UMNO mulls a Najib ouster

 by Toffee

If Najib is thinking of leaving the country I think he should do the rakyat a favor and stay he should not leave  not till the elections are over at least.

Is he looking sick?
Not that it would save the nation valuable money but more so that he may be unseated in an UMNO coup of sorts in his absence, some of his closest aides have joined the opposition  within UMNO to unseat him in a "coup de grace" of sorts save that there will be no real physical killing, but cutting him off completely from UMNO whist he is away.

These types of bloodless coup or any coup for that matter  have the tendency of  setting precedents  for others to follow, and that can be dangerous  and should not be allowed to  happen in Malaysia.

The recent rumour  of Najib's stroke was  was fed to the blogs by UMNO in a deliberate attempt  to give him a hint that his time is running out, some say such is Mahathir's fear of Anwar taking over Putrajaya that he is willing to risk all. Mahathir is certainly looking very dangerous to this society of ours, the dictatorial elements in his character is showing and that too very glaringly.

The news reached bloggers from within UMNO, it was not designed to  discredit the bloggers concerned  but  to give Najib a broad hint of where UMNO thinks he should be heading.

There needn't be a vote of no confidence in Parliament to oust Najib, all that has to happen is for him to be unseated as Presidnet of UMNO by the supreme council and once this is accomplished, all that needs to be done is for Muhyiddin to  approach the King  informing His Majesty  that he (Najib)  no longer enjoys  the support of the majority in Parliament.

With the likes of Mahathir  who it is believed is guiding  the entire exercise,  Chua Soi Lek and Palanivel will crumble and accept whatever is done by UMNO. The precedent has already been set in Perak and they are now planning to use it on Najib in absentia.

Some people have been talking about convening the supreme council and an  outright vote of no confidence by  the UMNO supreme council right in Najib's face, but others are against it, as experience has taught them that UMNO grassroots despise such  moves and UMNO will pay a heavy price if it tries that. UMNOputras are just  not the type to kick out a leader that way.

There seems to be disagreement in the approach, others talk about the sick excuse, this apparently  has to be the Mahatherian strategy, Mahathir has the experience of executing such an exercise, he knows how to clean up an existing PM's desk and tell him to go, and believe me it will be easier to do that to Najib there is so much to hold him with, all the chips are stacked in favour of the opposition within  UMNO.

The plot that is being  planned bears strange similarities to Shakespeare's Julius Caesar,  There is Brutus in this  is plot too, not that he would literally stab Najib but a stab onthe back it will be, the Brutus is not  Muhyiddin but someone closer to  Najib and there seems a to be a Mark Anthony too. Muhyiddin though is very much in the know of the plot and has  given his acceptance but tries to remain aloof, he is playing the game that he'd do what is good for UMNO.

In the UMNO hierarchy there are just too many of the big wigs with so much filth in the closet it does not take a genius to get rid of them. Think what an UMNO supreme councilor can do to Najib, if a nobody like Deepak Jaikshan   can wreck so much havoc on the credibility of the PM.
An abandoned Hotel in Port Dickson

There is of course a former state chief,  now seemingly aptly rewarded, who is part of this plot, he is not the main player but has been chosen to be an executioner  if the need be, he holds valuable proof to some  information that has come into  public domain  some time ago,  an allegation over which Najib as usual chose to remain silent, an incident it is said Mahathir saved Najib from, it is enough  to wreck havoc on Najib to the extent he may even lose his Pekan seat. God bless FELDA.

There are other classified information on the PM that has become available to certain  members of the security council and all this has got many worried about UMNO's chances in the next General Elections, some in the UMNO supreme council are also afraid that this information may now have been leaked to the opposition. This information has the results of a covet special branch investigation on the Altantuya case everything is known and it is a matter of time before what is in it will be made public by a mole.

These issues are of concern not only to UMNO but more so to the BN, although the other BN chiefs are not privy to all this, they are excluded so they can go about making all the noise they want to like Chua Soi Lek is at the present. Soi Lek to UMNO is  a chicken without a head, he can go out, run wild and make a lot of noise as though the 'world has come falling down." UMNO needs a headless chicken and for the time being Chua Soi Lek is the ideal choice.

Whilst some in the supreme council of UMNO are really concerned many are mere opportunists as they see it as the stepping stone to move higher in the pecking order.

There are deals made by Najib or influenced by Najib that runs into the billions that if unchecked will easly allow his rather no too tall  wife to dwarf the efforts of a rather  taller Imelda Marcos  all this and more, are too heavy a burden for UMNO to bear so Najib has to be removed, and that too soon - the sooner the better they feel.

Altantuya is the final  bait to get him, if he goes there will be no charge if he refuses that is the main charge and it is not only he who would be charged.

UMNO being UMNO they'd rather do it behind his back so that they do not have to confront him directly, they are hoping on his being outside the country they can convene the supreme council and certain government departments and settle the issue once and for all with Najib more graciously.

Khairy Jamaluddin will be given the rare honour of informing Najib during his absence and if he refuses he will be history, even if he accepts, he will they say become history.

Datin Paduka Seri Rosmah binti Mansor (FLOM)
The strategy is that   he will "fall sick" overseas, when he is "sick" and recuperating overseas, Malaysians will sympathize with him and should the opposition attack him the BN side would  use "the sympathy factor" to attack the opposition, it will try to show how wicked these people (the oppositon) are to an "ailing ex-PM" and it will not  under the circumstances, be difficult to photograph the FLOM weeping uncontrollably especially after her husband has been unseated.

Musa Hassan has been asked to remain quiet and not say anything in the meantime, all his wayang kulit has been directed by UMNO itself, and Najibs' not so intelligent cousin fell for it.

Certain opposition leaders are in the know of what is happening and prefer to actually sound Najib on this move, the Opposition feels with Najib at the helm the BN is easier meat, and if UMNO unseats him they feel there may be swing of sympathy  votes towards the BN.

It is reported that the whole machinery is in place to remove Najib the moment he steps out of the country, he will then be advised not to return till after the elections.Others say wether he goes or he does not go he is out.

Najib is expected to make a couple of trips prior to the General Elections overseas, well if he does then we know what to expect, and this may happen very soon.

If Najib is deposed this way it will be quite similar to the way Arab Kings get deposed by their sons or even their close relatives, it will mark a trend in Malaysia and the talk is that the plan has received the fullest blessings of the Senior UMNO member.

Najib Tun Razak, if you know what is good for you stay, do not leave the country not even for a short trip everything is planned, and the minute you board the plane the operations to rid this country of your not so impressionable Prime Ministership will be fulfilled by those who sit next to you.

Najib treats Indians as Beggars

Najib Tun Razak, you  should be ashamed of yourself and your government, to get a crowd of less than 1000 people you had to give away bags of rice for free, and although you did that you had such a poor turnout. You want to know the numbers, click on this link.

These are no lies we don't photograph the people milling around the leader alone, in your case those are the only people and your controlled media talks about thousands when in fact many a time there are not even a hundred and that includes your bodyguards, your ministry people and the accompanying minsters officers too.

The Peoples Uprising Rally in KL which I attended was full of ordinary Malaysians, many  of them UMNO members from Johor, whose photograph is posted in my blog, all traveled for a cause, they were given nothing,  on the contrary they donated their own hard earned cash for the cause and yet they were there, about 140,000 people and the majority were not "party members" as you put it but rather a huge number of still registered UMNO members fed up of you and UMNO that I can assure you.

To top it you have insulted the Indians in Klang, G.Kathirvelu an Indian I encountered in the Jalan Mohet, in the vicinity of where you were  told me,  "this is  an insult to the Indian community, he (Najib) came  to give us  a handout of rice, that is what we in the  community do to beggars, and if this was paid for by the shopkeepers and the MIC there is a lot to answer for, we are no beggars, Ponggol Rice and raw rice are two different things, the Indians gave him Ponggol Rice not raw rice."

Kathirvelu who is from Sungei Pelek, said this was a common way in which the Barisan treated Indians, his father who used to work in Tumbok estate,  was a member of the MIC and during those days they used promise to pay the Indian estate workers five ringgit each if the Alliance won, he continued, and  the poor workers would oblige,  a few elections later  he said,  "the voters were split on this amount and as a result Cikgu Jaabar the independent won the seat, later to unseat Cikgu Jaabar in Sungei Pelek they paid the Indians ten ringgit on the insistence of the MIC, UMNO won on Indian votes then and even now they do the same and our people (the Indians) continue behaving like beggars a culture brought about by the MIC,  an it is a shame how they treat us and we allow ourselves to be treated too."

He was so annoyed he said,  "these people ( the Indians)  who took the rice had no pride in themselves they they have the beggar mentality, they have not changed from my father's time," saying, " Najib came to insult the Indians, he felt that the Indian political parties where those responsible for such actions they promote this beggar culture, undermining the integrity of the Indians advising an "onion*" like Najib to,  treat us as beggars and telling UMNO  that is when we will respond, this has to stop."

His story had some similarities with the Thaipusam being declared a National  Holiday, but the dame then wa so great the Indians shunned the Barisan, the Thaipusam national holdiay was mooted by the MIC.

This happened in the vicinity of  the Sri Kota Hospital and was witnessed by many Indians, many of whom supported this man, one man who tried to pacify Kathirvelu was immediately told off and told that if he had a beggar mentality than so be it but not to sell the whole community that way.

He made a valid point, it is forgotten that the Indian labourers  built the roads and the railways of this country, they cleared the land and planted the rubber and Oil Palm it was they together with the Chinese in the mines, who worked in the estates and mines that  brought development  and their contribution has never been  acknowledged.

I distinctly remember that somewhere between the late seventies and the mid  eighties Guinness Malaysia which was at that time a Company on its own and not part of the MBL group had offered to make documentaries on the contribution of Indians to the  Malaysian economy but the then Minisiter of Home Affairs put a stop to it.

This is how the History of this country is written, it takes away the contribution of the people and paint a  picture that it was the UMNO that developed this country.

Take a look at how Paramesewara has had his identity totally changed.

Take a look at how Hang Tuah whom they recently discovered was Chinese has so suddenly become a legend.

Why did they forbid people into the newly discovered historical Buddhist finds in South Johor?

Take a look at  how UMNO has removed parts of  the ethnic Malaysian Malay culture which were rooted in Hindu traditions  and are now trying to replace it with Indonesian culture which is angering the Indonesians at the same time as they are not giving due acknowledgement to the same.

This was the Mahahterian agenda, a person who is ashamed to own  up to his own roots is ashamed of his heritage and to hide that he is now creating a new culture to be imposed on the Malaysians.

Had it not been for  the Tin, Rubber and Palm Oil industries we would  not have much of  an economy today to talk about.

It was these industries and their spin offs that brought wealth to a Malaya of yesterday, it was from this wealth that we built our schools, it was from this wealth that we educated our young, it was from this wealth that we had the infrastructure ready for our own Industrial Revolution in the mid sixties with the advent of companies like Matsushita in Sungei Rengam Estate  in Klang now known as Shah Alam,  later motor car assembly plants and their spin off industries would be established there,  and  this was later followed by the Semiconductor Industry in Bayan Lepas in Penang, the Sungei Way Free Trade Zone, the Ulu Kelang Free Trade Zone, the Batu Berandam Free Trade Zone and form then on to other Industrial estates of  Prai, Kuantan, Johore and the rest.

The acknowledgement to these people who gave their lives to set up the foundation of the economy is forgotten, not because of anything else but race, and that was the accomplishment of Mahathir Mohammed who single handedly destroyed the world Tin Market something for which Malaysian History must give him due credit. In doing so he destroyed the economy of the fast growing town of Ipoh and the state of Perak, which has still to recover.

It was no secret that he was terribly envious of the Chinese in Malaysia, he secretly admired their desire for achievement an their diligence and hard work, so instead of telling the Malays,"Look at the Chinese," he said it differently, he said, "Look East," and looked at Japan instead, this man Mahathir was the greatest of all Malaysian saboteurs, instead of giving due credit to his own people the Malaysian Chinese he decided to give it to the Japanese, that was the Malaysia he envisaged, one without the other races and that is glaringly evident in his behaviour even today, and that is why Nazri once referred to him as a bloody racist.

So did  he purposely destroy the Tin market in order to destroy the Chinese Tin Miners? Only he will know the truth.

A lot of the development of  this country may be credited to Mahathir, but what is there to actually show, history will unravel the true picture, for behind the facades of the huge buildings in Kuala Lumpur are the loss of valuable forests, trees like the famous Merbau are almost extinct they have all been exploited and sent to China and replaced with fast growing  imported trees of the Eucalyptus variant, the type that burns so easily the type that contributes to forests fires  in Australia and which have no value to our ecosystem, resulting in a chain reaction of reducing our insect and animal lives and flora and fiona so dependent on each other.

Behind the facade of so much development and "white elephants" are the huge financial scandals, cronyism, nepotism and corruption that drove  this one time world leading country in terms of worker productivity to non competitive status. And why? Just because of kickbacks and other forms of corruption that has bled the nation.

We are a leading nation in the outflow of corrupt monies, that is an  established fact. Anwar has asked the question some two years ago as to where this money went and who was sending this money out, and yet up this day the question has not been answered. Why? I do not think I need to elaborate and Najib who is also our finance minister, is noted for his silence when it comes to telling the truth.

Anwar is the biggest fear factor for UMNO and Mahathir. Anwar knows too much he is able to give us the bigger picture of what is really happening both locally and internationally, the people are listening and Mahathir and the Barisan government that thinks they have shut him up without giving him access to the mass media have been proven wrong his ability to reach the masses  may  even give Mahathir his worst heart attack of all time. (Julain Assange interviews Anwar Ibrahim)
 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ahKgDAogJdY

A plane trip over the peninsular will show how our  lands were raped for personal benefit.  Why, only in one of my recent articles I wrote about the incident in Parliament about the time before operations lallang where Kit Siang was repatedly questioning Najib about a Timber concession valed at that time at bout 30 million ringgit awarded to someone whose address was in a low cost house, Najib as usual even at that time refused to answer, this is a tactic that Najib has used for  long time, and as Kit Siang began to mount the pressure till
Najib arrived at the TPCA (Tamil Physical Cultural Association renamed Tun Razak stadium to erase the fact that the Tamil community put up the first stadium in Kuala Lumpur and renamed after his father)  stadium together with  his present deputy and the famous Mohd.Taib bin Mohammed and after a very provocative rally Mahathir called in operations lallang and the timber story got burned with the lallang.(Will the Chetti Padang be next? Will it be renamed Najib Padang?)

One sees the corruption, the nepotism and the cronysim which Anwar saw and was bent on putting stop to, which resulted in the incarceration of Anwar Ibrahim.

Going Back to cultural roots
Najib Tun Razak you can say all those nasty things  about the "Peoples Uprising Rally", you had  to go to places filled with people, give rice away for free to show you had a crowd for your gathering,  but if you could not  even muster a crowd of 1,000 people for your ponggol gatherings I think you must  keep quiet!! and stop telling Malaysians lies, like that  that all those people  there at the Uprising rally  were "Party members," come to think of it you may be right almost all of them there, that is the Malays will be found on your  UMNO membership rolls without their knowledge, that we know UMNO is famous for, and it is a fact that my friends from the Johor UMNO were there at least 400 of them,  I got them to wave the flag to show their presence, the proof is here for you.

The Peoples Uprising Rally - SUCCESS!!!!!

This is not an artist impression it is just another view
I remember the song,  "When I am 64" by the Beatles, well,  in a few days I will be 64, and at this age to have been there from 11.45 a.m till the finish is an achievement or sorts for me, it was a sacrifice I made for our  Children and their Children's Children and  indeed I was glad.

Now after all that and the joint pains, the sun burn, the back aches on this already darkened body of mine and  almost extreme fatigue, I am indeed glad and now I realise and know what sacrifice really means, it is an enjoyment of a suffering because you it is a suffering  for not just  a noble cause but something even higher, you want to do it,  and need to do it and undergo that suffering for your own peace of mind, and the betterment of others other than yourself.

I thank God for this opportunity for this sacrifice which I truly believe I dedicate to our Children and I know many of those who were there many even older than me will feel the same.

Still tired I have decided to write to let you all, to share  what happened and what I observed, it is on all the blogs, and yes Malaysiakini is free today read it and you'll find more. Read the other blogs too get a better understanding of the Significance of this day the march to the "New Merdeka Rakyat."

To sum it up the Rally was a success a tremendous success, and it is an indication that our journey to Putrajaya is succeeding we'll be there before this time next year and that is not too far away, only that as Najib trembles and Mahathir loses sleep over Anwar they seem to be delaying it as much as possible.

Najib returned from a rally at Tesco Symineyh yesterday where he was greeted I am told by a massive crowd of 300 guests I did not miss any zeros so I'll let you know again, yes,  three hundred people, right now as I write he is at the Chitty Padang in Klang, close to the Indian Pathar (jewelers) shops, (where Rosmah can "shop")  and there is no crowd, execpt that today is Sunday, and on Sunday's Jalan Tengku Kelana is crowded with Indian shoppers, this Sunday being close to Thaipusam there will be more.

All the Churches in the vicinty are having Sunday services and Sunday School, and it is jammed even without him having to be there. In all there are 7 Churches including the Gospel Hall most almost opposite the Padang, and the furthest about a five minute walk so don't get your numbers mixed up to add to it there is huge Hindu Temple on the fringes of the Padang. I ma from Klang so I can give you the details pretty accurately.

rally people's uprising bird's eye view
Birds eye view
The Peoples Uprising Rally at the Merdeka Stadium was successful. Yes indeed it was a successful Peoples rally, people came to the famous stadium which is hardly used today, and they came in the thousands my conservative estimate is 140 thousand that is the minimum and I can't be wrong. The picture below does not show the whole scene and it does not lie, I have confirmed there was no function at the Chinese Temple below, the Victoria Institution at the back or even that the BP house where boy scouts meet.

I promised I'd try and give you feeds as it happened, but for some apparent reason my I pad's cellular service was turned off.

My apologies for not giving you live feeds, it was a great rally a really great rally. And so even though I am really tired I decided I'd write.

A lesson form the rally

Hishamuddin to be taken to task.

In one of my previous articles I asked for sacking of Hishamuddin Tun Hussein Onn and I was not wrong, I have been proven right this man is really and truly as I always mention on this blog, "less intelligent."

Before I could put pen to paper  Gobind Singh Deo has don it , but that shall not stop me from writing this.

The less intelligent Minister of Home Affairs, the cousin of the Prime Minisiter Najib Bin Tun Razak, the Son of one of our previous Prime Minister's Tun hussein Onn, and the grandson of the man credited with the formation of UMNO Hishamuddin Hussein Onn will have  a lot to answer for  and learn from this rally. he has to be held accountable too, he is a Minister and the blame falls more than just squarely on him it falls totally on him

At Bersih 2  he refused us the use of Merdeka Stadium, he had the entire place closed up like a war zone, with fully armed FRU units, with barbed wire blocking all entrances to the stadium and so the people had to gather elsewhere, around in the streets only to be attacked by the Federal Reserve Unit (FRU) they even attacked people in the Tong Shin Hospital,  the entrance into KL Central from Brickfields was so heavily tear gassed  no one could get in and I'll bet all on his orders, that is now apparent he wanted or hoped to whip the rakyat into submission and how miserably he failed and yet he blamed it on the Rakyat, peaceful people who came to protest the excesses of the Government of which he is a serving minister and of course the electoral rolls, the electoral lists, phantom voters etc, more so Good Governance.

Hismuddin blamed the people for being the aggressors and how could they?

We had in the crowd not only elderly men but more so elderly women, young girls, ladies of all ages and their numbers matched the men if it didn't exceed them.

We are Malaysians, he probably is not,  we will not risk the safety of our girls, our sisters, our mothers and grandmothers to have the police spray us with chemically laced water, and charge us with toxic tear gass.

His denials that the police went into the hospital was disputed by the daughter of his real boss and Mahathir bin Mohammed and even Mahathir's claims of that rally fell to nought when his daughter marina came out and contradicted them.

Yesterday's rally was  how peaceful a a rally of Malaysians can really be, at the end of it the organizers thanked the Police, the people passing the police station sang and praised the police they waived at the police and the Police waved back so it could not have been the Police the buck stops at the top and so  Hishamuddin has to take the blame and be accountable to all those who were hurt and some even fatally during those two rallies.

If this government is really serious about the people,  Hishamuddin Hussein Onn should be sacked for such reckless behavior coming from the Minister of Home affairs of all people, and even before this rally he came out trying to get it stopped for ll sort of reasons that linger in that less intelligent head. If he  had his way it would  have been another mess.

As usual Barisan Nasional always get's it wrong

The others in government thought that by using what they deemed reverse psychology they'd thin out the response, well they were wrong very very wrong and it is good because they now know that people are serious.

Surprisingly today 'The Star' comes out with a headline article and true picture of the event, they hardly gave the event any publicity before the event, wonder why they came in after it had all happened.

The MIC on the other hand tried to show Najib they could help him outdo the Peoples Uprising Rally  so  they prepared the Ponggol rally at the Chetty stadium today, and the IPF had another similar rally at the Tesco in Syminyeh and  just like a dying man clinging on to a straw, the Prime Minsiter tried his luck with this what he calls the fixed deposit of the Barisan Nasional - the Indians, but yesterday they declared  at the stadium that they are now the fixed deficit of the BN and they proved it at his two rllies, the Indians are no fools.

Nobody want's a government that gives you RM500 as BRIM after 55 years and then uses AES to draw that money back hundred thousand times over.

The Rally demonstrated that we are really one people and one Nation

Yes indeed this was the peoples uprising rally, whist this rally was going on Najib was being entertained by about 300 people from the IPF but they were not all Indians a good number were onlookers who were shopping at the Tesco in Syminyeh what a pathetic respone for  the Prime minister and even as I write it they have jammed up the always jammed Jalan Tenku Kelana (especially on Sundays and more so close to Indian festivals) to demonstrate to the whole world how the crowds thronged the street to catch a glimpse of Najib or is it  Rosmah shopping at the Indian Pathars (jewelers) in Tengku Kelana.

When the PM's presence could not even muster one percent of the rally at the Merdeka Stadium it says a lot. When the PM has to pay to get a crowd it says a lot, it is no secret that charted buses on UMNO's or the governments expense are used to gather crowds and each attending member is paid a sum of money and even promised and extended trip like the one to Melaka where the bus met with an accident, it shows that the people even the UMNO supporters have no real love for this Government..

On the other hand, there were accusations that the Pakatan was paying people to attend this rally, and to this Mat Sabu replied, we are not paying you, but I want all of you to pay instead, after coming here from all corners of the country on your won expense, after sitting in the sun for all these hours, yes we want all of you to pay, as the rental of this stadium is exhorbitantly high, but we wanted the stadium anyway   because today is a historical day we shall have a the declaration of the Merdeka Rakyat today, just like that Historical day in 1957.

The crowd responded with cheers acknowledging their intention to pay and pay they did, money was collected in plastic bags and I am sure that collections was huge.

Earleir Hadi had informed the crowd that to rent the stadium in Kota Baruk Kelantan, controlled by PAS it would only cost  eight hundred ringgit, but the Merdeka Stadium (a stadium that is hardly used today because of Mahathir's dreams of destroying this icon of our independence and replace it with his Commonwealth Stadiums, and to push further out the contributions of Tengku Abdul Rahman and try and claim the title of "Bapak Malaysia" for himself) charged the organisers more than a hundred thousand ringgit.

The Crowd.
Each time there is a function of this kind there are disputes about the numbers, but let me take you through this.

This Stadium was built for an initial capacity of 25,00 people, it proved to be too small and that was increased to about thirty thousand and it was mainly used for football matches. Remember that it was the home groudn for all the matches played by Selangor in the Malaysia Cup, and it used to be sellout each time Selangor played its arch rival Singapore, it used to be jam packed and the press in those days used to put the figure at 40,000 so although it was supposedly built for 30,000 it can seat 40,000 people.*

Looking at yesterday"s crowd that was about forty thousand, on the stands, I was at what used to be called  the VI stands because of its proximity to the Victoria Institution, and saw the crowd from that point, I later walked to the middle of the field and took a look all around the field was full of people the field alone can take at least another forty  thousand people so give and take we'd have had at least 80,000 people ant the estimate of the police were correct, but what ever happened to the counter on the stills that used to used to give actual numbers?

Outside the Stadium stretching close to the Pudu Jail on one end and right down to the Old ACA (BPR) now known as the MACC headquarters there were people, that would have been  been close to between  60 - 80  thousand if not more so that gives us a conservative  total of 140,000 people, but what ever the number the sheer crowd spoke for itself, this was not a paid cows but a paying crowd and a responsive crowd too, we have seen paid cows elsewhere.

Lim Guan Eng, Hadi and Anwar Ibrahim addressed the crowds, and each time they shouted Merdeka the crowd responded Rakyat, on the completion of his speech Anwar did the Merdeka 7 times and the crowd responded 7 times.
These Hatters just  refused to reveal their age.

The Tok Guru led the closing prayers, people of other faiths were seen with heads bowed praying their own way signing the kind of unity this country needs.

The Peoples Merdeka declaration was read out and amongst them was to wipe out corruption, cronyism and nepotism in government.

Anwar issued a warning to the elections commission not to do anything to undermine the ballot box as he woudl be held fully accountable.

Guan Eng assured  the crowd that none of the Pakatan candidates had permanent resident status in Australia or other countries, he took at swipe at Chua Soi Lek not mentioning the minster but saying he was a Minister of Health and it was not Chua Jui Meng.

The mood was set for Putrajaya, the crowd was set for Putrajaya, and the response by people o fall raes was set for Putrajaya, it was a singular voice the people are fed up, jsut plain fed up and they want change, it is hear at their doorstep.

The majority were Malays, followed by the Chinese and a smattering of Indians and others a truly Malaysian crowd, represented by the various parties, NGOs, and other organisations, including the MTUC.

The MTUC representative declared that the organisation is apolitical and that the MTUC woud lsupport any candidate who was labour friendly. he noted that under the Barisan Government only eight percent of the workers  are unionised an this is very low when compared to with even the developed countries.

Th elaws of this country he noted does not favour the workmen, an dthat under th Barisan Governemnt worker representation has deteriorated over the years.

Abiga was given a rousing welcome in her speech she too said bersih was apolitical, and that what was required was clean and fair elections, to he shouts of ini kali la.

The Johor Group, UMNO members present faces blurred
It was said that at the last UMNO rally the members were crying at the end of the rally, they were not crying because they were happy, some people do that, they were crying it is said because that was the last UMNO general Assembly they will ever be attending to which the crowd gave thunderous applause even the RMAF helicopter used to monitor the situation in the stadium had its noise drowned.

*I do not claim to be an authority but just to share.  I have been for the football matches in the Merdeka stadium right from the days of Arthur Koh, Stanley Gabriel, Sexton Lourdes, Abdul Ghani Minhat one of the best forwards this country ever produced, during the days of Tengku, and later when during the time Harun Idiris was the manager of Selangor  and we had the likes of Mokhtar Dhari, Soh Chin Aun, Santokh Sing and the late Arumugham in goal, even later with the likes of Wong Hang Nam, Jeyabablan  and the rest and later after having moved to Shah Alam where the initial crowd used to be 80,000 this numbers fell miserably after allegations of match fixing.

The Merdeka Stadium was the venue of the Merdeka  Tournament held annually, it was recognised as the unofficial Asian Football Championships, we used to constantly challenge Korea for that title, Burma now Myanma used to perform well to having reach the finals in a couple of occasions, after the Tengku the Government this very Barisna Gvernment gave scant regard to the tournemanet and the standard of our game suffered, under Mahahtir even the football team had to comprise Malays, this was revealed to me by Raja Nasrom during the early days of NASMA.

The peoples uprising rally to be held tomorrow 12th January 2013 is and must be a historical event. Now with Deepak's addition to the fray promising to reveal more, it will certainly become historic.

Tomorrow's rally beginning with the gatherings at 12.00 noon at  the vantage points listed below this page, will kick off an uprising of the minds of Malaysians giving  this Barisan Nasional Government notice of their intention to kick out this government from power, it will be a message before we go to the polls a message from the people.

Hishamuddin has begun his usual trouble making statements, and notice his cousin is rather quiet, the PM seems absent from the nation these days, did he really suffer a heart attack which people said was a stroke through misinterpretation, or was that a precursor of his fate, will Muhyiddin and Mahahthir now use that as an excuse to get rid of this rather heavy and useless baggage UMNO now carries.  He seems to  have compromised the integrity of his office, the Office of the PM of Malaysia.

Police give Assurance of  full cooperation and assistance
In an effort to sabotage tomorrow's rally the mainstream media has been quiet about this as well, they have not told the public that the Police has given an assurance that they will be there only to guide all participants, and because of this attempt to sabotage this event it is only proper that more Malaysians head of Merdeka Stadium tomorrow.

Do not try driving your car there it will create a grid lock situation, walk peacefully  with the others from these points and you'll find it an enjoyable experience, I was there at Bersih 2 and Bersih 3  the atmosphere was fantastic it was really fantastic save for us being attacked without any reason, this time the Police have given us an assurance and a permit to hold the rally.

The only one trying to look mischievous is Hishamuddin, I am glad the Police have not taken notice and have decided to act they way they should this time.

Now  it promises to be better because the police are not confrontational, they have given us their blessings, so let's move out there and use this opportunity and show the world that Malaysians are indeed a peaceful people, united and all.

Why do you need to be there???

Why are we moving there?

We are moving there not to overthrow the government, that we do via the ballot box, we are marching out there to give notice to the Barisan Nasional  Government that the Ballot box is sacred, and it cannot be tampered with or even seem to be tampered with.

We are giving notice to the politically inclined head of the Elections Commission that he will be held accountable if the polls and the ballot box are tampered with in any way whatsoever.

We are giving notice that we are going exercise our right to vote as Citizens of this country, and that the elections commission and this Barisan government should not do anything like introduce illegal voters, allow one man more than one vote or anything else and which in the event they the BN lose, use that very illegalities of their own creation to take these matters  to court and have the court declare the elections void, the same way Mahathir did UMNO when he lost the UMNO elections and his presidency to Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah.
We are doing this to save this nation from a government that has already bankrupted it, and have been using money earned from the rakyat for their own purposes and to keep them in power. The countless financial scandals from the BBMB scandal to the PKFZ and more some being discovered and some still hidden. Why even now Malaysiakini reports that, "Two pension funds, the Employee's Provident Fund (EPF) and Retirement Fund Incorporated (KWAP), have collectively suffered an estimated paper loss of RM75 million as a result of buying Felda Global Ventures Holdings (FGV) shares, claims PKR."
We are doing this because we can't have a prime Minister who has been implicated in a murder, just to use his office to keep quiet and to continue to hold office, the integrity  Office of the Prime Minister of Malaysia certainly cant be compromised, he the Prime Minster must come out in the open and face a Royal commission at least to see if there is a case to be answered, as the Police and the MACC have been
reluctant to do so.

We are doing it for our children and our children's children we owe it to them, we owe it to the future of this country. Let not our children or their children's children say, "Our forefathers neglected their responsibility to the nation and to us."

Now do you really want our children and their children's children to say that?

So  get out there tomorrow and do your duty to your Children and their Children's children.

The Rally how to get there and when

The rallying points are listed below , people will gather at these points at 12. Noon  and move to the Stadium, if you are not able to be there at 12, move to the stadium anyway, be there at 2.00 the rally is from 2.00 P.M. to 5.00 P.M.
You can come alone, you can come with your friends, bring some bottled water alon you may need it, if there are drink stalls patronise them, if there are coffee shops patronise them, do your regular CNY shopping after the event or before the event.

Underminig Najib it's all UMNO driven.

All the recent efforts to undermine Najib has not been the work of the opposition but rather a frantic and hectic effort of those within UMNO who want him out, to them it will create an opportunity, the vacuum will be filled from within their camps as they find him too much of a burden for the party, he is riddled with holes from which worms just keep flowing out non stop, or so they say.

We have seen in the past how his deputy has actually very deliberately undermined him, the 1 Malaysia was a classic case where when Najib asked everyone to think Malaysian first, he came out first and declared,  "I am Malay first and Malaysian second."

Of course having his origins in the Indonesian Islands he, Muhyudin  has rightfully placed himself as "Malay" first, for fear of being identified with the Orang Asli who are the only people who can rightfully claim to be sons of the soil. Malays as many of us too, are the offspring's of immigrant parents, grand parents,  great grandparents, and great great grandparents and if you ask  the Babas the Chittis and the Portuguese Eurasians they will trace their ancestries even further.

That Melaka was founded by a Hindu Prince is a fact and not fiction, and that it was a Hindu Kingdom till the ruler was converted to Islam is again a historical fact and cannot be rewritten. Why, till even 1973 Mandi Safar was a public holiday in Melaka, was it derived from Islam or Hinduism?. Mandi Safar was a typical Hindu ritualistic practiced carried on  by Muslim Malays in this country who as all other Malays in this country trace their heritage to their Hindu forefathers, now for some untold of reasons UMNO has decided that the Malaysian Malay must cast aside his Hindu Heritage and forget it totally although these practices are cultural,  as Mandi Safar was, part of the Malay cultural practices till at least 1973 maybe even later and was removed as were many other parts of the original ethnic Malay culture in this country.

The natives of Sarawak and Sabah, the Orang Asli of West Malaysia are the only ones who can rightfully call themselves sons of the soil in that context, for after all we are all Children of Malaysians and we are all Malaysian.

I have strayed a bit, and now to focus on the battle within UMNO.

My recent articles on the movement within the movement in UMNO in my article "Najib a Nero of sorts," also shows this trend, the game is subtle and it keeps surfacing day in day out and as the pressure keeps mounting Najib keeps fighting frantically to save his political life.

The only refuge he seems to have is in Mahathir, and Mahathir loves that role for from there he dictates his son Mukhriz' position in the party and that is no  secret, but is Mahathir himself so powerful?

In fact a careful  look at what is happening currently also indicates that Mahahtir himself is playing that subtle game of undermining Najib, he has to do it to elevate his son, and he is doing it the way he knows best,  for if there is a deceitful Maverick in UMNO for this sort of games it has to be him, we have seen how he outmaneuvered both Musa Hitam and Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah in the past.

You do not have to  a PhD in Physics to find out on whose side of the fence the former information minister Zainuddin Maidin is on, one look at his face an you'll know he is so identifiable he just can't hide unless he wears a veil to cover his face.

Zainuddin Maidin  man has of late begun to provoke the opposition and in the process is undermining Najib.

During the recent of the meeting between Suharto and Najib this man began his rhetoric to undermine Najib and his efforts to mend fences with the Indonesian government with whom Malaysia is experiencing a rather rough ride although Suharto had declared that he would bring the matter up with Najib.

In the not too distant past the  Indonesians have accused us of stealing their culture, and quite rightly so, as we do not acknowledge it's origins the way we  we do Indian and Chinese aspects of our culture, their songs, their dressing and so much more of what is ethnically Indonesian without giving it  due acknowledgement.

The Indonesians have accused us of having ill treating their maids and workers sent here to the extent that their  government has chosen to stop their maids from coming here.

And now a  "Malay" UMNO  past information minister (Zainuddin) who has his origins in South Asia (India) has come out to stir the hornets nest in complete defiance to the PM and at the  time the Indonesian President was complaining about his rhetoric and how it was hurting relationships.

The group of young UMNO people I talked about in my article "Najib a Nero of sorts" could not be contacted for comment on this Zainuddin Maidin plot, but I am sure it is not allied to their group although I think strategically they'd welcome anything that undermines Najib and the only direction one can point a  finger to is not at Muhyudin but at the master's camp, Zaidnuddin by looks and ancestry alone looks so terribly aligned as is Sharizat and the rest, I can't think of anyone else who is actually pulling the strings.

He has  even purposely attacked Anwar over an issue of missing RMAF planes only to be slammed by Anwar that it was the Minsitry of defence that was responsible for that,  this was done to implicate Najib once again and make things only worse for Najib.

Or is it that this former Information Minister is trying to align himself with the young elite or they with him, as an Information Minister would have all the know;ledge on how to disseminate information effectively especially amongst the UMNO members as this ministry has often used its services to serve UMNO, the trouble is that I can't get in touch with the young Johor group, as I refer to them.

There is the Muhyudin camp, there is the young UMNO elite, there is his  own Godfather the Mahahtir camp filled with Sharizat and the likes of her, and one wonders whatever happened to the once powerful UMNO youth, whose current leader has been silenced by Mahathir and his son Mukhriz.

The Mukhriz equation alone shows to what great extent Mahahthir holds sway over Najib, never in the history of UMNO has a winning candidate in the UMNO youth contest been sidelined in favour of the loser? It has happened this time around and this shows without doubt that  the "Malay" Mahahtir bin Mohammed holds on to the reins of power in UMNO.

The former PM can only hold a PM to task if he has something with which he can do so, and the belief is that it is the Altantuya Shaaribu case, if Najib tries to go it alone all hell will break lose and Altntuya Sharibu's case will be resurrected with different people in the dock, and that is one thing Najib does not want at all cost, he can be made to look like a confounded idiot but he shoudl never be brought to task to answer the case of Altantuya Shaaribu, and that is something Mahathir so gleefully knows.

How convenient for  Mahathir how uncomfortable for Najib, and how opportunistic for Muhyudin, who is playing his cards rather quietly on different fronts and very very carefully as he has to reckon with Mahathir too.

Khairy Jamaluddin knows he can't fight Mahathir or Najib on this score, because of favours and because anyone who goes agaisnt this pair will be sidelined they have  been able to curb dissent.

There is  no one in UMNO who is brave enough to come forward and fight Khairy's cause, not even the UMNO youth as there will be too much personally to lose and that is something no UMNO memberwill want to sacrifice. it is Khairy and Khairy alone who has to fight his own battle not after he has been ditched, in fact he already has been ditched but is hoping for better times and is therefore keeping a low profile  like his father in law Tun Abdullah Badawi.

What Khairy Jamaluddin fails to realise is that he is the leader of UMNO youth, the faction that will rise to his support if he is jantan enough, and if he manages to raise the right issues, it has to be controversial as is most UMNO youth issues, it has to challenge the establishment, it has to be sufficiently provocative and it has to lend the youth with an air of  importance and all the youth in UMNO will rally to his side.

UMNO's inability to attract the young has been caused by Mahathirism, the young have deserted UMNO because in Mahathirism he Mahathir undermined the youth by placing the likes of Najib of all people as head of the youth, it was the re-engineering of UMNO that caused all this dissent and drove the youth out of the party. The question is, is Khairy Jamaluddin jantan enough to lead the UMNO youth yet once again?

Now in desperation Najib is plugging the holes, notice Rosmah does not hog the limelight as she usually does, but given half a chance she  will and she uses every available opportunity, for that is Rosmah. In desperation he does what others have not done and tried winning over the Christians, it now seems to be "confusing" the UMNOputras and that does not auger too well for Najib too.

So if one takes a closer look it is UMNO itself that so confused, it is UMNO itself that is so terribly wrought with scandals after scandal and a murder included, that is giving UMNO all its troubles.

Can the people really and sincerely decide to choose such a government given,  that the Prime Minister himself by choosing to remain  quiet after all the accusations made out agaisnt him regarding all   the  issues involving the murder of Altantuya Sharibu and as a result has had  his integrity compromised, and in so doing has compromised the integrity of the sacred office he now holds - the office of the Prime Minster of Malaysia.

To elect such a government will be suicidal for all Malaysians, it will mean sacrificing our national integrity and allowing blackmailers to hold the government of Malaysia to ransom, and is that already the case?

For all the allegations made out agaisnt Najib in the statutory declaration made by the private investigator Bala, and that evidence being  corroborated by a close associate of the wife of the PM - Deepak,  who has admitted to being party to get Bala to forcefully retract his declaration, by signing another SD prepared by a prominent lawyer who now seems to look notorious, and who has confirmed the involvement of the Prime Minsiter brother in that event, and with all this, the failure of the Police force and or the MACC to investigate this case, has shed a dark cloud over our beautiful nation.

The people have only one choice, in fact it can't even be called a choice but a duty, a duty to kick out this Barisan Nasional Government.

Najib a Nero of sorts?

 BY
Toffee Rozario

Is there to be a sort of Malay Renaissance

Some young UMNO members who seem to be really full of fire believe they can do it - renew UMNO from within what they call "cleansing," purging the party of the corrupt self-seekers.

After having spent some few hours in the corridors of the UMNO General Assembly, and after having been warned by one of my UMNO friends that I was spotted, I left the premises only to join a group of UMNO members,  a group I was taken to meet  by my friend  at a  restaurant  on the other side of the City.

After my meeting I felt I had to put all this in writing, because this group looks promising, it seems set and determined for change, change from within UMNO and to accomplish this  it is willing to sacrifice the power of the BN at the next General Elections, that is how serious this group is.

Ousting Nero
Is the present ring of fire being laid around Najib coincidental that it had to come out just before the UMNO General Assembly or was it  deliberately planned?

Is it something planned by UMNO itself to rid themselves of  a man they see as,  "a huge liability to the party, race and country," as one Johor UMNO member put it.

We must give Najib some credit for trying hard to salvage his name and reputation, but even his best efforts are not good enough and he has only himself to blame, he is complacent, lacks strategy and is too weak.

Today  a good many UMNO members believe he had something to do with the murder of Altantuya Shaaribu,  although they do not believe that he has done it himself or that he had given the orders to his two body guards to do it, but they have been silently pointing their fingers to someone so close to him saying,  "only that person would have had  the authority to direct the guards."

UMNO members are not really too worried about the murder of Altantuya though, "after all she was not a Malay and not a Muslim but only a Mongolian and that too a woman," said one source. The way UMNO men behave in Parliament and elsewhere I do not  think anyone of us could be taken by surprise by that statement,  after all  that is the pakar UMNO mentality.

Najib is seen as a weakling because of the Rosmah factor,  his inability to silence his contradicting deputy and the fact that he has hardly come out to defend his name each time a damaging accusation is made out agaisnt him, they feel that Rosmah  has too much control over him, in fact  the whispers in the corridors at the recent UMNO meeting by the anti Najib faction were all centred on Rosmah, his deputy and the fact that he hides under the office of the Prime Minster using his power not to answer but remain silent.

They were talking about Rosmah's  insatiable hunger to grab business opportunities, wealth and anything that would enrich her. The name of a certain prominent Malaysian Indian businessman (not Deepak) kept coming up  over and over again, a new Television Company to rival Astro was mentioned, so many things and all roads led back to the house of Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak.

UMNO Cleansing
Imagine the Johor UMNO members attacking Hishamuddin, saying he knows nothing and does not deserve a seat, leave alone the position of Home Minister. They were comparing him with more prominent Malays who'd do UMNO proud according to them, that seems to be a direct affront to Najib.

The dissatisfaction in UMNO is  coming from its bright and intelligent young  members in their thirties to early fifties, I encountered a successful Charted Accountant, two lawyers who are not in the business of law, economists, engineers both software and hardware types, managers from industry including some from Civil service, one from PNB, and they claim to have a direct group of more than  250 professionals in their group split into functions and looking after districts in various states,  but alas they  have to be quiet, these are accomplished young Malays, they are academically accomplished too, and one of them quipped, "you'll not see me sitting on the same table with him," the 'him' was Khairy Jamaluddin and the reference was made after he was asked why this group did not attempt to engage Khairy to support their cause to what they call,  "cleanse and purge" UMNO as he is an 'intellectual' too. One of the lawyers in the group looked at me and said,"intellectual" as though it was a question and smiled.

This Johor  UMNO group seems to hold swing among the members in certain key states,   many of them academically accomplished members from local and foreign universities , they have identified who must not be returned to Parliament, they are confident BN will win but with a huge reduction in the UMNO seats, they are prepared and even not too worried about the BN losing control and they seem to want it that way to pave the way for what  they call a "Cleansed UMNO."

One of them who identified himself as Daud said. "very honestly we do not mind losing this time around, we know we can win the next time but that is only after we purge this party, it requires to be cleansed totally even if that takes twenty years, we need to cleanse the party,  not "reform thee party" as they say, its all just pulling wool over our eyes, if it is not cleansed it is only a matter of time before we go this route again, and the grassroots must understand the consequences of what is really happening. They must see the potential outcomes after it is cleansed, and they will follow us, they have been lied to once too often by a party they trust, a party of self seekers."

"For us more than anyone else it is the country and the race that matters," when asked "what about the King?" one of them immediately replied,  "oh yes! the King, indeed the the King, but that is understood," he said.

So is it a coincidence that Deepak and  Musa Hassan has come out at this time?

Does Musa know what we do not, is the BN in for a big fall?

Is Najib the 'Nero' of UMNO?

Is it a coincidence that Johor PAS has lodged a Police report on the matter of Musa Hassan's allegations?

In fact even the PAS leadership was not aware of the Johor PAS move to lodge a police report?

The action according to some PAS members was done on the instigation of certain friendly UMNO members in Johor, all this is being done to embarrass and tire Najib, whilst   in the front there seems to be the most cordial of relationships between Muhyiddin and Najib, but are these Muhyidin's men in the first place? It's really hard to tell, to them Muhyiddin may be a 'stop gap' we have had a few in UMNO and he seems to be the next.

Najib almost caved in, had it not  been for the Deepak and Musa allegations he would have announced the General Elections, giving way to the demands of the 'Muhyiddin group,'  he came in hinting that it was going to happen till Deepak and Musa came and threw the spanner into the works.

Muhyiddin's men or at least they seem to be so "his men",  are fed up, they have given their boss an ultimatum take on Najib or face the wrath of the membership, and they have many friends in both PAS and Keadillan and make no mistake DAP sympathizers too and they will help the opposition no matter what the pledges  taken at the UMNO General Assembly they have nothing but contempt for the leadership.

Whilst Najib is beginning to win some confidence of the urban electorate, many and I mean many of the rural voters are beginning not to trust this son of Tun Abdul Razak anymore.

If the young group in UMNO goes about doing what they are now UMNO and BN for that matter are heading for a huge change.

Will Najib make it?

"Yes, of course he will win Pekan, unless they give him a really tough candidate, because he is known to self destruct when faced by challenges (a typical Nero), however  whatever is said he will win Pekan but he will lose the battle," that was the opinion of this young group.

The BN will win with an even more reduced majority, UMNO's performance will be pathetic, even Muhyiddin may lose his right to lead, and with that Najib has to make way, this is not something plucked from the air, whilst some say Mahathir may be called back the young silent elite are totally against it, this seems to be another group of ultras only that they are more refined and totally against Mahathir.

"We'll oppose Mahahtir with all our might, and he will not be able to take us on, we do not want a dynasty or dynasties in Malaysia, you can have that in India (the Nehru dynasty), in Pakistan, you can have that in the Philippines you can have it anywhere but not in Malaysia, this country belongs to the people and not political dynasties, we have a King to protect,  we must not allow political dynasties to crop up, there is no place for them in this Kingdom, they will undermine the authority of the Sultans and the King" said this chap with a white skull cap and a goatee, who refused to divulge his name, but only say that,  "history and Constitutional law are my major."

"UMNO has lost its identity,  Mahathir has stolen UMNO for himself and that is why UMNO Baru was created. Musa used to say "UMNO is Malay and Malay is UMNO" and yes that was the spirit of UMNO, it has been robbed, it has lost its Malay identity, take a look UMNO is no longer Malay, the Malays is subservient to this 'Melayu Baru,' we are second class.

"He (Mahathir) is trying to rewrite History with him being the centre of Malaysia, he has robbed us of our heritage - UMNO, say the word "Bapak Malaysia" to him and let him know you are referring to the Tengku and he'll go all mad. Look  we are good people he has taken advantage of us, and now we want to reclaim UMNO and our identitiy, the party that will really lead the Malaysian people, not this stupid, corrupt group of people who have actually robbed UMNO from us, and to make matters worse it is being done with the help of some Malays whose parents were great UMNO leaders."

"These people have dynastic dreams,  they have joined forces with the likes of Mahathir and robbed us, we need to stop it, we need to make the Malays aware, he drove a Malay out (Musa Hitam) and he took over UMNO and brought in his people, people we accepted in good faith, they have come in and taken all, just look around you and you'll see it,  and they even changed the identity of the Malay, they are the higher class Malays when in fact they are no Malays at all, they have mistaken our generosity, we are not fools, we will now have to show them, to come out in the open in UMNO  is to welcome a compromise, we are not for compromise,  so we have to do it discreetly for now."

When asked who will back you, the immediate response was,  "the  grassroots, remember we are working hard we are making sacrifices, some of us sleep in our cars when we go around, we went to the ground to buka puasa, the people did not have to clean their houses and serve their best to us, we took food along too, we have our people at Division and Branch levels, the new members are young, we are recruiting new members too, the young like us, we are seen as vibrant and more relevant with the times, we do not clamor for power, we are Islam, we are here to serve, we hunger to serve our race, our country and King" then looking across the table he signaled one spectacled gentleman, who rose up and said, "sharing is over we have to get to our tasks, please take note we are not in this for ourselves, but for the race the country and the King, and we ask for nothing in return, we do not want to be rich through politics we want the Malays to progress and become rich, we want Malaysians to become rich and ours is a sacrifice we call it "Korban" we ask only that you report fairly, so people will look at us an judge UMNO correctly sometime soon."

This group was introduced to me by my  friend from Melaka where UMNO is strong, the present UMNO I mean, (after the recent General Assembly)  and he said this to me, "Toffee, I promise you after we have purged UMNO, this country will be good and even the non Malays will vote for us, I promise you that, we are not here to take from them, we are here to share the nation with all the races, we believe they (other races) are part of us and without them it is a  no win win situation but rather a lose lose situation,  we want a strong and vibrant Malaysia, that is why we say  if Anwar wins this time around may Allah bless him, we think he deserves it more than anyone else, he'll do a much better job than the present group in our party, but given the time we hope to mend the rift and bring this great nation together all of us and  we can,  and for that Najib and all those cronies and this practice of nepotism must be wiped out and UMNO will no longer be corrupt,  we want this nation to be a shining example in line with Islamic values clean and efficient and friendly, in our culture we have always been a friendly and hospitable people, Mahathir changed a lot of that,  people in UMNO think every Chinese and Indian is an enemy, they have preached this - in this UMNO of Mahathir."

Change. It's all beginning in Johor and I am wondering  if history is rewriting itself?

P I Bala, Deepak, Musa who next?

Everyone who has given testimony against the powers that be has been branded a liar, Musa of all people has now come out and Syed Hamid the man who together with his successor Hishamuddin have successfully revealed the level of common sense that prevails in UMNO now comes out to say that this is all an opposition ploy.

Musa Hassan?

After what he did to Anwar Ibrahim surely at the request of his superiors including a former UMNO chieftain, surely it must be seen that he was a player in a whole scheme to rid the country of Anwar, the man who knew too much and who had publicly declared that there would  be no more nepotism, cronyism and corruption in UMNO.

In UMNO this could not happen, no one could get into UMNO and declare such "nonsense,"  so anwar had to go at all costs, and they madee sure he did, so now when the Truth is coming out there is fear in the corridors of power, UMNO power.

This man Musa Hassan is not going to come out in the open to say such things like the government intervened with his work unless it really happened and unless  he has some really compelling reasons to.

No Malaysian in his proper frame of mind would have accepted that PI Bala was forced to come out with the Statutory Declaration to implicate Najib, everyone believed him when he said that the carpet man was involved, that carpet man has now come out and is revealing the truth albeit in installments.

So why is the truth coming out  in installments?

Well we'll dwell on that later, and now all these men who were their trusted lieutenants are now looked upon as conniving opportunists working together with the opposition to oust Najib for no rhyme or reason does that make sense?

The  key to the truth lies some where in the home of our Prime Minister it does not take a genius to figure that out, a moron would be able to have figured that out, and we have many of that kind of people in UMNO, I might have mentioned a few names earlier in this article and it is the duty of one of those to direct a full investigation, unless it was his office that ordered Altantuya's entry records by the Malaysian immigration removed.

Surely if they could get a Deputy Prime Minsiter on trumped up charges they can easily get this cop, they could and would for their own convenience  they would even use the Anwar's  case to get him, they are capable of doing that but why aren't they?

Why is Syed Hamid claiming that this is all a political ploy by the opposition?

The only reason  is it has to be the  truth, what these people are saying must be the truth, Deepak was a close friend of Rosmah, why did he suddenly turn against her and Najib?

There must be some elements of truth in it, and f the government goes for them, the truth will come out, that is something they can't afford, after all they have Mahathir Mohammed as the Prime Minister, the man for whom the ends justify the means.

If what Deepak is now saying is not the truth, then Najib should use the full force of the law  to protect the sanctity of the office of the prime minster because the attacks are personally targeted on Najib bin Tun Razak, and it was whilst he was in office as the minister of defence.

It is not for the current minister of defence to come  out to clear the issue he knows nothing about this he was not even in government at that time, so why is Najib so quiet?

Should he not sue Deepak? Should he not go to clear his name? Had it been the Lees down south they'd have sued the pants off Deepak?

Najib has failed to do this when in his personal capacity when he was accused by Raja Petra Kamaruddin, now when he is openly accused by PI Bala, and Deepak he is still hiding, is he afraid to come out in open court?

Well if that is no the case, and especially with all the implications  derived from the interview with Deepak, will Rosmah at least subject herself to an interview with the press both international and local on these issues since there seems to be so much directed towards her too?

After all she is the "first lady" very eloquent, been overseas, held meetings with so many other first ladies, and even visited heads of states for which once Najib bragged that our students in Egypt got out safely because of her connections, she surely  must have the ability, the eloquence and  the presence of mind to handle these small time reporters on these issues. Can't She?

I am sure she is more than capable (she is the first Malaysian PM's wife to have declared herself "First Lady") and ever willing, surely this  "first lady" who delights at the slightest opportunity for some of the limelight will given the opportunity,  but Najib will not allow her to, he is so scared he will not allow her to.

When he was preparing to come to office I wrote an article on the need for him to first clear his name on the Altantuya case or,  the office of the Prime Minister would be compromised, that was something that any decent man would have done before assuming such high office but, Najib Tun Razak did not see that necessity, neither did his mentor the Doctor because that would  be so very convenient for him - the doctor>

A compromised PM would be easy for the picking, he can easily dictate terms like he so often does these days.

You can't hide too much under the carpet, it will swell with the heat and the carpets will even though well bound wall to wall burst at its seems and all the dirt will spill out for the world to see and that is what is happening now.

All the mantharam imported from Kerala will not work, mantharams are evil, it abhors the Truth, but the Truth cannot be suppressed for too long it will surface as is now happening.

I have my doubts about  the sincerity of these players, I am convinced  they are telling us the truth, but why  in installments?

I believe, they are doing this because they are short changed, and so are reveling the truth in installments  in the hope that the big pay day will come so that they can decide to keep quiet, but if that big pay day comes then they will look forward to another bigger pay day, after all it pays and it pays big.

I doubt Deepak's claims that he will tell all, he is waiting for the big payouts as soon as possible, he knows as much as Rosmah, Mahathir and Najib know that the end is near the BN government is going to be dumped, they all know that, they are trying their level best to intimidate the people, but this time it will not work.

Before this government falls all these players must collect their ill gotten gains promised to them by the big boys, they have to leave the country less they get caught for all the bad things they have done in concert with the BN and so they are letting out this truth in installments.

Remember that for the government to fall the majority of the Malays must vote the opposition and that is the definitive score today, all their polls have indicated that,  so there is this feeling of deep despair amongst the top brass in UMNO, they can't give in to every PI, Carpet man or Cop or there won't be enough pay the UMNO division chiefs if they win the elections, and if they do not deliver there then all hell will break loose in UMNO itself.

Remember that  the majority of the Police Force and the Military are made up of Malays, many of whose brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers and children will be with the opposition, vote the opposition  so if this government were to fall they had best do the right thing and hand over power without any abuse, not the type that was applied when Selangor  and Perak fell, and time was given to the outgoing government to take away with them so many "secrets" from office.

They never expected that Tsunami, at the next General Elections  it is going to be a major earthquake.

The warning had been sounded by the Sabah delegates, in the most cordial of terms, they want to know what happened to the 44 million ringgit that went to UMNO they do not seem to have a clue about it, what they were actually saying to the whole General Assembly is, "WE DO NOT BELIEVE YOU" and that statement will be reflected in the Sabah election results in time to come.

So what is it here, Malaysiakini reports, "Musa had recently accused Hishammuddin, who is also home minister, of interfering with the police force, while Deepak claimed he had given  "heavy contributions" to party president Najib Abdul Razak. "

Syed Hamid was reported to have said, "I think whatever sabotage, (attempts) to bring us down, disparage our name, insulting, and all sorts of things...they are not going to work,"

Then Malaysiakini adds the punchline, " His sentiments, to a certain extent, echoed that of Umno vice-president Hishammuddin Hussein, who said the allegations were meant to divert the party gathering."

Now isn't that  a typical case of the saying "fools seldom differ?"

I thought that Hishamuddin was banned from talking to the press, but like Rosmah he loves some of the limelight too, after all he is the son of one of our Prime Ministers, and the founder of UMNO, but has the distinction of bringing shame to the Onn clan, Turkish at times and Malay at other times, this man is a Turkey.

We all know that both our previous and present Ministers of Home Affairs are not the most intelligent beings in the country, but then,  to go around like cowboys arrest anyone at their own whims and fancies, and
then make stupid statements, who better for Najib to use  than two idiots?

It is typical UMNO strategy, which Mahathir used so often and that explains the succession he has passed on.

It is written the signs are there, there are too many, that the next elections is going to render a huge blow to the present day BN government, a blow that will take them at least 20 years to recover from and if they do not already realise it, they better do now.

My advice to the corrupt is to leave the country before the elections, is to testify to the Truth, in order not  to get caught,  and prosecuted and sent to jail, all your ill gotten gains will be taken back by the people for the people it is after all the money of the people, if you are under suspicion you will not be allowed to go overseas even if you are sick, very sick,  we have the Doctors to treat you here, you will be treated the same way you treated those whom you fixed no different.
