Najib is a Big problem, Mahathir is even bigger so what do we do?

After a long absence I think it is time to put pen to paper again, this Government has done absolutely nothing to improve the situation in the country, the infighting in UMNO, which can be attributed to Najib's own doings has left him really hiding from the rakyat and the Country is in turmoil.
It is because of this that toffeesturn is opening its pages again so that we may in our own simple and no nonsense way sensitize the Malaysian public to what is happening.
Thi blog feels the urgency of  restructuring government.

Najib is the Problem!!

That seems to be consensus - a national consensus, considering that the BN only received 47percent of the popular vote and that now even UMNO has split the ranks in as far as Najib goes with the youth really not in support of him forget the current sat about language used, the youth feels he must go.

Our sources in Johor UMNO say they were approached because it is common knowledge that it is in Johor that a groupd of professionals in UMNO youth have even before the last elections been routing for Najib's exit. One of thier members in the elite group of professionals asked me,  "how woudl you describe Johor's dismal showing at the last elections? A state that used to deliver 100 percent constantly suddenly went bad, why?"

On his way out or up he has to decide
The he went on to say, "that is why the UMNO youth felt comfortable testing the waters with us firt Johor and our numbers are substantial, they the rest of the youth better learn to play their card's right or after Najib's ouster many heads will roll."

Not a day goes by without a salvo being fired in Najib's direction by the opposition and the former Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohammed. Mukhriz has support from the ground and from the youth too, and Khairy knows that. After all Khairy won in a three way fight involving Toyo, and come the next elections Khairy is not going to have it that easy.
Who is not worried?

The country is so preoccupied by the 1MDB fiasco, lavish spending by the PM's wife,  the foreign press reporting  the extravagance of the PM's wife and a suspicion of  the PM's  involvement in the affairs of the 1MDB scandal that there seems to be no time to govern.

People are taking the law into their own hands a culture allowed to develop by the BN and especially UMNO since Najib came to power. The recent Kampung Medan affair is a clear example although UMNO is now trying to distance itself from the issue, it is no secret that one of the people who took a leading role in that protest was Petaling Jaya Selatan Umno Wanita chief Munaliza Hamzah who had failed to rest the state assembly seat in that area int he last elections. It clearly looked like an attempt to win popularity in that area at the expense of turning it into a religious issue attempting to win support.

The situation is worse by the fact that even our Police force are directionless and clueless of what is right and wrong, more concerned with arresting citizens for speaking up rather than protecting citizens and their rights. Competence in the the ranks especially by the directorate comes into question, after some rather odd, misplaced and totally out of sync statements by the  IGP himself, and his stand on the issue of the recent Church Cross incident in Taman Medan Petaling Jaya bears witness to this.

Now this has really fortified the  case of the public who suspect that the Police Chief is actually a  pro UMNO secutity watchman and not independent head of the National Police force as he is supposed to be,  and that he goes about arresting and humiliating  people  especially those who question the unusual happenings of this government that has hardly even begun to govern since it was last elected by a minority vote.

The arrest of Rafizi and the Zunar are classic cases, cuff them put them in purple overalls and haul them in, what was their crime, did they go out with a group of gangsters and threaten anybody with violence? One is a Politician and the other a Cartoonist, but when allegations were made against the brother of the IGP who was pictured with a violent crowd,  his brother was not picked up in such humiliating fashion, and that too in a case that did not lack criminal intentions. Why? Why this double standard?

Will he even go after Petaling Jaya Selatan Umno Wanita chief Munaliza Hamza? She certainly had motive for that assembly. Why the double standards?

Leaving the IGP aside let us focus on Najib again,  our sources say that he has this genuine desire to let go,call it quits, there is jusst too much to answer for,  but is being restrained by a 'greater force,' and that is all this reliable UMNO source would say. he said he'll give us a hint and asked to find out, for what and when was Najib once bundled into a four wheel drive and driven away. from his home under secrecy to attend a personal function in another state, he says the answer lies there.

Who is this force will Mahathir be strong enough to intimidate this force to get Najib to concede and give up his position as PM?

Is Mahathir the solution?

Certainly not. Mahathir will only compound one problem with another, and that may be even worse, but we need him now to attend to the urgent issue at hand to oust Najib or face the prospect of this country going bankrupt by the lavish spending ways of Najib Tun Razak the finance minister who is really not up to the job of either Finance Minister leave alone Prime Minster.

Mahathir has let everyone knwo his motives behind getting at Najib, by his own admission he has said that, "if Najib is not removed the BN will be defeated in the next General Elections, and once
No let up
that happens he is worried the opposition that will form the government will then dig and dig into the affairs of the people in the BN and many of them can suffer as a result."

Dig into what, we know and Mahathir knows that as well that Anwar knows almost every secret of Mahathir's and that can be the only reason why Anwar has been incarcerated. Is that hard to believe?

If that is then read this taken from Wikipedia;
In 1988, Lord President Tun Salleh Abas was brought before a tribunal convened by the Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohammad on the grounds of misconduct. The Supreme Court in the years leading up to 1988 had been fiercely independent and increasingly active, and was at the time due to hear an appeal to determine the future of the ruling party UMNO, which had been declared an illegal society by the High Court of Malaya on the grounds of procedural irregularity. As a result of criticisms of the judiciary made by the Prime Minister, a letter of protest was written by Tun Salleh to the Yang di-Pertuan Agong on behalf of the judiciary. This letter was later used as grounds for the convening of the tribunal.

When the Supreme Court granted an injunction prohibiting the tribunal as constituted from hearing the misconduct allegations, five Supreme Court Justices were suspended (and two were subsequently removed), and the injunction overturned. The tribunal later removed Tun Salleh from the office of Lord President, in which office he was succeeded by the then-Chief Justice of Malaya, Tun Hamid Omar, who had been the chairman of the tribunal.
The 1988 constitutional crisis was widely considered to be the greatest blow to judicial independence in Malaysian history, and at the time led to the Bar Council of Malaysia refusing to recognise the new Lord President. Around the same time, the Federal Constitution was amended to disvest the courts of the "judicial power of the Federation", granting them instead such judicial powers as Parliament might grant them.

Defying the most basic law, the Law of Natural Justice the then Chief Justice of Malaya, Tun Hamid Omar was the chairman of the tribunal that removed Tun Salleh Abas from his position as Lord President and the very same man Hamid Omar replaced Tun Salleh Abas.

Tun Hamid the then Chief Justice of Malaya should have known that he had no business siting in that panel because of more than one reason, he was a subordinate of Salleh Abas the man standing accused, he had the most to gain by the removal of Salleh Abas and yet this Chief Justice found it proper to head the Tribunal, it was the biggest crime of the Mahatherian era.

In 1994, in a move regarded as a further downgrading of the judiciary, the office of Lord President was renamed  "Chief Justice of the Federal Court."

Political victim
The eroding of the independence of the Judiciary was because of this one move by  Mahathir Mohammed, and this is exactly what allowed Mahathir and his successors to successfully prosecute and get Anwar jailed not once but twice on trumped up charges.

Anwar the heir apparent to Mahathir or at least what the people and maybe even he Anwar thought was not heir apparent at all. Mahathir  had no plans of grooming this young man whom everybody looked on as a radical. Mahathir just wanted to contain Anwar and he did a good job of it, something that even today people have not come to grips with, including all the political observers and mavericks.

A radical with a charisma of winning the hearts of  the people, Anwar was gaining popularity from his position at the NGO ABIM and with that the Malay vote could swing if Anwar who was then a great friend of Hadi Awang in PAS aligned himself with PAS.

Mahathir realizing this, brought Anwar to the UMNO fold and Anwar's popularity immediately showed. Many of his  supporters in ABIM joined UMNO and very soon Anwar would become the leader of the UMNO youth with Najib as his deputy. Anwar managed to strengthen UMNO not for himself as he may have thought but for Mahathir and that is exactly what Mahathir wanted from Anwar and verything went it's way.
Musa Hitam who was then the Deputy President was reported to have been against the move to bring Anwar int the UMNO fold.

What Mahathir did not realise was that Anwar was his own person and Mahathir would eventually actually lose control of this so called protege of his.

Anwar had always championed the poor and his ideas of UMNO were not to create a super rich segment of Malays but to uplift the poor using the NEP Anwar was an idealist and Mahathir a selfish businessman. Rememebr Mahathri came to power setting a goal for himself to creat 1,000 Malay Millionaires.

After securing the position of Deputy President of UMNO replacing Ghafar Baba in 1993 against Mahathir's wishes as this man had brought in Anwar only to contain him Anwar  continued to serve Mahathir as his deputy, until the financial crisis of 1997, when Mahathirs financial policies created the 1997 crisis fro which he blamed Soros, Anwar  he openly spoke out about corruption, nepotism and cronyism. This was a direct shot at  Mahathir and his policies as the country was really in bad financial shape, an Mahathir realizing this would expose him something he does to this day decided to get rid of Anwar.

Today many of Najib's  supporters point the finger ant Mahathir, they seay he too was corrupt, notice they do nto say Najib is innocent but they say Mahathir too was corrupt, but then is that an excuse for Najib to be corrupt if he is?

Mahathir's fear is that the BN will lose the next GE and all will be exposed and many may even go to jail.

If Najib is successfully removed which is a real possibility then we must ensure that Mahathir has no more big say in the affairs of Putrajaya.

Mahathir is bent on burying the opposition, UMNO sources have told me it was he who asked Najib to fix Anwar in Sodomy II and that is why after the whole episode he is seen in a photograph with Saiful, he had personally called Saiful to thank him for what he referred to as service to the nation.'

Supporting Mahathir and maintaining the balance.

Should Mahathir be successful in ousting Najib he will then turn his focus to the opposition and Muhyiddin will have to do everything he orders like a puppet on a string for which Muhyiddin will get some goodies from the Mahathir basket, after all  he Mahathir has often said he was a benevolent dictator and I suppose it is in this context.

UMNO will continue with its dirty politics, Mega projects given to his cronies and other UMNO people who will influence his son Mukhriz' rise to power will begin their campaign in earnest and the nation will be heading to square one again

After removing Najib, his successor has enough time to implement  Mahahtir's plan to undermine the opposition via the ballot box and everything else, including redelineation of electoral constituencies to give UMNO the advantage.

Having said all this the dreadful consequences of what Mahathir can do we come back to the issue at hand and ask the question again.

Shoudl Najib stay?
And the answer is a definitive NO!!! he must GO.

The solution

How do we stop a Mahathir from running riot after he disposes of Najib?
We must first realise that we need him to oust Najib, and we have to give him that privelage, after  all Najib is his making,  he cloned Najib out of a bunch of ill equipped followers, who were the scum bags of Malaysian politics.

Ask Kit Siang and he'll tell you jut prior to operations lallang Kit Siang was questioning Najib on the allocation of a Timber concession to a person or company that had either his/or the Company's registered address in a low cost home, the pressure was on Najib then and as now he was not replying the next we know was that he went with Muhyiddin and Mohammed Taib to the Tun Razak stadium and threatened a racial riot after which Mahathir closed in and arrested many opposition parliamentarians including Kit Siang and Karpal under the ops lallang.
If you rememebrr PD Mahathir saved him more than just once.

So we need Mahathri now to undo those favours and get him out, that  he must do.

Power is with the people

The real power lies with us the rakyat, we are the powers behind that office in Putra Jaya and we must use that power effectively.

And how do we use it?

Come 1st of May there is to be a rally in KL to protest the GST,  let us muster 2 million people on the streets if we can do that then everybody in this government will know their time of reckoning has come and they will have to govern rather then oppress their people.

I would especially like to address thsi to those of you who are workers, those of you who have your monies in the EPF. Najib has his eyes on that money and make no bones about it, forget what the star says about withdrawal at age 55 it is only for the short term.

It has already been announced that he intends to start a Islamic pension fund, the biggest in the world with the EPF funds, which means that you will not be able to withdraw your funds at 55, but rather the money will be given to you as a monthly pension.

This was attempted before and we saw how low the payouts were that it had to be scrapped, looks like Najib is desperate to lay his hands on EPF. Could it be to balance the books on the 1MDB.

Moreover the purchase of the 1MDB as Tony Pua has put it is going to cost every Malaysian as with the purchase of the various Independent Power Producers the electricity tariff is expected to go up and   all Malaysian will be affected as a result.

With 2 million people on the streets we will show Putrajaya where the real power rests, with us, wit us the people and then anyone who takes power after that will have to be wary of the people, only make sure that you may be called on again and again and if you respond each time b the end of this year we will get clean and efficient governance that is a surety.

We'll send a message to all quarters including the Elections commission that they just can't trample on peoples rights and get away with it.

One and a two million people on the streets will make a difference, a huge difference in a peaceful assembly the way that that only we Malaysians know ow to conduct.

UMNO's top Espionage Agent - Hadi Awang fights back.

Did the UMNO sanction the Hudud move in Kelantan?

When asked this question by the press Kelantan Umno head Mustapa Mohamed began speaking "UMNO" ( the language of deciet) that is,  to steer  off the issue give answers that do not make any sense but refuse to deny or admit that UMNO had in fact sanctioned PAS Hudud move as claimed by the PAS membership.

Since Anwar's attempt to move into the Kajang seat PAS had been behaving very differently towards the Pakatan rakyat coalition they are part of, the party showed that it was more inclined to agree with UMNO then with Keadillan and Pakatan as a whole.

Even after a decison was made to have Wan Azizah become Menteri Besar this man in particlar Hadi Awang  and his  associate Harun Din were adamant about not letting it happeneven though PAS members in the Selangor State assembly supported the move.

Hadi was uncomfortable with Anwar becoming MB for one reaosn that would have brought him closer to Putrajaya, because he, Hadi has always been vying he position of PM or oppostion head at least and wanted Anwar out of his way.

It is believed that the Kelantan Hudud deal was hatched with Najib if Hadi supported him in making sure that Wan Azizah did not become Menteri Besar of Selangor.  A woman MB or for that matter a PM is not in UMNO's DNA that is why they removed Rafidah so ungracefully , the best Minsiter in the psot Mahathir Cabinet. There was also talk about coopoeration between the two parties headign towards the next General elections.

These claims that the  Hudud was given the backing of Najib is now becoming clearer by the day in fact there are others who had actually said it was initiated by Najib and this is not strange to believe, rememebr UMNO Selangor wanting to table a similar motion in the Selangor State assembly? Whilst Najib is "quiet" both he and Hadi  have hatched the paln.

the plan was toe use Hudud to split Keadillan and that is exactly what Hadi is now set out to do withthe blessings of Najib.

The UMNO paln is working to perfection, and Hadi is the ,  "Chief  of UMNO's espionage division," whilst PAS is being turned into UMNO's Islamic wing.

Hadi's job now is to use religion and confuse the memebrs of Keadillan Rakyat to support his cause and in the process if he can muster enoiugh support UMNo will prvide the rest to ensure the Kelantan Hudud introduction becomes  a reality.

Now Hadi has targeted PKR's Muslims memebrs of Parliament, in his latest call to them to listen to him and not be parrots, Hadi has trained his guns to the more gullible Pakatan MPs' and membership at large to confuse them into believing htat this is indeed a call of God and a sacred duty.

We all  know how easy it is to confuse Muslims it has happened in PAS and in UMNO and now Hadi is continuing the mission and taking it into Keadillan. If Anwar were around Hadi would have  walked out with his tail between his legs, but now that Anwar isout of the way - jailed, one begins to ask;  was Hadi in that game plan too? That is jailing Anwar so he could execute this UMNO plan.
A careful look at the events may reveal that he well could have been.

Many Malay Muslims just like Muslims elsewhere can be confused,if the seeds of that confusion come from sources they perceive to be authoritative  and that is no secret, even over an issue like  Allah they could  confuse the whole nation or at least a substantial part, when the entire remaining  Islamic world views what they have done as stupid and ridiculous it has happened in Malaysia, that is how gullible  a good number of Muslims are? Maybe they do not fall into the majority, but the ones that subscribe to these sometimes ridiculous teachings are so voiceferous that the other Muslims just  choose to remain silent for fear of reprisals.

Najib has  remained silent and does  not even talk about the issue, heprefers to work with Hadi from behind the scenes, all this Hudud bit  is being done to undermine the charge agaisnt him by Mahathir Mohammed, and because of the religious factos behind the whole issue both Mahahtir and Najib have decided to keep quiet waiting for the other to make the move,  although Najib is fanning the flames from behind to see if Mahathir makes the  wrong move so he can wipe him out without even having to lift a finger.

This espionage excercise is multi pronged, it has firstly to break up Pakatan Rakyat once, that is done Najib will find it easy to deal with Mahathir he will not be a pain anymore, Mahathir will become history so will the 1MDB and all other scandals, Altantuya will be laid to rest because it is not too big a crime to kill a non Muslim.

Getting Keadillan to split with DAP is the primary objective and in this respect many a Keadillan man becomes suspect, once that is done the war between Keadillan and PAS will begin and that will create fighting between alliance partneres and the Malay vote will be split and PKR will never be what it is today.

Now the reaons to get Anwar jailed becomes more visible, for Hadi to play his game he needed Anwar
out and Najib did him the favour, now he Hadi assumes he   is seen as the biggest power in Pakatan, but DAP has him plugged if he gets Keadillan's MP's on his side he'll move to kick DAP out.

So what's up with this move.

It gives the PAS  semblance of crediobility with its membership and supporters, it will show that PAS has lioved to its promsie of an Islamic state this is beiung done because, in governance and performance  they have not come anywhere near the  Pakatan in Selangor and Penang both non PAS states extremely well goveremed, so with this  they hope to raise their image as an effective party, but what PAS does not  realise is a substantial part of the Malay vote they received were actually Keadillan's and not theirs.PAS never came near to its present performances prior to joining Keadillan.

Well of course to UMNO if hey damage Pakatan they ahve no one to answer to for all their sins, corruption, nepositsm, the 1MDB and all other events, it gives UMNO a free ride.

If Keadillandn the DAP move and decide to sack PAS their alliance will become stronger. PAS will be forced to field candidates in UMNO areas where even UMNO will be in and in so doing will split the Malay vote into three only to see a Keadillan victory or UMNO will be forced to accept PAS into Barisan, a move that may not be acceptable to its other members, but  do the other members really have a choice if UMNO decides.

Keadillan and the DAPmsut act now or at least till after the Parliamentary vote on Hudud, and prepare sufficient candidates for the next General elections, as PAS may pullout at the eleventh hour, no pointhaving PAS ge trid of them and beign the new push, with such a corrupt  governemtn it is easy to take over Putrajaya.

Hadi Awang is most certainly an UMNO mole  stationed  in Pakatan with special instructions to  carryout "Operation Hudud" and split the party.

The heat is on - on Najib

 BEWARE THE TRAITOR,  "JUDAS"  NAJIB!!!

Malaysia’s only Prime Minister without a mandate Najib Tun Razak is starring at the exit door as it beckons.

UMNO’s big men have turned on the screws, and all indications are he will fall as there is a Judas Iscariot  in his camp.

Was he cornered?
It has become common knowledge that one of the members of Najib’s own cabinet had raised the issue of 1MDB at the recent cabinet  meeting in the absence of Najib who as usual is elsewhere and not here to look after the urgent affairs of the economy of the country. The news of this was leaked to the public and one wonders if it was done deliberately as some are speculating.

That Muhyiddin himself who chaired the cabinet meeting allowed the discussion of the topic now most taboo with Najib and his inner circle, that it they made sure the topic was not even raised at teh UMNO General Assembly.

One UMNO member revealed that this was done by one of Najib's trusted aides a minister and a close confidante, he raised the topic ofr discussion and Muhyiddin had no choice but to let it be discussed although he knows that Najib himself would not have allowed it.
All the President's men?

Muhyiddin had no alternative but to let it through as the person in concern is said to have proven strong grassroots support in UMNO and can even take on Muhyiddin if there is an open contest.

My UMNO friends from Johor have told me that Muhyiddin himself is on a very weak wicket being looked upon as a collaborator in the 1MDB issue which has been described as the biggest scandal of the Najib era while Anwar Ibrahim has described its consequences as the coming of  the biggest financial crisis to hit Malaysia ever.

Tony Pua the DAP MP described this as the mother of the mother of the mother of all scandals and for an UMNO Division Vice Chairman to have used this information from Tony Pua of the DAP to lodge a complaint against Najib is totally unprecedented. It looks like there are people within UMNO who'll trust DAP more than what Najib says.

So where is Najib and what is he saying, will he stay out of the limelight even more now?

My UMNO friends in Johor have told me to wait for an interesting episode that may open, it all depends on how Najib handles it, the police may be instructed to go full force to investigate Najib or they may just back out.

The talk is if the police go full force “Judas” has the most to gain, he may even become the next acting PM so it being rumored.

So who is ‘Judas’ is the big question, although the identity of this Judas has been revealed we shall for the time being not publish the details.
Three is Company

Some of UMNO’s top brass are now a bit annoyed that a non Malays was part of this huge scheme, in UMNO as long as ones pockets get lined everything is alright for that person, but here they suspect that one “Chinese” family friend of Najib may have benefited and that the entire scheme is a scam masterminded by him.

They now ask why was the 1MDB needed in the first place when there was already a 23 year old investment arm_ Khazanah Nasional Berhad and the EPF both under the Ministry of Finance.
Suddenly when faced with the real possibility of a colossal loss by a mismanaged and an  ill thought out investment arm of the country that did not need to have been,  many UMNO cabinet members are distancing themselves from the 1MDB and are refusing to even talk about it. The big mistake many of them know was to keep silent at the UMNO general assembly and this has created a crack right in the middle for UMNO.

There are two camps the groups that ensured the silence at the assembly and those who wanted it discussed, in short there is a group in UMNO that wants Najib out, they have had enough and is that  a big secret?

The 32.5 billion debt amassed in the 1MDB as reported has only been covered up by “UMNO styled creative upgrading of the value of property handed to it at rock bottom prices by the government to get the whole thing started.
Troubled times

With this fiasco, and the fact that  all the big guns have come out with the knives sharpened Najib is in a corner.

To thwart any attempt for him to use the extreme right,  a group of elite top ex civil servants have surfaced to demand that he puts a stop to this extremism immediately, it has placed Mahathir’s good friend Ibrahim Ali in a very delicate situation, as even Star’s Wong Chun Wai has taken on him and he has not received any support from any quarter from within UMNO and the Malays, Ibrahim Ali has suddenly become dispensable as the 1MDB is now the focus, his mentor has deserted him, ofr more important issues on the agenda - Najib's neck.

The focus is not really all centered on the economic issues but  the political issues at hand have also taken a front seat as Mahahtir Mohammed fans the fires from behind the scenes as getting Njaib out is now the most important part of his agenda. He has plans for UMNO leadership and he is keeping
that close to his chest, some UMNO members say he may also offer himself as an interim head.

Whist the rank and file continue to talk about Najib’s weaknesses with issues regarding his family and that of his henchmen one must never forget that that is vintage UMNO Baru  - what Anwar raised his battle cry many years ago when he felt Mahathir had to go, Corruption, Nepotism and Cronyism and it cost Anwar dearly.
It is coming soon, the fall of the once powerful political machine called UMNO as its weakness will be dragged into the open following massive protest with the rise of prices coupled with the GST.

The UMNO led  government has not to worry about the Chinese or the Christians it has to worry about the Malay it has shortchanged all this while as that is now becoming so apparent.

IS THIS REALLY A 'NEW MALAY CHORUS?'

What has been happening over the last few days gets the non Malays wondering if this is really "the "New Malay Chorus," as one prominent UMNO youth member has claimed.

Is this what we have been waiting for? Are our Malay friends saying enough is enough and and are they fighting back?

To me what really spelt trouble for Najib Tun Razak was the fact that,  Rais Yatim came out asking everybody to let Najib run his term.  We all know that Mahathir has absolutely no regard for this man and when he came out with his recent statement reported in the Rakyat post " Give Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak time to fulfill his mandate,' some UMNO members have commented he is afraid that there will be no more positions for him once Najib is out.

Rais is further quoted ass having said, “He still has more ‘products’ to be implemented and although Dr Mahathir is a wise man, every government has its flaws, so credit should be given to Najib where it is due and we should allow him time to let him do his job.”

There seems to be a subtle admission from Rais himself that Najib is not performing in that statement, "every government has its flaws," and yet he says to "give credit where credit is due," the question is has Najib any "credits' at all from his entire tenure as the Prime Minister?

On December 11 Malaysiakini in its editorial the "Rise of the Moderate Malay," talks  about the group of 25 top former civil servants urging Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak to show leadership in handling the intolerant right wing groups in UMNO and in the country.

On the heels of this call by this group made up of top ex Civil servants, Malaysia's former ambassadress to the Netherlands Noor Farida Arrifin came out with a stinging statement saying  these “groups (which) clearly have low standards, poorly educated, intellectually challenged, incapable of seeing their own racism, intolerant, blindly obedient, and are destroying the fabric of our country’s society.”

A retired judge told an UMNO back forum that to try and insert the protect what UMNO now calls the "ketuanan" and the position of the Sultans was ultra virus Federal Constitutions,a nd he advised UMNO  to open a more multi-racial outlook and drop racial politics in this country.

Now with these groups coming out I am really hoping for a "Malay Chorus" to pull this country back is taking  shape.

I have no reason to doubt Anwar Ibrahim when he says that the country is on the brink of a financial crisis, in fact I believe we are on the eve of such a crisis and it is only a matter of months or weeks before this becomes reality.

In what could be the most serious blow to Najib's tenure as PM, is the police report lodged by the Batu Kawan UMNO Division Vice Chairperson- Khairuddin Abu Hasan,  against the PM's  debt-ridden brainchild 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) and its directors.

Speaking to the press Khairuddin says, "I feel suspicious and am doubtful of the financial management of 1MDB, which is not transparent. "Since March 2014, 1MDB has accumulated a debt of RM41.9 billion which, is a high possibility that it faces bankruptcy. This will be a waste of the people's money and also burden the government as the company's guarantor,"

He is also expected to follow this up with an official complaint the MACC next week.

Khairuddin alleges he was prevented from bringing this up at the last UMNO general assembly by the division excluding him as one of the speakers for the division. He has attacked UMNO members of apple polishing and called on them to speak up.

Meanwhile a staunch Mahathir disciple  Zainuddin Maidin had came out saying g  that while Najib might have secured a lifeline by maintaining the Sedition Act, the writing is on the wall.

"As a concerned Malaysian, I have decided to make the report for the good of all Malaysians, to investigate a company which is responsible for a portion of public funds," he added.

"I have studied the reports that were published on 1MDB in the past few months and found that there were a lot of discrepancies.

"As a concerned Malaysian, I have decided to make the report for the good of all Malaysians, to investigate a company which is responsible for a portion of public funds," he added.

Among the issues cited by Khairuddin in his report were:The procedure 1MDB follows in raising funds from overseas and in disbursing its funds, paying interest rates higher than the market rate, calling for a detailed investigation on the debts of 1MDB which have reached over RM41.9 billion as of March 2014.

Perhaps the most damaging part of his report was to include, DAP MP Tony Pua's statement that the Finance Ministry had issued a letter of support to guarantee 1MDB’s loans and Deputy Finance Minister Ahmad Maslan's subsequent assertion that no such letter was issued indicating there was more trust he placed on the DAP MP then the Finance Minster and his deputy. That was the most scathing part of the attack by way of this report on Najib.

On the possibility of UMNO taking action against him , he felt he was in the clear,  what is there to take action I did not attack UMNO neither did I attack teh PM I am only reporting against the board of 1MDB?

An UMNO member supporting Khairuddin who is  staunch Mahathir supporter, said, " Najib will not dare act,  if he does that will be his biggest mistake, it will be totally miscalculated and will only hasten his exit."

UMNO groups in Johor are very hopeful that Najib will be dethroned before the Chinese New Year, " there are sufficient issues get him out,"  said a young professional and a member fo the UMNO youth wing, it is time we take him out and save the country. He made it clear that while Johor UMNO was very sure something would happen sooner rather than later told me, "do not mistake us for being supporters of Muhyiddin, we are not!!, he is as much part of the fiasco that is plaguing UMNO politics currently."

He went on to say,  " you can tell the financial situation in the country, when petrol prices are so low our prices are still high, could this be a way in which this government is trying to recoup losses from illegal and inefficient financial management?"

"With all this around and the issue of the GST scheduled in April of 2015, the ingredients for chaos are in place and can we allow that to happen. Can we allow suffering Malaysians to be ignored?" He asked. "UMNO has a responsibility not only to the Malays but to all Malaysians, to see that this mismanagement comes to an end soon. Is this what they mean when they speak about ketuanan? What ketuanan? We are being looked like a bunch of cheats and stupid people, it has to stop and time is near, it will happen in UMNO soon, believe me soon, you can call it,  The New Malay Chorus."

So Now it is the Bangladeshi?

CAMERON HIGHLANDS -SO NOW IT'S THE FAULT OF THE BANGLADESHIS

Malaysia has had Bangala workers since the nineties when they were introduced into the country by Megat Junid the then deputy home Minister and since then they have been the source of illicit incomes for unscrupulous agents and employers alike.

Mother Nature fights back in the Camerons
I remember in the late  nineties or the very early 20's in a speech at a special Immigration forum with employers, the then Director General of Immigration, Datuk Aseh Che Mat said the government was stopping the intake of Bangladeshi workers and when some HR Managers kept asking him for Bangla workers he told the managers we could not allow Bangladeshi workers into the country because they were causing social problems by marrying Malay girls.

Soon after he left back came the Bangladeshis, back like a storm.

Bangladeshi workers were in high demand in Cameron Highlands because of many reasons, the sum total of which meant it made good economic sense to the employer. If there were illegal Bangladeshis in Cameron Highlands it was because there were unscrupulous employers willing to employ them even though they were illegal.

To examine this closely we have to understand what constitutes an illegal worker, in immigration terms.

An illegal worker is a person who has entered the country illegally and gets himself employed, or

a person who has entered the country on a student pass for the purpose of pursuing further education or any kind of education for which he has been given a student pass  and who instead abandons his studies and gets employed in Malaysia, or,

a person who enters the country as a tourist or under any other pretext and is not allowed by the conditions of his visa to be gainfully employed in the country during his stay in the country but, goes ahead instead and finds gainful employment or,

a worker who has been employed by an organization under an employment pass issued by the immigration department, (these passes are either issued in the name of a specific employer or an agent who is authorized by the Ministry of home affairs to outsource these workers to employers and in this case the agent is considered the employer).

and who leaves the employer under whose organisation his employment pass is issued, and takes up employment with an employer not authorized to do so by the conditions on his employment pass.

All  the above constitute illegal workers, now if there were more than 30,000 illegal workers on hill resort as small as Cameron Highlands how come the authorities were not  aware of it were they sleeping?

As long as the going was good the Bangla worker was good, once mother nature took her course in the highlands the finger pointing began, till it ended with the Bangla.

Now we all know this is  because some irresponsible people allowed some greedy businessmen to go about and find ways to clear large tracts of land unabated for farming without any concern of the environmental effects it would have in the highlands they carried on even though the were warned long before hand of the rising temperatures and earlier floods in the highlands till this mud slide took lives and destroyed property and all hell broke loose, the finger pointing began.

The deputy PM had come out with an assurance that it did not matter who it is the government would take action, and Malaysians were waiting to see what would happen.

After all, all land deals come under the State Government, and that means the Menteri Besar has to give answers, he did, and his excuse was that if the state did not allow it they would be blamed for not caring about the less fortunate. Now were these farmers who employed so many Bangladeshis less fortunate or poor farmers, that they could splash out the funds required to clear land employ these workers and carry out farming on such huge scales?

How did the Bangla worker become responsible that today like at no time in our history, and  since the advent of the immigrant worker - from the time the advent of the Chinese tin mine workers, to the Indian Estate labourer to the Java Contra (remember we had contract workers from Java who the Malays used to refer to as "Java Contra" or "Javarek" who were notably hardworking and productive and  are now citizens of this country and bumiputras too) have we seen such an operation by the Police and the Armed forces to flush out these Banglas from Cameron Highlands and carry out night operations and hunt them down.

Has this country lost its soul? Is there no such thing as compassion? Have we not benefited from the work of these workers who actually toiled to make sure we had sufficient supply of vegetables for our daily needs, who literally put food on our tables that today in search of a scapegoat we have found it fit to go after these helpless boys?

Imagine your children in another 50 years, driven by circumstances to go out and find employment in foreign lands and being treated such, it is not an impossibility it is rather highly likely given the way this government is now administering this nation.

The Philippines and Myanmar were at one time at par and in fact even better off than the then Malaya. See what has happened there, and history of these countries in the ASEAN can actually be a good teacher. In the Philippines it was corruption, outright corruption by the government and the heads of government that put that country into the miserable position it is in today, but as the Philippines and Myanmar pull themselves out of the rut as Indonesia shows some classic examples of reform, where Presidents lead by example they all seem to coming out whist we continue to sink with these irresponsible acts.

We seem to lack accountability , we seem to lack responsibility and most of all we are glaringly lacking in the most important ingredient integrity.

What has the immigration department been doing, how come there are thousands of Banglas up the highlands that they almost equal the number of Malaysian sand the Immigration is not aware of it, there can be n excuse, the police should have kept them informed, both the Police and the Immigration department come under the same minister- the minister of home affairs.

What was the state government doing was it not aware? Well almost everyone who went up the highlands in at least the last five years noticed the clearings, NGOs and concerned people voiced their concerns, but were given a deaf year and now with this fiasco we have our beloved Prime Minster coming to solve the problem his way - "make the Bangla the scapegoat."

The MP for Cameron Highlands has said in a statement in facebook,  "I have raised the issue of Cameron Highlands many times to PM as well at cabinet meetings, both as MP as well as Minister of NRE in the one and half years I was elected as MP for Cameron Highlands and subsequently appointed as Minister of Natural Resources and Environment. Is Datuk Palanivel MP for Pahang telling us this happened because the PM did not act?

This is indeed sad to see how low this nation has stooped, to save the high and mighty and not to not hold them accountable but rather  go for the people who are least able to defend themselves, and put a mighty show of it, after which those really responsible will be left off the hook. How many times have we witnessed this, and how many more times are we to witness this?

Why has it to be the Bangla? Are they the only foreign workers up the highlands? Are they the businessmen who cleared the land for their own purpose?

The answer in all probability also lies with the Bangla government who is so preoccupied with its own internal politics it has no time for its sons begin hounded here like dogs. Where is the Bangladeshi High Commissioner to Malaysia.

This really calls for a Royal Commission of inquiry for once I am in agreement with the Utusan on the issue of the RCI, we need to come out of this state of denial, lies and corruption, if it is a Minister get him, if it is the MP get him and if it is the Menteri Besar get him as well, the question is.

Unless and until we really investigate this case very transparently  this may very well bean issue that is swept under the carpet as usual.

Is this government brave enough to do that?

God help Malaysia, my beloved country.

It's Toffeesturn says, Now It's Najib's turn

Putting Strategy in place
Well if you hadn't noticed it yet the battle lines have been drawn, it is the same darn thing all over again, and it will be played in the same way, although behind the scenes Muhyiddin giggles, he is feeling on top of the world because and like Najib with Badawi,  he does not have to lift  finger.

Mahathir Mohammed is again the king maker and the king breaker, he put Badawi up there and he got rid of him, he placed Najib up there and he will now remove him too, he can't wait, he is wasting precious time, and the time if lost will cost him and his family greatly.

He has begun delivering his sermons of  fear all around, he is making sure to drive home the point that Najib is ruining the country and in saying that very few will disagree with him for sure, he and  his favorite adopted daughter - Sharizat are  stepping up the ante, he has got Mukhriz to keep very quiet and maintaian a low profile, Muhyiddin is playing his part very well and has used the Cameron Highlands mud slides and the illegal farms  to go for Adnan Yaakob the menteri besar of Pahang,a  direct affront to Najib who is from that state and has the MB as a staunch supporter.
It's His Turn

Mahathir has already called for the the ouster of the Head of Selangor UMNO and that is the PM himself, he has said that if the leadership is not changed Selangor will be lost again in  the next General elections. He has described the Selangor UMNO as out of touch and not trusted by the people of Selangor. He has openly said that Selangor UMNO is corrupt and he is sure they will lose if Najib remains at the helm, so sure some sources say he will make sure one way or the other to prove his point.

Najib as usual remains quiet, he takes his wife to world meets and let's her steal the limelight off him, she is the target of all UMNO members who are against Najib and it is said she will be an issue at the next General assembly, and it will be raised by the wanita and the youth. Certain segments of the youth are now being shifted to show that they are pro-Najib when they are actually Mukhriz supporters, they will raise the issue of Rosmah during  the youth meeting claiming she is undermining the elected officials of UMNO and elected representatives giving specific incidents.

At the General assembly there is no use guessing Najib will have a tough time warding off the attacks
What more to ask
against him, they are expecting such an upheavel one UMNO member said it will be worse than a DAP attack on the PM by his own party and using the DAP to describe such a situation is taboo in UMNO and all UMNO members know that.

Najib of course will not quit, Johor UMNO is expected to raise the war cry and they will be funded by top Johor brass, the MB of Johor has put the mechanisms in place to ensure that funds are sufficient for this adn it will flow in as and whne required. The question is; will  Najib dare  go back to the National coffers to raise funds for his campaign?

Not likely, says one UMNO man who is in the ministry of finance he has already done irrepairable  damage he can't afford it, "if he does Mahahtir will have the fire to burn him alive," said the source.

Muhydiddin has to go for the post and he will appoint Hishamuddin to replace  him and in so doing strengthen Mukhriz chance for one of the VP positions, in fact Mukhriz will be appointed there just like Hishamuddin will be appointed the Deputy President of UMNO. The scenario is reminiscent of the moves Hussein Onn played when he moved Mahathir over Razaleigh, Musa and the rest to Deputy PM.

The financial situation in the country is expected to make both Muhyiddin and Hisham the shortest serving PM's in Malaysian history if they ever get to be PM's.
A History of being the stop gap

Mahahtir is not ready to lose the next elections to achieve his dreams  he is bent on burying Najib before he does just that, An UMNO loss will ruin the succession plan Mahathir has in mind surely spell the death knell of his UMNO Baru.

How do the people see it?

Well they like the fight,  they prefer if Najib stays on and does not give in to Mahathir, not that they love him but rather that  they abhor him.

Then why keep him?

They believe Mahathir, he says,  if Najib remains,  the BN will be kicked out and UMNO will be turned into a toothless tiger.

Why is that so some ask?

Well the people dislike UMNO remember the majority of Malaysians voted against the BN, they lost the popular vote many a Malay voted against UMNO and UMNO has to accept that as a fact they lost even in their strongholds. The Chinese have long been voting the opposition it was because the Malys joined them in 2008 and 2013 that they felt the wrath of the people.  UMNO does not want to make matters worse so instead of blaming the Malays who voted against them, in true UMNO fashion they  pick the "bogeyman" and the Chinese have been their faithful "bogeyman" all the while, except that now the Malays have got wiser and UMNO can't fool them like they always do.
Waiting for Daddy's command

Since  that last elections, with all the controversies created by UMNO itself many of their ardent supporters have actually jumped ship, with some even going to the DAP, something people never dreamed possible even five years ago, that is biggest blow UMNO is now facing,  the winds of change are  a blowing, the younger better educated and better informed Malay many of whom are children of UMNO stalwarts are now rejecting UMNO, and even showing their parents the way. DAP can't bemade the bogeyman either anymore these are tough lessons for UMNO to learn.

So if Najib stays he the BN and UMNO will  be kicked out at the next GE, and his own people will make sure of  that,  and if that happens even Mahathir's henchmen get kicked out as a result of the fall of UMNO.

So the rationale is why kick Najib out just to win the battle and lose the war, instead of killing the  two idiots with one stone.

Mahathri will be very determined he knows that too, the stakes are too high, he'll try every move in the book and from the bush, he is good at bushwhacking,  to  make sure that either before for after the next UMNO General Assembly Najib is out in good time before the next General elections.

Let the war begin. Najib was there when it was Badawi's turn.

Now IT'S TOFFEESTURN say's it's Najib's turn.

It is not UMNO who has been tolerant, it is us Malaysians at large who have been tolerant with UMNO

THIS BLOODY MORON MUST KNOW THAT IT WAS THE OTHER PEOPLE OF ALL RACES  WHO WERE PATIENT AND TOLERANT, NOT THE BLOODY ARROGANT AND IGNORANT UMNOPUTRAS

Malaysiakini reported that " An Umno division leader has called on all races, especially the Chinese, to emulate the Malays who are patient and willing to compromise."

The report went on to say he said,  “The Chinese must understand that Malays are ‘tuan’ (masters) in this country, they must also understand that it is because the Malays are willing to compromise that they (the Chinese) can carry out all sorts of activities, especially in the business sector,”

Go tell this to the millions of Malays you have fooled all this while, many who do not even have enough to put a shirt on their back, and the nest time you talk please differentiate between Malay and UMNOputera.

Syed Ali You are an idiot, for an UMNO division head without any knowledge of your own history you are a confounded fool.

The late Tun Dr. Islmail likened the NEP to a handicap which “will enable them to be good players, as in golf, and in time the handicap will be removed. The Malays must not think of these privileges as permanent: for then, they will not put effort into their tasks. In fact, it is an insult for the Malays to be getting these privileges.”

What Bloody "patience" is this Syed Ali talking about, he is a Malay of convenience, calling himself a Malay sometimes and an Arab at other times, it is the other races and the poor betrayed Malays,  who have been patient with UMNO and he has to understand and accept it, because that is the truth the plain truth and nothing but the truth.

The Malays are not ethnic people in Malaysia the Dayaks the Ibans the Orang Asli are the ethnic people of this country if there are to be privileges it is for them and not the UMNOputera, what is he talking about Ketuanan?  The Malays got the privilege because of what Tun Dr. Ismail rightfully called the "handicap"  the UMNOputras shoudl be grateful for all they got at the expense of the real natives and the Malays they shortchanged.

It was the non Malays who were patient all this time to allow the Malays and the Bumiputeras  special privileges now he seems to be taking it over his head and he is talking about "Ketuanan" superior race?  He doesn't realise that he is stepping into the shoes of Nazism and Hitler and that to is not acceptable in our world.

This idiot who lives in his own cocoon is no ordinary person, he is an UMNO division Chief and we all know what that carries.

We have to keep this piece it has gone unchecked by the UMNO supreme council and it amounts to an admission that the UMNO led government is an Apartheid government. Strangely enough the white majority government at the time of apartheid had a membership of many groups who worshiped Hitler and said the very same things this man is saying.

Apartheid is outlawed, South Africa had to pay a big price for the apartheid regime and  the Tengku was one of those  who initiated the sacking of South Africa from the Commonwealth for that system of government and the breaking off  of trade relations with South Africa.

Nazism we sacked it, Humanity sacked it from this world but it now seems to be rearing its ugly head via UMNO.

These facts have to be taken to the world stage, we must let the world know our plight before these people do more damage. We have to address this at the UN where the Malaysian Prime Minster paints a very different story.

UMNO needs to be eradicated,  it is not the original party founded by Onn Jaffar it is UMNO Baru of Mahathir built on this principle of "Ketuanan Melayu" it is  a Fascist party.

Way back in 1969 when he was a candidate for election in Kedah he told the Chinese in his constituency not to vote for him as he would not be representing them in Parliament, at that same time he came out with this idea of ketuanan Melayu, saying that "citizenship given to Malaysians of other races was given only with the consent of the Malay,"  and he went on further to add that that "consent could be withdrawn" that was the birth of this idea of "Ketuanan Melayu" by a Malaysian of  Indian origin who would later claim he is Malay, Mahathir.

At a time when there was a high level of unemployment he hired Chinese Driver not because there were no Malays around but to show the world that a Chinese was his driver, he was sending the Malaysians a message of the "Ketuanan Melayu" and in the process deprived more deserving Malays of the job,  that  did not matter to him - his ego did.

That is Mahathir and that is where this "ketuanan" came from, he founded UMNO baru and it is now implanted in the mindset of the UMNOputras.

Let us get this straight we are all Malaysians just like Mahathir Mohammed himself, and this semi Arab Syed Ali, who'll call himself an Arab when it suits him and a Malay at other times, they are all children of immigrants just like us.

Mahathir has his origins in Kerala that is where is father comes from, and this Syed probably in the slums of Somalia, and they call themselves Melayu, it was not they who were patient it was the other communities who were patient all this while, allowing them the special privileges.

If Mahathir is entitled to all those privileges I'd like to ask why my childrenand grand children can't.

I was born in this country my parents both arrived from India and were citizens just like Mahathir's dad. I married a Chinese whose father was born in Malaysia, who had a Malayan Birth Certificate,
and who was a citizen by operation of law, that means she does no have a citizenship certificate, because she is a citizen by operation of  law, now what does that make my children, are they not entitled to better rights than Mahathir Mohammed?

Anyway we are nt the type of people who like to ask for special privileges, we prefer to get what we deserve for the efforts we put in, we do not want to deprive others of anything just because UMNO did it, we are different, quite different, to us all men are created equal.

It is time we stood up and said times up, no more privileges for UMNOputras, what they  stole from the allocations to the Malays and other bumiputeras need to be accounted for and returned, and  Malaysia for Malaysians.
