kicked out.” I immediately relayed that message rather reluctantly to my
friends around the dinner table, and all of us could not believe
it. There was no news about it at all, there seemed to be almost a total news
blackout.
At about 9.30 pm another friend whose son is married to a
Malay and whose parents are strong UMNO beneficiaries told us his son had
called him to inform him his mother in law was crying saying that five states
had fallen and that they were going to lose everything.
A little later a friend of mine Jaafar (not his real name)
from Kuala Lumpur calls, he had this to say, “ you can fool all the Malays
sometimes, but you can’t fool all the Malays all the time, and UMNO is being
told that today by us Malays.”
Jaafar still an UMNO member says today that, “what was
supposed to be Bumiputra rights and privileges were taken and given to a select
few in UMNO many of whom are not real bumiputras, and they were made super rich
at the expense of the rakyat.”
Well within UMNO now there is this realisation that the
Chinese are not the bogeymen they are made out to be so often by Mahathir, he
had been doing it since 1969, , but rather those in power in UMNO who have
deprived the Malays and the all Bumiputras what was supposed to be theirs.
Jaafar also says this, “this UMNO will continue to make the Malay ignorant, for
it is in their ignorance that this
plundering, corruption, nepotism, and cronyism can continue, the Malays are
waking up and when they have soaked in the truth these people will be dumped
into the dustbin of history.” Many Malays he says have begun and are learning
now to hate Mahathir, for what he really is, his dark side is being revealed. He
takes us for fools by using Ibrahim Ali to say all those stupid things and
expects us to react, we are matured, were not fools and we’ll not be fooled
anymore,” said Jaafar.
UMNO too realizes that the Chinese card can’t be played too
often, the Malays themselves are realizing this, so they have found another
bogeyman, the Christians.
Now this Government of Najib Tun Razak and his beloved Rosmah
are scheming the ways and means by which they shall rest power at the next GE.
Najib is losing patience with the Anwar trial, his assurance that he would
testify and then backing down at the last moment speaks volumes about his
credibility.
Surely in the interest of justice Anwar must be given every
avenue to clear his name, but in this particular case it seems so
different. The judge contraded his own
decision after he had judged at the trial within the trial that the DNA
evidence obtained from the plastic bottle by one Jude Blacious Pereira was not
admissible.
His decision to overrule his own judgment tends to lend
credence to the suspicion that the AG is pulling the strings in this case and
the judge is just doing his bidding. From the decision he has taken in this
court I am quite convinced that he is incapable of even writing a proper
judgment independently as has been the case in a recent controversy of
plagiarism within our courts involving our judges. What a shame.
Najib Tun Razak spoke of one Malaysia, all posters carry his
face with the number one beside it, to indicate more that he is trying very
hard to reinforce with the people that he is the No. 1 in the country.
His number two not to be outdone immediately contradicts what
he says ,and says, “I am Malay first and Malaysian second, “ he would have been
more correct if he had said ”I am Indonesian first and Malaysian second,” that
would have been difficult to challenge. That one episode indicates Najib’s
inability to control UMNO.
It is reported that Najib and his deputy are to be on
holiday, they are out there to iron out a few things, first is the succession
plan, Muhyudin wants the assurance from Najib that he will vacate the post
after serving a full term after the next General Elections, Najib is saying it
will be two elections and that is a long time, the Muhyuddin camp are unwilling
to accept it.
Najib’s people think he will manage to convince Muhyiddin of
the proposal and he Muhyiddin will accept it, at the same time the Mahathrian
camp sources say that is enough time for Najib to replace Muhyiddin with
Mukhriz.
This is the classic example of “no permanent enemies and
friends in politics”and it is not more glaring in UMNO than it is in any other
party.
Once the truce is put in place Najib will call for the next
general elections, among those to be dropped will be Chua Soi Lek seen as an embarrassment to the party, Najib
has already promised Koh Tsu Khoon a position outside the cabinet with the rank
of a cabinet minister. The wanita UMNO head is reported to be heading the way
of being dropped too, the UMNO youth Chief will not be fielded.
Who Najib will field from UMNO will decide the fate of the
elections, there are Mahathir favourites beginning with his son of course, then
the Muhyuddin camp have their people, Najib is at a loss as to who he should pick,
the UMNO people see him as a weak leader, his failure to settle the Altantuya
issue is seen as a burden to the party, Rosmah is seen as a huge liability, so
whoever he chooses will land up on Muhyuddin’s lap.
Najib’s talks with
Mahathir are not going too well, Mahathir is campaigning for a more powerful
position for his son, Mukhriz must be given home affairs and Trade and
Industry, that will pave the way for him for better opportunities. The only
persons he can rely on are Nazri, Hishamuddin and the man who told the whole
world he burnt all his bridges when he left UMNO for Semangat 46, all seen as not the most intelligent persons in
Malaysian politics.
Muhyiddin has proved himself in the many by elections he was
in charge of, he poses a real threat to Najib, but he is in no hurry to call for Najib to step down yet, the next
General Elections must be held first, the Deputy Prime Minsiters men will
ensure that Najib puts on a worse show than Badawi did, and in the aftermath of
the next GE, Mahathir will lead the voices of UMNO again with a deal struck
with Muhyuddin, Muhyuddin knows exactly how to play his cards with Mahathir, he
has worked with the man before, fallen out of his favour and returned.
Mahathir is playing both sides, he is king at playing the
flipside when the odds are stacked against him and that is what he is doing,
and Najib is stuck with Rosmah right at dead centre.
In politics the dead centre is the worst place to be in, for
history has taught us that, “Hells
hottest spots are reserved for those who in the face of crisis declare
neutrality.”
