BN AT LOGGERHEADS IN SEAT SCRAMBLE.

 By Toffee
Sunday 15th April 2018

NAJIB'S GOT ELECTION MIGRAINE,
WHILST  ZAHID'S CAMP MAKES IT EVEN MORE DIFFICULT FOR HIM

Barisan Nasional hopefuls are on a seat scramble all over the country and at the centre of all this hullabaloo are the Chinese based parties who are demanding "safe seats".
Two major players in seat squabble

"Safe seats" to them are those seats where there is  a considerable Chinese presence and and a greater  Malay presence. They feel that UMNO will deliver the Malay vote whilst they will be able to get at least about 15 to twenty percent of the Chinese vote and wrest the seat. This has always been the way the MCA obtained seats in the past.

This time around the Gerakan is also seeking such "safe seats" as the jewel in their crown Penang has condemned them into the dustbins of history  and both parties are now determined to get an equal amount of  these "safe seats" for their own survival.

Although openly both the Gerakan and the MCA have declared that they will work together,  this can't be, as in the BN Parliamentarians and State Assemblymen have a lot to gain not only politically as history has testified in this country, so the demand for the safer of the safe seats gets hotter every day.

On the other hand UMNO feels that it is time the Chinese based parties fight on the Chinese turf, and that is mainly in Penang and the big cities and leave these "safe seats" which are Malay majority to UMNO as UMNO's own safety in this elections is in serious doubt.

MIC seems to be the sitting duck in this seat allocation business.

MCA is vying the Teluk Kemang seat, MIC is adamant that, that has been traditionally their seat and they are not in favour of giving it up. The Barisan Nasional has held this seat from 1974 - 2008 and in 2013 the then incumbent Sothinathan Sinna Gounddar   lost the seat to PKR's Kamarul Bharin Abbas.

MCA now feels it has a better chance of winning that seat and are lobbying for it heavily on the basis that MIC had already lost it and this time around they'd win it. An MCA leader in that area has made it clear to the MIC hopeful,  that the Chinese in the area would not vote any MIC candidate, in fact said the MCA man, even he would not vote him if the MIC candidate stood in that constituency.

Rizalman Cheras UMNO Divison Head
Then there is the  Bandar Tun Razak seat.
This  seat can be the source of a lot of trouble for Najib as  the tussle is between the MCA, and UMNO.

UMNO's division chief in that area wants the seat, then now suddenly this famous Rizalman is at the centre of  a  struggle as it was supposed to be his seat, but UMNO insiders tell us that Sharizat has been eyeing this seat for some time now and has got a tacit approval from Najib to go for that seat, if she wants to after the alleged nightclub scandal involving Rizalman.

Our UMNO sources also tell us that Rizalman was in the know of this attempt by Sharizat to take this seat even before the scandal but was confidant he'd get it as he was given an assurance of the same by a high ranking UMNO cabinet minster, believed to be Zahid with who Rizalman is closely aligned to.
Sharizat Abdul Jalil

It is therefore no secret why Rizalman cried "foul" and was asked to tone down by the party over the nightclub incident, that seems to have already tarnished his name and there is a great likelihood that Sharizat may take that seat.

However Sharizat is not really in the clear as yet, as Najib is finding it extremely difficult to sideline Rizalman who has strong connections close to Najib, and he  may not want to undermine his deputy  who our sources tell us is adamant about Rizalman standing in Cheras .

To soften the blow Najib may strike a deal  and  eventually allow MCA to retain that seat,   that is why Wee Ka Siong was reported saying,  'as it stands, Bandar Tun Razak is still an MCA seat".
Yes of course as it stands, it is, but not if the UMNO division or Sharizat has her way.

Yet another BN source tells us that if that is done the BN is bound to lose the Bandar Tun Razak seat.

As, as it is, it is a tough seat for the BN. "This is an urban seat where the Malay electorate are more  Harapan inclined this time around and the sentiment in the whole area is pro Harapan moreover the majority of the Chinese will not support the MCA or BN for that matter" said this UMNO source from Kajang.

Sharizat was offered Wangsa Maju, but that is a seat even the strongest BN candidate will lose,  the Malays from the Wangsa Maju constituency comprise a huge Malay pro "reformasi" following, and with the coming of Mahathir into the equation the chances of Harapan retaining  this seat are extremely high and Sharizat knows that as well, moreover Sharizat herself is not without scandal and is easy meat for the taking.

Down in Segamat the MIC President is suddenly feeling very uncomfortable, the stage is being set for his loss.

In the last elections the MIC President who is the incumbent won by a mere 3.61 percent and there were 950 spoilt votes and 88 unreturned ballots with a total total voter turnout of 39,895 and where he won by a slim majority of 1,217 votes.

This time around the dynamics have changed, there is the exit of Muhyiddin from UMNO and he has a strong support base in Johor, Mahathir has a strong following in that state too and that coupled with the PKR supporters makes UMNO the weaker party.

During Mahathir's tenure Johor always returned a 100 per cent clean slate. Subramaniam is almost as good as gone, if he is fielded in Segamat and to make matters worse  he has already come out openly declaring  he is going to defend his Segamat seat, so he will find it very difficult to turn around now and say he wants something else.

Moreover Segamat was a strong support base of the former MIC Deputy President S. Subramaniam, whereas this Subramaniam is a strong supporter of Samy Velu and the chemistry with the Indian MIC supporters will not be the same  for this man as they do not really support or have any liking for Samy Velu, this may result in a  fractured relationship so the thirty odd percent of MICsupport that that he can expect from the Indian community will swindle further  and the opposition will surely benefit from the vote.

Will Najib's Malaysian Indian Blue Print help?
Can he ward off the challenge by Hanna Yeoh?

Ask any independent pressman to go and find out and any Indian will tell you this, " we have been showered with promises, promises and more promises over and over again, if all those promises were fulfilled all Indians would have been millionaires today," and as an Indian from an Indian NGO in Tanjung Malim put it to me, " ask them to make it happen first, then maybe we will vote them in the next time around. We have been lied to enough and more times, and we were fools to take them on their word, if we do it again we must be real damn fools, Najib should not be talking, he spoke at the last elections nothing was delivered. Remember his famous  Nambekei? Yes, that means TRUST,  nothing came out of it - Zero."

We gave him our trust he miss used  it and we trust him no more.

Looking at it from any angle Subramaniam is a goner if he stands in Segamat, I think the only safe seats for him are either Bagan Dato or Pekan.

UMNO Branch and Division heads are prodding Najib to send the MCA and Gerakan candidates to Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur, Puchong, Klang, and other major cities where there are Chinese majorities and leave the Malay seats for them, they have had enough, UMNO is demanding greater representation for themselves.

The Question is;
Will Liow dare take on Lim Guan Eng?  he should,  he claims to represent the Malaysian Chinese, he is the President of the Malaysian Chinese Association,
 or;
will he even dare take on Gobind Singh Deo in Puchong and prove himself the head of the Malaysian Chinese Association?

The truth be told the Chinese and the Indians now look at themselves as Malaysians first and on that score neither him nor his party has right of place in almost all Malaysia..

STOP IT!!! DON'T PAY FOR TRASH!!! WE DESERVE BETTER.

  By Toffee
DO YOU STILL NEED TO READ THESE???? IT'S NOTHING BUT TRASH.

Smack it to them where it counts Most!!!!!!!

MAKE THIS VIRAL, IT NEEDS TO WORK

LET'S ACT AGAINST FAKE NEWS - WE TOO CAN

Come tomorrow 14th April 2018, I am telling my newspaper man to stop my subscription of  my daily paper,  as I am sick and tired of the trash we receive in the local  press day in day out.

You get the sickening picture of whom I consider the worst Prime Minister ever of Malaysia taking a whole page and undeserved accolades make up the captions of that  page on a daily basis AND ARE YOU SERIOUSLY PAYING FOR THIS TRASH??? I suggest you think again and trash it an follow my example

The paper I have been buying  blatantly advertises the Barisan Nasional in full pages and it has refused that privilege to other parties.

In the past when other parties approached at least this one paper I know,  for which they were willing to pay, they were refused the privilege, a clear indication that it has lost its objectivity and is inclined to allow half truths flourish in its pages to undermine the other participants of the other parties vying to become government.

If you read the pother papers both English and the vernacular you'll find this one sided bandit in action and more vigorously so at these times leading to the elections,.

It is my opinion and that shared by hundreds of  thousands of others that these  papers are incapable of giving you a truly balanced view off the politics of the nation

It is common knowledge that our papers are actually owned by political parties or persons or corporations closely aligned to them and  who actually  form the government, The New Straits Times, The Star, The Utusan, The Tamil Nesan etc. In fact every daily publication both English and the vernacular that means the Chinese press too are all aligned with Barisan National a  condition that is rather obvious to be given KDN's approval for publication I presume.

Political papers like the rocket are restricted to only the members of the DAP, not by the party but by this Barisan Government.

Now do you think it is worth supporting this media???

I urge all right thinking Malaysians to demand more, much much more, equal and balanced  reporting and the stories in full.

We only received what the government wanted us to hear of the 1MDB in the 1MDB case from the local media, most all the truth came from the foreign media and even Sarawak Report, and we got confirmation of all this when foreign governments began taking action against 1MDB and bankers involved in the same, when Joe Lo was implicated, when the Swiss Attorney General reported that cooperation with the Malaysian authorities were not forthcoming and most damaging of all when the Department of Justice (DOJ) of the US implicated not only Najib but family members in the scandal.

In the recent saga of the MINDEF land scandal we get Hishamuddin calling Rafidah a liar, but not coming out to substantiate that. I think when he does that he is acknowledging that he is one, otherwise he has to prove it, bring out the proof as requested by Rafidah.

Rafidah has asked him to produce the minutes of the meeting where this land deal was passed, but to date he has refused and refuses to even address that question.

Tomorrow I suppose they'll make  the  minutes of that meeting an official secret, but honestly I think they can't because they are just a caretaker government, meaning that Najib is for the moment only a "glorified jaga" and in that capacity he can't, so a reply to Rafidah providing the minutes of that meeting will be in order.

Or;

does he intend to go to a Mosque to take an Oath to say Rafidah is lying? that may be in order too, after all that is what he did in the Altantuya case, only that this time the people will demand to see the minutes of that meeting - Official Secret or otherwise.

What is even more interesting is that Rafidah has told us that there were "two men and woman" in that Company that had secured this deal whilst Badawi was PM and Najib was minister of defence.

Rafidah states that she  had categorically asked how was it that such a strategic asset was being  given directly to an unknown Company that was selected with the knowledge of the PM and the defense Minister only, and why the Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentra (LTAT) was not chosen instead.

She went further to suggest that with such an arrangement LTAT could then form a Consortium with Established Local Companies for the purpose of development, to which she received a reply telling her That LTAT will be brought it later.

What I am sure will be in the mind of every Malaysian including the staunchest UMNO member who is not already in the know is, "Who is the one Woman" in this 3 man Company".

Well I am inclined to believe it is...........

I hope among the two men in this 3 man Company one is not a man who was also involved in a mega MINDEF purchase that turned into a mega scandal later on.

Rafidah has asked the PM directly to verify what she has said regarding this MINDEF land scandal.

Why is Najib quiet, it is he who should answer it and not third parties assigned by him, has he anything to hide?

Why is that all this and much much more,  are not in the daily newspapers we buy??

The answer is this government controlled media sucks up this regime.

The press is only a tool of the government and we are being fed with lies day in day out to deliberately  mislead the people, believe me if all of you stop buying the daily papers we stand an excellent chance of either getting them to make drastic changes and then we can go ahead and purchase the editions after the elections.

Well there is a lot more that the Press does not tell us. Let us put a stop to this one-sided fake news we receive from the press.

Call your newspaper man and tell him to stop your subscription today.

I urge all Malaysian to dump the daily newspapers, this wicked and nasty government controlled media,  at least for the period leading to the elections, once this is done it will hurt the press where it matters most. Advertising revenue will fall and without circulation it is the end.

Stop your papers at least till the May 10th.

OBITUARIES  can be posted on face book ask your friends to make it viral YOU'LL GET MORE COVERAGE, and they will, sports news can be obtained on line, stock market on line too, nothing to really hold us back.

BN INTELLIGENCE SOURCES PREDICT BN LOSS IN GE 2018

BN INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE PREDICTS HUGE PAKATAN WIN.
WITH GERAKAN AND MCA GONE, UMNO TO BE WIPED OUT THIS TIME.

Behind the facade of false confidence, or should I use the cliche and say "Fake" Confidence the BN is probably faced with the biggest delima of all time  in the coming elections.
An extremely worried leadership

At the 2008 General Elections  the Gerakan was wiped out, in 2013 it was the MCA and in 2018 the predictrion according to the BN's own intelligence   is Tsunami UMNO  the greatest political Tsunami to hit the county is coming.

This knowledge is confined to the top brass of the BN and that is why we get hammered with all sorts of nonsense in desperation, a speaker in Parliament who refuses the opposition to effectively question government decisions, the "Fake News Act" if that is what it is called, and of course the redelinenation excercise.
The BN leadership to keep away this very discouraging report has gone full swing into taking desperate measures including  removing banners of opposition parties in towns they control while retaining their own, making false and unsubstantiated accusations against political heads of the Pakatan in a desperate move to shove up support.

The Damning BN Intelligence Committee Report
According to our own UMNO sources, the BN's  intelligence committee headed by UMNO has supplied them with a damning report to say that with or without the delineation exercise the BN is doomed to lose the next General elections and this has been attributed to several factors.

 PAS a wrong move
The Malays especially the PAS faithful are deserting the party and heading for Amanah and PKR, some have even openly said that the DAP is more sincere than the PAS and PAS has suffered a huge
A terribly wrong move.
blow by supporting Najib and the BN so UMNO  can't count count on PAS doing any real damage to the PKR and DAP vote.

Amnah has garnered a huge support base in Selangor most of whom are former PAS supporters, they see Hadi's collusion with Najib as dangerous and do not want to associate with UMNO.

Whatever Hadi says they are now convinced that he is now supporting Najib for some strange reasons, and they say they know why?

PKR's Selangor Performance
The Pakatan government has performed very well in Selangor, better than any other BN state government. Moreover the fact that PKR and DAP members are willing to disagree with each other on state matters shows an open and really democratic state government, unlike the BN where the MIC, the MCA and Gerakan are nothing but mere window dressing who just blindly follow UMNO.

DAP'S WILLINGNESS TO SACRIFCE SEATS TO OTHER MEMEBRS
Malaysia's oldest and most consistent multiracial party that has been dogged by Mahathir himself in the past for being a Chinese Chauvinistic party has brought the nation one full circle. He, Mahathir  was surprised to find out that the DAP held its AGM in Bahasa and all business carried out in Bahasa, as he has been accustoms to Tamil and Chinese in the MIC and MCA and yet these two parties together with UMNO  refer to the  DAP as a racist party.

The DAP has proved to be multiracial and is begining to attract more Malays voters, well it is forgone conclusion that the numbers of Malays will within the next few decades outnumber that of the Chinese in the Party by the sheer fact that they make the majority of the population and the fact that they are being accepted by the Malays  as a fair and just party, by word and deed.

DAP candidates will this time around stand in Malay majority constituencies. in fact t the last elections they are the party that gave Rafizi the  Pandan seat, and DAP campaigned for him in the area too, it proved to be a very wise move.

Rafizi has proved his worth he will win the seat even without the DAP campaigning this time around as the electorate knows the worth of the man, he is certainly the material from which Malaysians can pick a future Prime Minister.

It is the DAP that ousted the Penang Government aided by Keadillan in the 2008 elections, they are expected to do the same this time round too.

 Shameful factors in UMNO
The Young voters in Selangor are an educated and informed bunch, they can't be taken for a ride, they are prepared to ride along in as far as they get some benefits but are sure where their vote must go and can clearly distinguish what is right and wrong. As one chap from Tanjung Karang said, " if we allow a corrupt government to take over we are killing ourselves, it is our future we are young and we need a bright future and UMNO can't give it to us, we know Mahathir and Anwar can.

There is the "Jamal Yunos Factor" that UMNO suffers from. They do not want to be associated with a character  like him. "Taking Axes, showing his power in the streets, warning people and going about like a Sam Seng is not the Malay idea of a real leader," we do not wish to be led by Sam Seng, we are really ashamed of him but you know we can't express that openly, we are afraid of him, you have seen how he behaves. We do not need such people and people who tolerate and encourage such people must also be discarded."

The Big Draw - Pakatan's Mahathir factor
Whilst BN suffers from the Jamal Yunos factor, Pakatan has gained a huge segment of the Malay electorate from the Mahathir factor. The huge swing of UMNO voters to the Pakatan Camp with Mahathir at the helm has put a huge dent on the UMNO vote.
At 93 he sent a fake running for cover. Tell it in my face he says.

In Johor the Muhyiddin factor has also rallied a significant portion of the UMNO voters, large enough to to really create massive damage to the BN in the state at the expense of UMNO, this is predicted to be the largest damage wrecked on UMNO and BN.

 Krishamuddin strengthens Mahathir
Hishamuddin's public disrespect for Mahathir seen by many UMNO members as his 'Guru' has gained the wrath of many of the Mahathir faithful in Johor especially form his own political constituency.
They now see Hisham differently, one of them even said, " we saw him on TV crying and begging Mahadhir, to stay when he announced his retirement, now we know this man is not sincere."

"Malays do not do such things, if he does not like Mahathir he must keep quiet - no need to support him, 'tapi diam', this was his 'guru', to politely keep quiet is 'being Malay' we do not rebuke our leaders even if we do not agree with them, especially if they are older than us."

The division of the Malay vote in Johor is huge, PKR has made inroads so too has PriBumi, and DAP and the moderate voices of Amanah.

In Kelantan and Trengganu the swing seems to be towards Amanah and its more moderate approach, they feel that is the way to go and they respect  Tok Guru and his approach, they are fed up of wayang actors who may be colluding with thieves and in the process benefiting from the same.

One  even asked if Hadi really fell ill in Turkey or if it staged for some other agenda. Did He?

Kelantan is most likely to be taken by Amanah, and Trengganu also stands a good chance of going the same way. Mahathir put a lot of money into Trengganu with the Petronas and Perwaja, that provided employment to a lot of people in the state and development, besides Trenggaanu has a strong PAS following who have now moved Amanah. The people of Trengganu have a lot of respect for Mahathir, but do not have anything to say about Najib.

Kedah is a lost case for the BN Che Det is just too popular in that state and so that is another card down, Perak will fall this time around as there is a lot of infighting in UMNO itself in the state, Gerakan and MCA have not resolved their issues there yet and are still squabbling for safe seats without realising they have actually got no safe seats at all.

Contrary to all the claims of the official government backed media, the Malays throughout the country have a huge affection for Mahathir and his leadership, and now with him teaming up with Anwar who also commands a huge following both supporters  realise that something is really terribly wrong with the country that these two men must come together.

We all know that Anwar has a huge following really huge, with Mahathir's and Muhyiddin's supporters who were never Anwar's supporters coming together one can imagine the Malay support that Pakatan would receive.

In the past if Anwar was not on the campaign trail the party did not do so well, now Anwar's supporters realise that now more than ever the majority of the Malays support is behind Pakatan and he is the heir apparent to Mahathir and this time for real.

It is the most dreaded situation for UMNO and this is the real weight behind the fact that the BN will lose the next elections.

The UMNO Malays realise that Mahahtir has always delivered in the past and is confident he will again, they also realise that with Anwar the two have the ability,  the wisdom, the courage and the expertise  to whip the economy in shape and so their trusted choice has to be Pakatan.

Many are still suspicious of Najib especially after he pulled off at the last minute from the scheduled debate with Mahathir, where the Police were called in and refused to even let Mahathir speak but instead removed him from the stage, they now more strongly than ever before believe Najib has things to hide.

The actions of the ROS to delay and unreasonably refuse the registration of Pakatan's logo is the clearest sign of government intervention in preventing the opposition from a fair fight and the Malays are aware of this. these are desperate moves by desperate people, as Najib is even afraid to face the UMNO members in a free and fair election.

The allegations that UMNO is in breach of its own constitution, has not held Presidential elections, and more and is allowed a free rein by the ROS shows that all is not well in UMNO itself and that there may be a case for the de-registration of this party.

The BN knows this Najib knows this and in his desperation Najib is biting has his nails, he does not know the best time for the elections yet.

All the false fronts he makes when he gives speeches where only his supporters are aware of the time and the place for fear of being booed out, is being done in desperation.

The desperation is not on the opposition it is on Najib the BN.
Each time an accusation is made out against Guan Eng the more people in Penang are determined to bury all the Chinese parties of the BN.

The Indian Story

Yes,  the Indians hold the key in some constituencies in the country, they are aware of all the mistreatment by UMNO and do not expect any goodies from Najib and his geng either, they will send MIC to the rubbish heap.

Mr. I. Thirunavukarsu asked me "who is this Vel Paari? Where did he come from? What has he done for the Indians? He now stands and talks as though he is a leader of Malaysian Indians. He is a nobody, we have far better qualified Indians who will not go near the MIC for fear of spoiling their names.
Other Indians I spoke to know him as Samy Velu's son and  only from a court case involving him and the death of a girl, that seems to be the prominence he has with most ordinary Indians.

"Najib can count on about on a good percentage of the Indian vote and that too only if there are goodies upfront, no "half now half later", the 'later' will not come, we a know him too well, we are no monkeys all upfront or no deal, that too before the elections."

"If he can't it is okay we'll take our votes elsewhere;" said one Indian voter in the Kapar Constituency.

In Sarawak and Sabah the mood is swinging, Sabahans have to make the choice or remain one of the poorest states in he Federation instead  of being treated as an equal partner with Malaya as envisaged during the formative years of Malaysia. there is discontent and according to our sources it could lead to a defeat like the one the Pairin victory against Harris Salleh with a bigger margin this time.

Sarawakians  too are fed up of empty promises their current Chief Minister is promising them heaven on earth bu after the elections they want everything now, enough is enough they say, heaven hasn't come to earth after waiting for more than fifty ears.

A clear indication that the  cards are really stacked heavily against the BN, the voters must turn out in full force to ensure the BN falls and bring to fulfillment the R.A.H.M.A.N prophesy.

BANKRUPT MALAYSIANS - IF NAJIB IS YOUR NEXT PRIME MINISTER.

Well most Malaysians can say "give up" and be resigned to a life of Bankruptcy if the Barisan gains control of Parliament in the next elections.

Yes this is a fact, and all those who believe Najib's rhetoric had better think again, his constant promises, his constant lies and his inability to control the nations finances should be the lesson to learn from.

His refusal to come out and clear his name for, the sacking of the Attorney General, the unresolved murder of Altantuya Sharibu, the 1MDB case and much more, has made it untenable  for him to carry on as PM. The office of the Prime Minster Of Malaysia has thus been compromised. Moreover and to make matters worse he does not even have the popular vote of the Malaysians meaning that in the last elections more voters did not want him and BN than want him and BN the majority of voters in Malaysia wanted the Opposition to rule.

Najib's government and very particularity him, are one of  the very few if not the only government and O1, to have been accused of Kleptocracy. Very honestly I am yet to hear of another therefore in my books he is the only one.

Malaysia' Household Debt.

Malaysia has one of the highest household debts in the world

Malay, Chinese and Indian contributing factors.
For those of you who have managed Malays, they will tell you that Malays are famous for taking loans., and Malays make up sixty percent of the population, the Indians follow suit through dire need they struggle to make ends meet. Icna't tell you much about the Oran Asal in Sabah and Sarawak, I am quite sure they are not the borrowing kind like their West Malaysian brothers.

From my own personal experience these groups  the will come in droves looking for a Company loan and threaten to leave if the Company does not give them a loan.

To "help employers"  (not really, employers saw it as a great escape route though) with the problem in those days, (I do not know if it still exists), Bank Rakyat would offer  Malays a loan at about 1 or 1.5 percent interest less than what they'd give a non- Malay

That really made life easy for employers, they did not have to offer any security for the loan nor worry about any security for loans  the employee took, all they had to do was to agree to do his monthly deductions as long as he was in the employ of the Company.

The employee taking the loan had to have a guarantor and it would normally work this way with them;  "I  guarantee you and you guarantee me" and the loan problem for the employee was solved.   As long as there was a loan to take they took it  and after repaying the loan they'd begin all over again.

In some Companies and this is not in the minority the loan shark does a roving business and he holds the bank card of the employee, taking his loan repayment installment first before drawing money for the card holder.

Then of course there are credit cards, and the Banks are all around the place offering credit cards and these people are all around the place signing  up for credit cards even today. You can take a loan with your credit card and that is precisely what they do till they over spend.Credit card debt in this country is one of the highest per capita in Asia.

Some young Chinese boys use this to take money for gambling and then they get into all sorts of troubles. They'd take another credit card and take a loan on that card to finance part gambling and part repayment for the other overdue credit card. I have personally come across many of these cases. When all fails some  resort to theft and other petty crimes and I feel if left unchecked the crimes could get bigger.

 Money everywhere to Borrow.

Credit cards, installment schemes for purchase of cars, household equipment suppliers like the radio TV shop, Camera shops etc   hs  made super easy for many and many take  loans, and many  do not repay. I know law firms that just send out notices to these people on behalf of banks.

What is even worse, is that there are motorcar credit Companies offering loans without down payment and if that was not bad enough they'd advertise blatantly saying " Customers in the Blacklist"  also welcome."

The Property Bubble on the verge of bursting

If anyone comes out saying, "Kepala Otak Kau"  I have the perfect reply for him.
Wouldd hve been sold out like hot cakes before. Now going for a minimum of 1.3 mil

There are housing loans, Educational loans, vehicle purchase loans and what not and today the household debt in the country is at above 70 percent and that is a very dangerous figure, the World Bank does not trust Malaysian government's figures and that is a serious problem, it means the nation has lost its credibility.

Forecasters say the property market bubble is about to burst,  housing schemes are struggling to get buyers, whilst people who bought on speculation are now finding it a problem selling and even renting their property.

With the expected increase in unemployment many buyers are expected to default on their housing loans, so what recourse have the banks?

If the bubble does burst housing developers will have to get real,  developers must lower the price of  houses and other property, they are just simply overpriced and developers are getting greedier by the day. Of course they can argue that it is all driven by supply and demand, they will not talk about the speculators. Well the time is here the speculatoris aboutto get roasted, and the developer is in for hard times.

When the bubble bursts  property prices will decline steeply, at rates never witnessed before and the Government must not and should not go in to bail them out, that will be our biggest mistake.

Reluctantly present house buyers will default on their loans as the amounts they are currently paying will be much higher than what developers will be offering for bigger and newer property and this will send the industry into a frenzy.

The burden must not be left to the bona fide buyer alone, the Banks that fed this greedy  enterprise have to bear the risk as well and so too the developers, there will be huge lessons to be learned once this happens and make no mistake it is already happening.

From what is being said now about the state of the property market the bursting of this bubble can be expected sooner rather than later, this will force banks to foreclose on property and declare  many a Malaysian Bankrupt. Not just one or two but many and you could be one, Yes a  Bankrupt., and the only persons who have the ability to stop that are found in Pakatan Harapan no Joke.

Najib has to take the blame for this, the drastic depreciation of the Malaysin Ringgit was caused in no small way  by Najib's mismanagement of the Malaysian economy but rather  in a big way, by the huge 1MDB scandal and now to add to that there are two more maybe even bigger scandals to follow, one the FELDA scandal and the other the Tabung Haji scandal, what surprise in the scandal storehouse  is awaiting to be revealed next is anybody's guess.

Najib is now trying to mine the EPF for funds, the body has been been able to manage its finances very well all this time, but with Najib it is a different story. He has placed his appointees in key positions in the EPF and is beginning to treat it as his own Bank.

Even your money in the EPF has depreciated  more than 30 per cent, the buying power of your ringgit is diminishing by the day, subsidies have been taken out, petrol prices are going up by the week although we are a net oil exporter of a higher and more expensive grade of oil, GST has helped the government collect more revenue from the people who are being hard pressed with the removal of subsides and the rise of prices for essential commodities,  whilst they tells us to be thrifty,  Mrs. Najib shops and shops for the most expensive products for her own personal use and as the !MDB audit reveals a good sue from the 1MDB funds too was used for this expensive and glamorous shopping sprees

To finance Aircraft for MAS will be suicidal, the airline has had trouble with aircraft from the very beginning, it had to be bailed out twice and now to use EPF to try and fortify that will be extremely dangerous especially knowing how Najib does business from the experiences of the 1MDB

If Najib comes back to power or for that matter anyone in the BN,  this beloved  country is doomed  to the  fate of becoming a  Bankrupt Nation and we shall become a Nation of Bankrupts through no fault of ours.

Want to know what it is like?

Well we are lucky,  we can  ask the Greeks, the Spanish, the Portuguese, the Irish and the Argentinians they'll tell us.

One of he most frightening things they'll tell us  is that our money in the  bank will only be part our money, and we can take only part of that out.

Now does that make you feel right? Certainly not.

For your sake and truly the sake of your children and their children's children;

UNDI LA PAKATAN HARAPAN.

PENANG - THE FLOOD STORY

After attending to the present crisis we have to find out what was the Met doing
MCA sec Gen makes stupid excuses and Met Malaysia is Silent.
MCA Youth Chief shoots himself in the foot and does not even know what he has done yet.

By Toffee

Only the scum in politics will use a natural disaster to try and gain political mileage out of it.

MCA's Sec Gen Ong Ka Chuan to try and save face has insulted himself, his party and his Youth Chief by comparing this 43 year old man with a juvenile delinquent.
full of excuses.

What happened in Penang can happen anywhere in Malaysia but Penang is more exposed as it lies in the northern part of  Peninsular Malaysia, and very rightfully  as the Deputy PM put it it is time to put Politics aside.

The unusually heavy rainfall was cased by a tropical disturbance and one has to understand these types of "Tropical Disturbances" before making sarcastic and insulting statements in an effort to gain political mileage.

MCA secretary-general Ong Ka Chuan is either a damn fool or he takes the Penang Chinese to be damn fools,.

When asked whether the party would take disciplinary action against the party's youth chief Chong Sin Woon over his remarks  to Lim Guan Eng saying, "the diety like Lim Guan Eng should not fight the Heavens amid the floods."  a remark clearly designed to insult the Chief Minister which was totally uncalled for and insulting not only to the CM but the people of Penang especilly he Chinese, Ong Ka Chuan replied saying , "after all he is  a young man who can be hotblooded." What a stupid excuse.

To equate Guan Eng with a Tokong is to insult the Chinese of Penang those who voted Guan Eng in, he is implying the Chinese treat Guan Eng as a Diety. The people of Penang do consider Guan Eng their Hero yes, the Hero who came to free them from the corrupt clutches of the BN.

MCA is dead and the dead can't be resurrected.

Young Man? and is hotblooded? Is that  the excuse for a Youth leader of a party that is supposed or rather claims to represent the Chinese?
Looks small for the Chair in all respects.

Perhaps Ong Ka Chuan is ignorant of the fact, that the President of France today Emmanuel Jean-Michel Frédéric Macron is 39 years old, and that is old enough to look after one of the most powerful countries in the whole world. If Ong's excuse is acceptable then the majority of France must be idiots.

Ong  says, "hopefully people can understand and not take it to heart he is only 43 years old," yes "only 43" years old and is the head of the MCA Youth movement.

Do not hide behind the tag "Youth" because the real definition of Youth places them in  a category of up to about 25 years old at the most. In fact the United Nations, for statistical purposes, defines those persons between the ages of 15 and 24 as youth..." and any dictionary will give you a similar meaning.

THE MCA QUALITY
A man at the age of 43 cannot be described as "a young and hot blooded man," it clearly shows the attitude of MCA leaders and how they think. If at 43 you are implying he is immatured one wonders what quality MCA has.

At his age many  a man even in Malaysia have attained the position of CEO and other "C-suite positions "  of fairly large companies, so how can he describe this man be described as as young? Ha he got a problem Chong or have you got one?

Stop these misleading statements , learn how to discipline your politicians, they should be responsible people and as they should be trained to serve and respect the rakyat, or is it different in the MCA?

Any politician or political party that uses or allows its members to use natural disasters for political mileage are not politicians but gutter snipes of the lowest order.

I take my hat off to Zahid the DPM (although he is not some one I admire politically),  for the stance he took in this case. I'd like to personally salute that stance he took and the call he made that it should not be political. Tabay for once, and I mean it Datuk.

At his political best

LET US UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED AND WHAT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED.

Understanding the Storm
What is a Tropical disturbance or depression? for more details please refer to TROPICAL CYCLONE, ROUGH SEAS ANDSEVERE WEATHER

Met Monitoring

I'll not try and explain this but let me remind readers that Malaysia has been hit by tropical storms of this nature including the great floods of 1969 that affected almost the whole country.
flood scene

Why was the early warning system not Triggered in time.

There is in Malaysia an early warning system for such occurrences and yet what happened in Penang was not reported well in advance for the right authorities to take appropriate action.
It states.
Tropical Depression(TD) Warnings and TD Advisories (for TDs which are significant enough) are disseminated to the disaster management agencies via short message system (SMS), facsimile and telephone calls.
The public can access the TD Advisories/Warnings through the Internet, social media(Facebook and Twitter), live media broadcast, TV, Radio and the print media.
The above does not come under the purview of the Penang State government but the Malaysian Meteorological Department(MetMalaysia) Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation. No report indicates that the Penang Government was made aware of these unusually heavy rains and potential life threatening floods.

Thsi early warnig system comes under the  Malaysian Meteorological Department(MetMalaysia) Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation and no one in Malaysia seemed to have the slightest inclination of this happening, but then again could this have been a freak occurrence?

If it was a freak occurrence there could still have been some warnings prior to the storm if monitoring was present, so to try and put the blame of a Natural disaster on the Penang Government could be akin to saying since MH370 flew over Penang,  Penang Government must be responsible.

Now Liow is up and about pretending that the MCA is going to wipe the DAP out in the next elections, these are separate issues. this si a natural disaster and beyond the control of the Penang Government it is what is often referred to as an Act of God.

The elections wil not be an act of God it will be an act of man.  Malaysians are more confident than ever, havign aken out the popular vote,a t the last elections from Najib,  that this time around with the increasing number of Malays in the opposition - thanks to Mahathir,  the BN days are  its very end, what more MCA will come out without a single seat in Parliament and Najib knows that too well too,  the research carried out by UMNO reveals, the party to be wiped out this time is MCA and so he has asked them for 15 seats to be appointed to the cabinet, hoping against hope that they can bring in at least 5.

He is equipping them with the threats they have to take to the Chinese, one of it being if the Chinese do not support him he will turn Malaysia into an Islamic state with PAS, but the stupid MCA does not realise that even in Saudi Arabia they are now trying to undo the strict adherence to the Sharia Law, and that PAS is a spent force which even Hadi has recently acknowledged, when he said PAS is not about winning seats.

To the young and innocent MCA members who are being taken up by lofty ideals please remember this, desert the fallen cause now, have some pride, save the people of Malaysia and do not threaten the Chinese to get what you want. Most importantly  do not be on the wrong side of the wall when this government falls because it is going to fall at the next General Elections.

Is the Penang Government to blame?

It is quite clearly no fault of the Penang Government, but the Penang Government is not blaming anyone else for it either and the reasons are quite obvious, that is not important for now.

There just isn't any time for that, the priority is the people of Penang who are affected, not blame games and The Penang Government is aware of it.

This natural Disaster could have been foreseen at least 8 hours before it occurred, the Meteorological Department which comes under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation did not give Malaysians and the people of Penang adequate warning to prepare for these storms, anyway, that should be dealt with later after the aid and other measures are taken to mitigate the current crisis,   in the meantime the Met has to do more serious monitoring, and keep people informed as the season of this depression is yet to be over.

Najib family friend arrested In Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia's newly formed anti-corruption committee have arrested at least 17 princes and top officials, and among them is the good friend and close business associate of Najib bin Razak Prince Turki Bin Abdullah with whom 1MDB headed by Najib set up the Petro Saudi 1MDB Joint Venture if you remember well.
All in the family including Jho Lo the Prince Turki with the white cap

Prince Turki Bin Abdullah is a Prince from the house of Saud, and it has been claimed that the monies that went into Najib's personal Bank Account were donations of the Saudi King.

Probably this is the right time for Malaysian officials to seek clarification from the Saudi Anti Corruption committee especially at  a time when Saudi Arabia seems to be going all out to wipe out corruption.

USA Today reports that , "The kingdom’s top council of clerics issued a statement saying "it is an Islamic duty to fight corruption" — essentially giving religious backing to the high-level arrests being reported. A top royal court official, Badr al-Asaker, on Sunday appeared to confirm the arrests on Twitter, describing a “historic and black night against the corrupt.”

If it is indeed an Islamic duty to fight corruption I think it is high time the Muslims in Malaysia showed the world that this is the case. They have to fight it here on the international stage and what better a platform than the 1MDB as it is rated the biggest Corruption case in the world. Are the Malaysian Muslims strong enough to join forces with the Saudi Arabian Anti Corruption Committee and expose this the world's largest corruption case.

The Saudi government said the anti-corruption committee has the right to issue arrest warrants, impose travel restrictions and freeze bank accounts.

It went further to say, "it  can also trace funds, prevent the transfer of funds or the liquidation of assets, and take other precautionary measures until cases are referred to the judiciary."

This is an excellent time for top Malaysian Opposition candidates. especially Dr. Mahathir, Zaid Ibrahim and Mohammad Sabu to approach the Saudi Government of the day to seek clarification on the "donation" Najib talked about, and verify the claim by  Ahmad Zahid Hamidi the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia that he met the donor who was supposed to be the Saudi King.

Najib in serious discussions with the Turki

Surprisingly Turki's name is missing from the BBC and CNN reports the Turki mentioned there is Turki bin Nasser another Turkey in this case.

Turki Bin Abdullah or rather Najib's Turkey was revealed in a list released by Forbes and other media including Badr Asaker, the bureau manager of the Crown Prince Mohamed bin Salman.

The surprise arrests, which also reportedly included two of the late King Abdullah’s sons, (one of whom is Turki Bin Abdullah) were hailed by pro-government media outlets in the Kingdom  as   sign  that the  Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman means business and is serious in keeping his promise to reform the country, that has long been plagued by allegations of corruption at the highest levels of government.

This is an opportunity for Malaysia to get to the bottom of the lies of the 1MDB saga, the Jho Lo connection, because this man has had a lot of dealings with Jho lo too and expose the kleptocracy in full so that those people who still refuse to believe in Najib's huge case of alleged kleptocracy may realise the truth and how urgently this nation needs to vote out the BN and Najib for good.
